I'll start of by saying I was visiting from Chicago. Not only was I surprised with the ambiance, but the quality of the food. We went twice during our stay because it was that good. We tried the cafe de olla, pajarete, chilaquiles Picanta, chilaquiles al chipotle, omelette de camarón, tacos Baja, and of course their specialty drinks. EVERYTHING was delicious! Will definitely go back when visiting Las Vegas.

Food- we ordered two different types of chillaquiles. One was the rellenos with the chipotle sauce (added chicken) and the other was the chillaquiles poblanos (add steak). Both were delicious and I would definitely recommend them.Service- no complaints our server was attentive. Ambiance-no complaints its a cute place.

I came here for breakfast with a friend. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the host and seated. They give chips and salsa while you wait for your food. The salsa has a nice kick to it without being overly spicy. I ordered 3 tacos and the portions were huge. Flavors and meet were cooked perfectly. There is plenty of bar or booth seating. The place is nicely lit and beautifully decorated.

Decide to give Picanta a go. To start off I had the aguachile which was my favorite dish from the ones I had. It was great in the spice level and just a perfect portion. I also tried the steak quesadilla, chilaquiles with a side of pork belly and the quesabirria tacos. The chilaquiles were lacking in flavor and the potatoes were cold and seemed old. Like if they were sitting there since the day before. The quesadilla was good with the side of guacamole. And the quesabirria tacos were just plain ol tacos. Overall it was ok and the highlight was the aguachiles, definitely recommend those

I had a lovely conversation with the owners of this Amazing up and coming Family Business. I learned that it started with a concept, rough menu and the willingness to work hard to achieve a dream almost 2 years in the making. Professionals in the business for many years, were able to assemble a vibrant and talented team. The menu has a something for everyone. I took my mother and her fiancé for breakfast and we truly enjoyed our meals. I ordered Chilaquiles and they are phenomenal with an Ices Americano. I mentioned to my mom that with each bite, I remember my childhood vacations in Mexico. It felt like I was in grandma's or aunties house having this same dish as the norm for breakfast. All 3 of us were so satisfied and full, that we didn't have even eat dinner that night. We then decided that we would visit Picanta again the following morning and it was the same experience for me. They have a variety of organic tea and coffee options, which was nice. The bar is looks comfortable and a great place to meet up with friends or colleagues. The vibe was calm, with music in the background playing, which didn't impact normal conversation. Some windows seats offered you a wonderful backdrop view of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip. Locations is clean, has ample parking and there is an outdoor area that at some point will have outdoor seating and I can't wait. Services is great, and I enjoy their recommendations. We had a pleasant experience. I can't wait to try more of the menu with my friends and when family is back in town. Looks like great place for a casual date, too, just saying.

Decided to try this new restaurant for their breakfast. When you walk in you're a little unsure to wait or find a table since there's no sign saying please wait until a host comes and sits you. Restaurant is nice and new. Food was good nothing that really stood out though. I will say everything was fresh and flavored well just don't expect to be blown away. Service was good but wait times were pretty long especially when the restaurant wasn't too busy. However I'm sure things will get better since this is a new restaurant it'll have some issues. But overall I get a 6.5 out of 10.

A nice casual Mexican restaurant that is definitely more upscale, not a simple tacoria. This is a proper restaurant decorated nicely. Serving mainly breakfast and lunch with a good selection of chilaquiles and omelets/eggs, and seafood options. When asking for recommendations the server asked if I liked spicy food and suggested Huevos Montaditos or the Chilaquiles a la Diabla which I chose. Chilaquiles a la Diabla 5/5. Perfectly spicy to me. Not too spicy that your mouth immediately burns, but a spicy flavor that builds up as you eat. They didn't skimp on the sauce and the beans and potatoes were also decent. I had mine with a sunny side up egg and a side of pork belly. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and upbeat. There are many different dishes that seem worth trying so I will be back to try them. This place should definitely become popular.
