This place has become my all time favorite pho spot ever since I discovered it!The workers here are some of the kindest I've ever encountered at any restaurant--and I like to eat! Every time I come here, they always make sure to check on my table and all others frequently. It doesn't matter if it's a table for 1 guest or 10, you are well taken care of. The restaurant itself is clean and casual. I personally love that the walls are covered with images of items you can order here.As for the food, it's a clear 11 out of 10 for me. I always opt for either the pho tai or pho chin and it never disappoints. The broth is flavorful and they include a heap of meat in each serving. I order a small bowl and it's more than enough. I tend to feel full really easily and almost always need to take my leftovers to go, but here I finish my food without even realizing it. It's that good!

Ambiance was nice, quiet, and clean. Seated immediately as it wasn't super busy but had a steady flow of dine-in and pick-up customers. We ordered the Imperial egg roll. It was good but the wrap was different (thicker) than others. My hubby ordered the beef stew pho which he liked. He's a meat cutter so realized there were nice fatty pieces and what he called "mountain tripe" which both add yummy flavor! I had my typical seafood pho which is my go-to at every pho place we try. Theirs was very good with lots of veggies- the typical bean sprouts and basil, jalapeño and lime wedges. They also added broccoli, carrots and celery to the soup. All good but I prefer the just the typical add ins.We would go again to try the other menu items but eager to try other places.

I was craving pho on New Years Day but my favorite pho place was closed that day so my bf & I decided to give this place a shot.As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away by the owner. He is very friendly & pleasant! He was calling everyone "family" lol.I ordered the Pho Tai & my bf got the Broken Rice Platter w/ shrimp & pork. We also ordered the fried sea bass to share.1. Pho Tai - This was your typical bowl of pho. The only meat in this option was the eye round steak, which unfortunately did get tough since it was sitting in the hot broth for so long. Maybe I'll order it on the side next time. However, the broth was absolutely delicious & I loved the amount of onions they put in!2. Broken Rice Platter - Per my bf, this was 10/10! I only tried a piece of the pork but man, was it delicious! The sauce on the pork & shrimp are *chef's kiss*3. Fried Sea Bass - This was a good appetizer! It was perfectly fried & crispy and the fish inside was juicy & tender. The green beans were also a hit with us lol. I did ask for vinegar on the side, as I feel like it needed a little more oomph in flavor. There were bones in the fish so just be careful when eating!

This place may seem to be good for a sauteed, rice and non-soup type Vietnamese restaurant vs Soup based dish restaurant? I'm actually very interested to try their non-soup dishes next time though. We just ordered the wrong items. Vegas doesn't have decent pho and banh mi. But for locals, the pho would be considered good. This place also offers Thai dishes. Usually, I would judge a fusion place is not for me. But Vegas is limited with the amount and diversity of Asian population here. I've seen another local Pho place (thats considered good for local Vegas) to also offer Thai...I'd imagine either they are Viet/Thai mix, or most likely offering typical popular Thai dishes for ignorant eaters who just want "Asian food". P1. Pho Bo Dac Biet. Special Combo Pho. $17.95.Pho Bo Dac Biet was okay. For Vegas, it's considered good. For anyone who grew up in LA 626/OC Westminster, it's not worth coming for. If you're desperate, sure then this might be pretty good for local Vegas. For $18, it's not for me. For $12, then maybe for me. Broth was light but had the addictive msg and that keeps you drinking more. I don't mind a little msg but if the soup is really just msg flavor, then it's not for me. The tendon beef ball was really really good for some reason!! I like that they include a bit of everything like beef balls, tendons and more compare to many local places. There's a lot of noodles left. So if you're with someone who's down to share alot of noodles, this is a great dish. VS1. Special Combination Banh Mi $8.95.Banh mi was not for me. There's tons of places with an overload of great ingredients, but weird taste. This place was just overly salty from fish sauce taste. We normally would not order banh mi from a restaurant like this but thought might as well try since we're on a disgruntled for decent banh mi too. Regarding their pho, I'd rather wait to visit SoCal where $18 pho will have a higher possibility to match it's prices. Local Vegas pho does range on the $16+ price range though. Save it for a visit to SoCal LA 626 SGV or OC Westminster/Fountain Valley area. I am very interested in trying this place to again BUT for non-soup dishes.

Loved our family dinner experience here! We were craving for hot bowl of comforting pho on a frigid night. Upon entering, the bald male staff provided warm greetings & sat our family of three in a booth. We ordered the Imperial rolls as our appetizer, which was very crispy & tasty. My toddler got the bun with roll & grilled pork - he loved the fresh veggies & yummy grilled pork pieces. My husband & I both got a steaming bowl of pho w/ flank & round eye steak. Our noodle soup was delicious & fresh. We also noticed a few Chinese (salt & pepper) dishes on the menu, and look forward to trying them on our next visit.

Love love the food!! I usually order to go in general. A lot of times when I order pho, the noodles end up either too soggy or hard or just not tasty but this place is the first place where the pho noodle is delicious even for to go. I tried pad Thai and it's delicious as well. I plan to go through their menu and try all different things but so far, nothing has disappointed me. Love the food here.

Super friendly staff and owner. Great noms!!After moving away from home, I've been desperately looking for some good viet food. Don't got momma cooking for me no more :''(((( Most other viet restaurants I've tried were either okay or too expensive or not "homey" enough. I was soooo happy to find pho viet cafe Vegas!!They have a Huge menu with lots of viet dishes that many other places may not have! The canh chua?????? My fave!! It's a sweet sour tamarindy soup with tomatos, pineapple, okra, and others. It felt almost like moms. The banh mi is also really good!! And CHEAPish. One of the best I've found in the city. What makes it better is the owner and workers are super nice. The owner is present and talks to you. Super kind!! The workers too. I was impressed and would def recommend this restaurant if you're looking for viet food besides just pho
