I was in town for a day and near UNLV for an event. I felt like a quick banh mi for lunch and a jolt of Vietnamese coffee. Yelped this spot that got a decent amount of reviews. Totally worth visiting this stripmall spot. I decided instead to get a grilled chicken rice plate because it looked better in the photos. Not bad. I've had better. The chicken a little bit rubbery, but flavors were there and they had the typical fish sauce side along with the pickled carrots and daikon. They give you a nice complimentary small soup which hit the spot. And my Vietnamese was nice and strong and creamy. Overall, food ok. Yet, the reason I gave them 4 stars was for the service. The waitress was very friendly and eager to please. The staff was quick to serve water and handout utensils. They check on you and ask in a pleasant way if everything is ok. If I'm in the area again, I definitely would come back and try other things on the menu.

The service is good. Not bad, but okay. The food is not bad.Bahn Mi doesn't have the traditional bread used for it, which isn't necessarily bad. Baguettes are soft so for me, it's better for the roof of my mouth ig.Bun Bo Hue is not bad. It's not that spicy though... A bit on the sweeter side... A bit disappointed there was no pork blood curdles...Ambiance is good. It can get busy, but it isn't usually. Never seen it overcrowded.Am writing this review as a personal note; because although I'm not trying to complain... They don't have what I'm looking for.Otherwise. Not rating-related, although-- the location is convenient for residents who live nearby, but colleagues be warned: they don't do student discounts. It's not a bad thing, but just keep this in mind.I hope the next time I come back, they include pig blood curdle. I've never had bun bo hue without it.

I was craving Pho on a cold day and this place was closest with decent reviews so I decided to try it. It is in a strip mall located close to UNLV. You enter into a brightly lit restaurant and I was greeted quickly. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet with beef to go. It was still hot when I reached the house and had everything I ordered packaged up nicely. I didn't find the broth to be as rich and it lacked the umami I am used to getting in other pho restaurants. The portion was large, the vegetables were quite fresh and the beef was very tender. The price was a bit more than I am used to paying. I just wish the broth was more flavorful and probably won't return due to that.

The food is decent in flavor and the servings are decent. There was only one server so the service was slow and left a lot to be desired. I got the #11 and it was good. I asked for a cup of water and got nothing besides my pho. Maybe it was just the day but I don't think I would go back. The restaurant is clean and modern.

Great Vietnamese restaurant, went by for quick lunch, table of 8, This restaurant located across the street from UNLV. Went in during lunch rush, the place can get packed Love their dishes, the pork chop is well marinated, the rice is cooked perfectly, it's not over cooked or dried. Fresh veggies. Good selection of menus. I'm looking forward to try others on their menu.

8.5/10Overall: This is one of my family's favorite spots in Vegas. You have to try their grilled pork banh mi! The service is great, the food is amazing, and the vibes are awesome. You need to give this place a try when ur in need of delicious Asian cuisine in Vegas! Grilled pork banh mi: $8.5: 5/5 might be my favorite banh mi ever. Bread is so crispy and they load it with such flavorful pork. Such a regular banh mi but there's something about it that makes it better than all others. Special vermicelli combo $18: 4/5 comes with two egg rolls, grilled shrimp, grilled pork, and some veggies along with fish sauce. The egg rolls are so crispy and pair so well with the fish sauce. They load up this dish with the bbq pork and noodles which I loved!! Pho Dac Biet $18: 3.5/5 a bit expensive for the portion, I feel like there could've been more noodles! Broth is insanely rich and they give a good amount of meat. The beef is so tender and sliced very thinly.

It's been tough finding a good Vietnamese restaurant in town and this might be the best effort so far. This restaurant is located in a sketchy plaza but at least has plenty of windows facing the parking lot, and is very conveniently located near the airport. I'm not a big fan of pho so I usually order rice plates (pictured) and spring rolls, and theirs were pretty good. Other members of my party got the pho and liked it. Service was fast, although the restaurant was nearly empty when we went for dinner. Schedule-wise, we were more than comfortable allotting a roughly hour-long window here prior to catching a friend's flight.

Probably the best banh mi in town! Bread is baked fresh in-house daily, crunch crust but soft pillowy inside. It is filled with meat, buttery mayo spread and pate. I got the grilled pork sandwich and loved it. Been coming since college and this place is the same. My grandma got chicken pho and she said it was good. Vietnamese coffee is a bit too sweet imo. Servers were nice and fast. Restaurant was clean and spacious for large parties.

First time here and I'll be back for more, delicious egg rolls and I ordered a rare filet pho soup and we were lucky to find out off menu they have a child's bowl pho soup for my little one. Tasty broth, lots of filet and delicious egg rolls we should have ordered the 6 instead of the 4. Yes I enjoyed this place and will be back again next time I am in LV. Two thumbs up . Quality taste and quick service .

I can't tell you how the food was but I can tell you about sitting in the dining roomAnd getting forgotten about multiple times, then finding out my order was never put in. But, they did bring me a sandwich with mayo on it after asking more than a few times for a sandwich with no mayo. Best part was asking if it would make me sick. Ummm, that's it the point. It didn't cost anything except two Lyft rides and having to rush to the airport in an empty stomach.I'm only giving an extra star because there was a very nice, apologetic lady who was trying to fix things. She tried to bring egg rolls no charge which is appreciated but there was meat in them so I couldn't touch those either. I just don't think this place is somewhere I'd return and after the mayo incident I'mWondering if I'd really be getting veggie broth instead of beef broth in the pho. This is a pass for me.
