Pho Saigon 8

My family and I were in the area. We ordered egg spring rolls and pho! If this place was closer to home, I would make this my go to for pho. The soup lasted temperature hot throughout the seating which I love. Restaurant was clean and service was great!

Food: 5/5Service: 5/5 We first got greeted and seated immediately! It was our first time here and we stopped by to try it out. I had ordered their pho , which was amazing and It was big in portion! I had to share my bowl lol. I also ordered the sausage spring rolls, and if you have ever had those, you know it has to come with the crispy egg roll wrapper inside! So good! The service was on point! They came and asked if everything was good and was very attentive! I would definitely come here again whenever I'm in Vegas again!

Though Vegas has SO many restaurants to try, I find myself here at least every three months. It's just so comforting and I know exactly what I'm going to get. The broth is incredible and they keep me coming back for more. The soup is very flavorful and the love love love tendons. So good! The only complaint I have is they give you too many bean sprouts on the side. I never finish them and feel bad they get thrown out

I had high hopes for Pho Saigon 8(second newer location in Henderson area), but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The service was incredibly slow--what should have been a quick meal turned into a frustratingly long wait, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.When the pho finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The broth lacked the flavor that makes pho so comforting and flavorful. It felt bland and uninspired, which was really disappointing on a cold windy night.

I usually go to pho Saigon on eastern by LVAC because that was my grandpa's favorite spot to go to before he passed. This location just isn't the same, the food quality is different and the flavor is different. The service is decent but I prefer the one on eastern. The other one has become a spot where the owner really gets to know you. The inside here is newer since it is in a newer establishment/plaza. It's just a bit pricey for what it is, but I still recommend giving it a try!

This my 2nd time to eat Pho in my life. When the server came with 2 noodles, she went to the table who were already eating. We were the only one looked like waiting for the foods. She went back to the kitchen and came out the dining fee times. Then she brought one noodle bowl to me. I ordered #21. It shouldn't have tripe but it had. It should have brisket instead. Our server fixed it but my husband order didn't come for a while. The taste was ok.

This is a fantastic spot, though it feels a bit tucked away amidst everything else across from Southpoint. The Pho here is excellent, and I especially love that they offer the 3-color bean dessert. It's such a treat! Plus, they make it super convenient by offering to-go options if you're in a hurry. Their mobile checkout devices are a great touch, making paying the check quick and hassle-free. Definitely worth checking out!

My wife and I recently dined at this location for the first time. She chose Pho Ga (chicken) and I settled on Pho Tai Nam (rare ribeye and flank). Our respective broths were both quite delicious, the noodles bountiful and the side plate of herbs/veggies quite fresh. A return visit is considered likely.

We come here often whenever we crave a hot soup partly because it's nearby and convenient but also because it never misses! A very reliable pho spot with good service and a good environment for any occasion with plenty of seating no matter how big the party.

Just got in to Las Vegas, picked up rental car, now looking for lunch nearby, so saw this place to have Pho. They have many different type of Pho's, and rice dishes, and noodles dishes. We ordered Pho with cooked beef, raw beef, and tendon, the soup was very good and good portion of beef and noodles. Ordered grill pork chop with rice, the rice was regular rice little on dry side, not the broken rice, pork chop was not freshly grilled but reheated and dry. I would give the soup a 4 and pork chop a 2.5.
