Pho OC has quickly become my go-to spot for takeout, and it never disappoints. Whether I'm picking up an order or dining in, I always see the same woman running the place--I'm pretty sure she's the owner. Her hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, and I really respect how tirelessly she keeps things running smoothly.The pho here is reliable. I remember dining in once with my sister, and we both noticed that the flavor was a bit different from other places we've tried. We realized it's because there's noticeably less oil in the broth, which I really appreciate--it feels a lot cleaner and healthier without sacrificing taste.Service is consistently quick and prices are fair, especially considering the extensive menu with plenty of options to choose from. If you're in the area and craving some good pho, I definitely recommend giving Pho OC a try!

Walked in the door, wasn't even packed. Stood next to the cashier for atleat 15 min. Noone came to help or even say hello The food may have been good but we wouldn't know we walked out after standing there for atleast 20min.And the place wasn't even packed.. baaad customer service.

I've been on a pho kick recently and have been ordering from a bunch of different places to see which place has the best pho. I was starving today and after scrolling through dozens of restaurants and menus I decided on Pho O.C. - I ordered through DoorDash. I got the rare steak pho and there weren't any options for no brisket so I had gotten that as well. I got the pork chop rice plate and chicken skewers. This was the first time getting chicken skewers from a Viet restaurant so I wasn't sure what to expect. The food was delivered within the time frame, everything was piping hot and I chowed down. The pho soup was decent but the true test will be tomorrow morning to see if the soup jellied up (which means this restaurant uses real bones to cook the broth). They gave a good amount of noodles and the brisket but a bit cheap on the rare steak. The brisket was actually pretty good. They also gave a container of black sauce and it was hoisin mixed with hot sauce already and omgoodness I did not appreciate that flavor in my mouth. The pork chop had some warm mushy stuff in plastic wrap that I'm not familiar with and to my disappointment the rice was plain old Jasmine rice not the yummy viet broken rice. They gave 2 pieces of pork chops and man those things were dry! It looked all juicy but once you bite into it, dry dry dry. Such a disappointment. Lastly, the chicken skewers - it came with rice and salad and the pickled veggies, again with the spicy hoisin mixture and the chicken was beyond bone dry. I see spices on the chicken but for some reason I wasn't tasting all that much flavor. They use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs which is what I'm used to and maybe they didn't marinate it enough to add moisture to the chicken but oh man it was really difficult to eat. I took 2 bites and just wrapped it up (maybe I can add some Japanese bbq sauce to it tomorrow and see if I can finish it.) All in all, I will not be ordering from this place again. If you want chicken skewers go to Banana Leaf...

A little spot next to my work, Great service and fast. Menu has a good price for the food and its a great way to support local business that is not in the "china town" area. I ordered the Banh mi sandwich which was very good. I will be back to order my lunches here next time :)

This restaurant was terrible. The food and service were the worst that I've experienced in a long time. I called ahead to make sure that my entire order would be vegan and gluten-free. When my order arrived, my crispy tofu was soggy and cold. You could tell that they just fried it and threw it in the box and it had condensation all over the inside of the box. The pho had a layer of orange grease on top. It also had four pieces of brown meat floating in it. I called right away to let them know and the lady that took my order started screaming at me. She told me I didn't understand what I actually wanted. She said the entire order was vegan however if the brown meat was actually seitan it isn't gluten-free. I take my diet and health very seriously and cannot just eat gluten. It will make me very very sick. Also staff should not be screaming at patrons. I spent my money there, and I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. She wouldn't even listen to me. I would never order from there again. The times when I eat for my broth is clear of grease. I would not take the chance going there again and getting sick from the food.

This review is solely based on their porridge. I had a recent surgery where I am only able to eat soft foods and their chicken porridge has been a major life saver!The broth is so flavorful and I love the hints of lemon grass. I always order it to go and with the toppings on the side. It tastes really good by itself. The herbs give a refreshing taste. The fried onion and garlic add such a flavor bomb to each bite. It feels like I am eating 3 different dishes depending on which toppings I add. I love how perfect the chicken is cooked because it's soft and it doesn't feel dry. It's honestly the perfect porridge for when you are sick or recovering from a surgery! My boyfriend is normally the one picking it up for me and he said the service is always really good! I don't have much to say on the ambiance because I haven't been inside but it's great to take home! They always pack it carefully and so no spills. I highly recommend it!

Amazing taste in food. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Even arriving an hour prior to close they treated us very well . Nice and quiet place to eat very happy Thank you . I will definitely be coming back more mom loved the food and did I forget to mention portions of food are great !!!

Absolutely amazing customer service! The quality of the food is amazing as well highly recommend choosing this place if you're in the mood for a comfortable, clean, and authentic delicious pho!
