Phin Smith is an absolute gem! The service was impressively quick, and I loved that they let me try my drink before paying--such a nice touch. The menu is super easy to read, making ordering a breeze. I got the Banana Coffee and the Strawberry Matcha, and both were a solid 10/10. As we were leaving, the line had gotten pretty long, but it was moving efficiently, which speaks to how well they run things. I'll definitely be coming back to try more drinks!Large banana ice coffee and medium strawberry Matcha blended and a chocolate chip banana bread was a total of $18.69

Went in for the infamous banana coffee, and continuously come back for the banana coffee! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the most aesthetically pleasing café decor, along with the sweet aromatics of coffee being brewed.When you approach the ordering station, one of their friendly baristas greet you to take your order, and once that's placed they'll let you try the coffee first to see if there are any coffee adjustments that need to be made - this is perfect for those who want a little extra kick. You aren't able to customize your milk options, it's more of you take what you get and honestly, it's the best way to go! Once you taste your drink and it's to your liking, you'll then pay. As I mentioned in the beginning, I continuously return for the banana coffee, but one of these days I'll venture into another drink option. Note - parking can be a little tricky since there are other businesses that get pretty busy in the area as well.

I cannot wait to come back here. As soon as we discovered this place, we were back the very next day. It's a drive from the strip but well worth it!!!!!I've never experienced a coffee shop like this before. Every customer is assigned their own barista who is there from beginning to end. They will take your order, craft your drink and wait for you to taste your drink to make sure it's everything you wanted!I had the Sea Salt Coffee and holy crap is is good. Best coffee I've ever had. My daughter had the Matcha latte and she loved it.The shop is super cute and cozy. Great space inside for a coffee date or to work on your computer. Love this place!

We tried:Ca Phe Sua Da phin style - hazelnut cream, cocoa powder, sea salt foamCoconut Coffee Banana CoffeeReally delicious drinks. You taste the flavors you pay for but not in a gross artificial way . Coconut and phin style were on the sweeter side but again, flavors were on point and I can just ask for half sweetness next time. Service was very good. Employee was ready to wait for me to try my drink and adjust it if needed.

Cute coffee shop located in the southwest aera! I ordered the strawberry matcha which was perfect not too strong or bitter with the sweetness evening it out. This coffee shops does tend to be super busy! Upon arrival no seating available for me to study :( but once I did find a spot I spent about 3 hours there. Keep in mind during a rush there are lots of distractions. Also note the parking is VERY limited.

Vietnamese - style based coffee shop. Super cute interior, nice location with not enough parking spots, and mostly friendly staff. If you are not used to Vietnamese style coffees, you might be surprised. First of all what is advertised as a latte is not a latte. It is a drip coffee with flavor. There is no foam, and thicker consistency of latte. They offered me to try latte before paying and since I didn't like it - they said it is what it is. So why offered a free try? Seems counterproductive. Cold coffees are ok, but way way too sweet. I could not finish it and that was with sharing. Interior on the other hand is great. Nicely organized in a stylish manner with nice decor and interesting trinkets. If they would get around to clean up and empty the trash once in a while it would be a whole lot better place. This way - not worth coming back!

Can't skip their coconut latte blended and javacado blended. I love mine super strong coconut flavor, so I always ordered half shot with all the rest in coconut, which is to die for!!!! The avocado blended is amazing, too. Their phin smith version of cafe sua da is a must, too if you are not a sweet tooth. Always a line but so worth of the wait.

Phin Smith, where have you been all my life? While I was circling the parking lot, I was wondering why the strip mall where this little coffee place was located was so busy. After I tried their drinks, I understand.This place was so busy. I usually hate standing in line but everyone kept raving about the drinks at this place. When I stepped inside, I noticed that it was so busy. Everyone in there had a laptop. No one even minded waiting in line for their drinks. If This Were Starbucks, I would have been out of there by nowI ordered the strawberry matcha and it did not disappoint. I can see myself trying every flavor on the menu. I also picked up one of the blueberry scones and it hit the spot.Very clean and it's just a complete vibe. They even have outlets on the walls for you to plug in your charger or device such as laptops.

From the outside it looks unassuming, but inside it's very serene and esthetically pleasing. The baristas were very helpful as I'm used to just ordering either a latté or cappuccino, but neither is available here. I'm going to describe their coffee beverages as, 'unque'. The closest thing to what I typically order that they recommended was a "pour over". I ordered that (hot version) with half n half added. It was good. It was a flavored coffee, which I was not expecting, but still good. The barista actually had me taste the drink before paying (in case I didn't like it) which I thought was sweet of him. He seemed genuinely concerned about providing a satisfactory beverage.Even though I don't typically drink flavored coffees, it was good. There was no seating available- unless I buddied up with a stranger. There was no outdoor patio seating. So, I sat in my car and drank it. Nothing stops me from drinking my coffee! Ha!
