No visit to The Bellagio is complete without a visit to Petrossian and indulging in the Bellagio Martini. This isn't just a cocktail--it's a spectacle. Served in a stunning ice block to keep it perfectly chilled, the martini itself is smooth, crisp, and expertly crafted. But the real showstopper is the caviar cigar that comes with it--a delicate, savory bite that adds a luxurious touch to the experience. The combination of the martini and caviar cigar is pure decadence. The bar is in the lobby of the Bellagio and has great ambiance. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by June, the delightfully friendly hostess. There are a few other drinks and small bites on the menu (we didn't try) but they all sounded great. There is a piano player sets the mood with mix of classic jazz and contemporary pieces. The whole experience feels luxurious and I can't wait to return.

The Perrossian is beautiful with nicely set up with intimate areas where you can have a cozy conversations or just hang out with your friends. We were looking for an after dinner place to meet up with friends. The vegetable crudite was nice, but nothing extraordinary. All the drinks were great, and the Vodka Flight Extraordinary Tasting: Belvedere Single Estate, Carbonadi and Chopin Family Reserve were different, but all smooth and fragrant. Only 4 stars because one of the glasses was cracked, which is potentially harmful, and they did not seem concerned at all when we asked them to replace it.

Located in the Bellagio lobby right across from check-in (which can get crazy busy) this is such a great little corner spot to stop for a cocktail and a fancy lil bite to eat.We were there on a weekend, but only about 30 minutes wait via text sign up. June at the reception was so friendly, and the pianist (I didn't get his name!) was absolutely amazing. Played such a nice range of songs and would look around at the tables while he was playing and smile when he saw you realize what song it was. Could tell he really enjoyed playing/entertaining. Super cute and wholesome... Cocktails were all decent; definitely better than your average Vegas cocktail but nothing super noteworthy. They give you a little bowl of chips/nuts too for snacking which we appreciated while waiting. Caviar is the star here, so naturally there's lots of vodka cocktail options. Food was very good though! We had stuff from the small bites section; generally 2 or 3 pieces per order, consisting of one to two solid bites each. We opted for the tuna cones, pommes darphin, caviar timbales, and caviar tacos. All a bit pricey at $20-30 per small bite order/cocktail, but it's Vegas...Solid place and I'm glad we stopped, next time we'll come hungrier and go for a tin of caviar (so long as the pianist is still there!)

Absolutely loved our visit to Petrossian Bar. First off, June was so welcoming up at the front and took our name and number down as it was a 40 minute wait. She then gave us a table right up front by the piano for the best people-watching. Def a bougie little spot and they had the best pianist playing everything from Billy Joel to Taylor Swift to Wicked. For cocktails, we got the: -Worldly old fashion ($25) : not bad, pretty small pour; made with Santory Japanese whiskey-"Poof" ($30): def the better choice, with a little smoke action; made with rye whiskey and apple brandy-Paloma Rosa ($20): typical Paloma, pretty big pour; topped with a rose petal -Lavender Basil Lemon Drop ($20): served in a tall martini glass, garnished with a lavender sprig And the food in order of favorite (all served with caviar)-Pommes Darphin ($27): like a latke log topped with typical caviar accoutrements; fried and crunchy outside, warm potato goodness on the inside; probs the biggest portion of all the food we tried -Caviar Timbale ($28): close second as this had a delicate outer shell with a hazelnut crème fraiche for both crunch and creaminess, topped with caviar -Caviar Taco ($21): hamachi and gold leaf; cute presentation on top of crushed potato chips -Tuna Cone ($25): delighted this order came with 3 pieces; calamansi dressing served in a cute cone holder Overall really enjoyed the food, ambiance, service and the people-watching. Right in the heart of the Bellagio lobby, it does get kind of busy and if you're seated on the periphery; people stand kind of close to where you're seated but wasn't a bother. The pianist is def a nice touch. Would def be back here on our next trip.

I think it's such a cute place to get a little drink and a caviar appetizer and feel pretty HAHAHAHA I do not believe this is a spot to go with a large group but definitely with a small group, date or even alone! Yes, it's expensive but this is the perfect place that screams "I'm in Vegas and I'm ready to spend money" HAHAThere was a very short wait when we went around 2PM on a Saturday; the wait felt real short because we were gambling... haha or very long, however it feels for you. My friend and I decided to get a bellini and the caviar tacos! Yes, the tacos smaller than bite-size haha but you know what they were absolutely heavenly! My intentions were to go and order the caviar martini but wow... they are $75 I'm not visiting Vegas and I'm NOT ready to spend money so... yeah I did see that a couple ladies at the table behind us ordered it and WOW definitely IG worthy. The service was great, awesome piano music-- at the time we were there the pianist was playing Yiruma. I highly recommend you go and get a drink and a small bite.

Caviar Afternoon TeaNeed I say more?? I love Afternoon Tea and this one in the Bellagio is fancy. It's located in the lobby of the hotel near the registration. I made reservations a few weeks ahead by calling directly to the bar as I was not able to make reservations online. It was pretty straightforward and I got a confirmation via text. My mom and I got there just on time and we were seated immediately. There were a few other tables with the reserved signs. I think all the afternoon tea services were served inside and not "outside" at the casino area. We knew we were ordering the Caviar Tea Service so our only decisions were the tea options. We decided on the Organic Pear Tree and Mad Hatters Tea Party. Both teas were delicious. The scones were perfectly warm when we started off with them. The sandwiches were good. Our favorite was the Truffle Gougere in the round puff. All the caviar items were impeccable, especially the tuna cone. Yum! Desserts were yum, we didn't even get to finish as there was so much food! Service was a bit slow, but we were taking our time. Definitely recommended!

I came to Petrossian Bar because I really wanted a martini on a block of ice. It's something I haven't had before and it looked really nice, so I decided to try this pricey and luxurious martini. It came with a side of the olives and a caviar cigar. Ahh so good!! We were seated by the piano and they were mostly playing Christmas and Disney tunes. Atmosphere was great and we had a wonderful time here. We were given the snack trio of nuts, chips, and popcorn. What a nice treat to go with our drinks. The 3 drinks I tried were - Worldly Old Fashioned - Suntory Toki Japanese Whiskey, Teeling Irish Whiskey, Laphroaig 10-year scotch, Demerara syrup, angostura bitters. One of our cheaper drinks at $25 LOL. Pretty good for what it is. Nice whiskey flavors. Poof! - Frey ranch rye whiskey, Liards apple brandy, sweet vermouth, smoked. I loved the smokiness of it.. one of the main reasons for ordering this one. $30.The Bellagio Martini - Grey goose vodka, dry vermouth, lemon essence, and a Ossetian Caviar Cigar. I admit I couldn't stop touching that block of ice it came on... so nice. $40.In addition to the caviar cigar with my Bellagio Martini, we tried some tuna cones, the Iberico ham, caviar tacos, and opera cake. Everything had a nice balance to it, but I would have prob skipped the tuna cones. Other places does them way better, but the caviar on them was really nice.

Great snacks, drinks and vibes right by the Bellagio lobby. Service is always nice thought not entirely consistent. Rarely a wait to be seated but the check-in staff sometimes has a bit of an attitude. We love coming here. Highly recommended. Though prices have increased overtime and portions for pata negra has shrunk drastically in the last few years.

The Bellagio martini is the best drink I had all trip. Before I get to that, don't be discouraged by the fact that it says they are out of reservations online. Yes, you may end up waiting, but they take your name and number and you can go walk around the casino while you wait. I got the Bellagio martini and it is spirit forward. If you are a dirty martini fan, you'll love this. The caviar wafer that it comes with (it's called a caviar cigar which threw me off, since I don't smoke, but it's really a wafer) is absolutely delicious. It's a thin wafer, with cheese and caviar. It comes in a huge block of ice. I also got the caviar deviled eggs, which were also very good. I started with the Lavender Basil Lemon Drop, which is a good drink if you aren't looking for spirit forward and would be a favorite if I was anywhere else but here. Here, I will forever get the Bellagio martini. They bring you small bites to the table, which is nice. Our server was very nice and I enjoy the old world decadence that is emulated by the decor of this place. You can't miss it if you walk straight in through the front doors by the check in. I would highly suggest checking it out.
