A little hidden gem away from strip only 7 tables not glamorous or trendy. The food was amazing! Authentic, fresh and delicious . We got the Aquadito soup Chicken cilantro lime soup was so delicious, lomo saltaldo steak was so tender, and the rotisserie chicken lots of flavor seasoned well. Service was quick, food was fresh and so yummy. Loved it!

Ceviche de pescado - pretty great way to start the meal-- this was my favorite item orderedHalf chicken - it was so-so; I've had much better seasoning/rub on the Peruvian chickenLomo saltado - beef was overcooked for my liking-- very tough and dry-ahi verde was decent but nothing special here (which can make/break the meal)

Worth it! Being better about food and def eating less carbs. Out on a multi hour errand run and got hungry. I just wanted some chicken. I was up the street and there was an EPL. 2 chicken thighs, $7.xx!! I asked at the window if a meal was cheaper, dude goes yes. Told him to add his fave sides bc I didn't want them. $9.42!! I said I thought it was cheaper, he goes, "a better value!" Cancel the whole thing. Back to Yelp for chicken close by and end up here. It was heavy traffic and I almost didn't make the turn but SO glad I did!!!Place was packed! Table outside had ppl, it's small inside 3/4 tables, but every one had ppl!! Looked at the menu, 1/4 chicken only, $5!! Sign me up!! I think it usually comes w a breast but I wanted dark meat. Couple mins and my food was up. I asked if it had sauce, she said no, but asked if I wanted yellow or green. Said which ever was mild. Omg the smell is insane! It's flavorful, juicy, not a chain, and puts anything I almost spent $8 or $10 for, to shame! They really do a good job w the seasoning here. The yellow sauce was underwhelming to my tastebuds but takes nothing away from the chicken and it's goodness! Menu looked really good, I'd def stop by next time I'm in the area, and more than open to trying something else. Much healthier option and better to support small business than a chain. So glad it didn't work out elsewhere as I found a new gem!

This food is amazing! I was ready to give 5 stars before trying the sauces they included in my delivery order, but once I tried the sauces, I don't even feel like 5 stars is enough. For my main dish- arroz chaufa de pollo. Basically, fried rice with chicken. Flavor was on point and the serving size was incredibly generous! The egg pieces were delicious, and the chicken was great. Now, for the sauces. Admittedly I'm not as familiar with Peruvian cuisine so I can only go based off of the color. First I tried the yellow sauce; it had a nice peppery flavor with some mild spice. I figured that would be my favorite, but then I tried the green- addictive. It tastes like a cilantro based sauce but it has a big kick after the first few seconds. Peru Chicken has absolutely won my business!

Peru Chicken Rotisserie is a hidden gem in Vegas. The food is bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors, and the staff are welcoming. It's a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Peru in a cozy setting. My only wish is that they would stay open later into the night to satisfy those late-night cravings.

It's been awhile since I last had Peru Chicken. This is the only Peruvian restaurant that has been consistently good and is the first location of three restaurants. You'll find them on Tropicana near Spencer with good parking available. Inside is very small with a few seating to accommodate for less than 15 people. Most of the orders are for takeout but it is enjoyable dining in, if you're able to get a table. There's a TV to watch local news and shows, and sometimes it's just entertaining to see a music video. They offer good appetizers and entrees. Papa A La Huancaina ($9) is a cold salad of boiled potatoes covered in creamy yellow pepper sauce, it's an amazing appetizer along with Salchipapas ($8) of french fries and fried hot dog. Tallarin Saltado De Pollo ($15) is very good and has sauteed chicken with onions and tomatoes in linguine pasta. Tacu Tacu Montado ($12) is super flavorful and excellent with two over medium fried eggs served with red onion relish, so delicious! Desserts like picarones and Peruvian flan is a lovely treat, and I love Helado De Lucuma ($7) which is a delightful ice cream made of egg fruit served with crispy orange cookies, so good! Welcoming and friendly service from Adela is always a plus. She is very kind, courteous, and efficient.

After I posted this review my good friend Robert C from up in Sunnyvale made me laugh when he pointed out how crazy I was for going to a Chicken restaurant and ordering beef. Guilty as charged. All I can say is the lomo saltado here is so good, you won't even care that people think you're strange.Anyway, this is still one of my favorite Yelp reviews. It goes like this:Weather patterns have changed so much in my lifetime. When I was younger there was a powerful jet stream that every year brought tons and tons of snow from Peru directly to California. And not just to the mountains, and not just in the Winter. It was like a mini Ice Age. Snow was everywhere, it blanketed the whole state. You practically needed a damn snowplow to get anywhere. Didn't really matter where you were, you could just about forget trying to get through a weekend without running into a snowstorm.I remember at house parties some people were so afraid of avalanches they started going to the bathroom in pairs. Other people wore teeny tiny little snow shovels on a chain around their necks in case they had to dig themselves out of an unexpected blizzard. The lines that connect us to those times are blurred now. Still, every time I pass a mirror I'm reminded of how different the weather used to be and I get a powerful Jones for something good from Peru. That's how I ended up here, I hit up Yelp to see what goodies from Peru were available locally. Yelp told me to check out Peru Chicken Rotisserie. So I did.I got seated and looked over the menu. I'm not the biggest fan of rotisserie chicken, so I asked the waitress for a recommendation. She told me to check out the Lomo Saltado. So I did. That lomo saltado was exactly what I was looking for to feed my Jones. It was a feast for the eyes, with streams of delicious gravy cascading down a mountain of french fries tossed with thick strips of beef. Soft shards of purple onions and juicy hunks of sauteed tomato kept the party going. They serve it all with a mound of perfectly steamed pharmaceutical grade white rice. Oblivious to anyone dining near me, I tore into that lomo like a ravenous jackal. I loved how the strips of steak were a little chewy. Not too chewy, just the right kind of chewy. Give you time to appreciate what you're chewing on kinda chewy.Sort of weird how much I love Lomo Saltado. Normally I wouldn't want gravy on my fries. I'd be like, gimme the gravy on the side, I like my fries crispy. But forget that noise. If you're going to enjoy some real lomo saltado, you gotta get with it, because it's gonna come wet.I washed it down with a tall glass of the fantastic Peruvian blue corn drink, Chicha Morada. Love me some Purple drank!Mikey C says: chains may be required.

My Vegas experience is never completeWithout a stop here. In my opinion, this is some of the best quality food at a reasonable price. We picked up an order to go and fed a family of 5 a healthy meal for $80 and still had leftovers.
