Peinto has solid Thai Food for sure! I had two experiences thus far with Peinto. The first was dining in. While the server was very kind and efficient, the vibe is missing a little inside. There is a TV or two, but no sound. I don't believe I heard any music either - so upon my dine in, there was just one other table of four and the only sounds besides my own conversation were that of the other table. It felt a bit desolate. A little background music would be great here. Now - let's get to the food. This was great! We ordered a House Fried Rice with Chicken. You get a generous portion for sure and I like that it is well balanced in the seasoning. The second dish was a Spicy Basil Chicken and I requested ground chicken. I just like ground chicken more with this dish - so personal preference. The flavor was really good! I can taste a nice basil flavor and I picked 3 stars out of 5 on the scale, but honestly it wasn't at all spicy to me. I could definitely go 4 or probably even 5 to get some heat in the flavor. My second experience was just a takeout of the House Fried Rice and I asked for level 4 spice but upon picking up and opening at home, there was zero spice. I'm not going to knock the rating for forgetting spice because the flavors they have are good. I'm sure they just forgot - no worries. I'll still be back!

Ever since we moved to Vegas we just can't seem to find any good Thai food. We decided to try this place today and the food was disgusting. Spring Rolls: halfway decent but mushy on the inside of some of them. Coconut shrimp: I'm assuming they were frozen or recooked. Pad see ew with chicken: absolutely disgusting and no spice as requested. Pad Thai with chicken: disgusting and no spice as requested. Pork fried rice: tasted like the pork was one week old. As for all the great reviews on here: I'm not sure why they are here! Will NEVER eat here again. $80 wasted!!!!!!

After a long day of driving back to Las Vegas, I went to grab some lunch meals at Foodie Fit and saw this restaurant across the parking lot and we knew we weren't going to cook dinner so we headed over and ordered food to bring home.We were greeted immediately when we walked in and given menus to look at so we could place our order. The 2 girls working the front were so nice!We ordered a couple of different dinners to take home. The atmosphere is really nice! The restaurant is clean and quiet, nicely decorated and welcoming.Service - 5 starsAtmosphere - 5 starsFood - 4 starsWe ordered chicken satay and a side of cucumbers. The chicken didn't have much flavor and the peanut sauce was tasty but very thin, I prefer it to be a little thicker. There wasn't enough vinegar in the cucumber salad.Pad see ew- with chicken. It was a great size portion and so good! (Spice level 1)My Hubbs got kung pow chicken I think, spice level 4. It was really good too, the spice level was good at a 4, not as spicy as I thought it would be. We will definitely go back, I just won't have the satay.

You can tell the staff had personal relationships with the guests. They knew the orders before guests had to tell them. They also chatted about vacations and things going on in their personal lives. A very homey feel. The decorations inside were beautifuly picked and extremely spacious eating. This is a great place to eat alone. I saw many doing this during lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered the chow mein and chicken level 2 spice. Spring rolls as appetizer. The portion sizes are hearty and I was able to take leftovers home. One of the best chow meins I have tasted. The spring rolls had a great crunch and packed with vegetables. Glad I stumbled across this place

I don't come to this side of town often, but since we were coming back from Mount Charleston, we decided to stop in for some carry out. We ordered the pad see ew, shrimp salad, and spicy basil fried rice with crispy duck. The shrimp salad was excellent! Perfect way to start the meal. The spicy basil fried rice itself was delicious, and I liked that they use mushrooms in it. However, the duck was not crispy at all (I tried it in the car before we started driving, so it wasn't because of the travel home). The duck was tasty-- just not crispy. The pad see ew was solid, but not outstanding. The sauce could've been a little tastier.-spice level 5 out of 5 doesn't have much of a kick-iced thai green tea had too much milk and not enough tea flavor for me

This place was amazing. One of my favorite Thai spots I've ever been too. Have to try the pad Thai was a classic. Also the Thai beef jerky and sticky rice was absolutely amazing. Service was on point and very quick. My server recommended a couple apps to try that I absolutely loved. Will have to come back.

We wanted to try a different Thai restaurant and decided to go to Peinto after reading about the chef/owner's start in the country and in the business. We are always impressed with hard-working self-starters.Glad we did....the staff was very attentive and conversational --- a good sign that we may be in for a treat. There were television screens that showed the videos of the chef preparing various dishes (scan the code at the table and check them out). We always believe a Thai restaurant must cook a good pad thai. Although their version is tasty, it was a tad sweeter than what I would have liked. We also tried their version of Singapore noodles which was slightly different than others we've had, primarily because this was very light on the curry flavor. We absolutely loved the catfish which was quite delicious. Glad we ordered it mild because it was all we could handle ;) We capped off our dinner with the mango and sticky rice dessert. We came on a late afternoon, so it was not crowded. The restaurant is not "fine" dining, but gave off a family restaurant atmosphere, which it is. We were quite satisfied with what we ordered, and would like to go back and try other dishes --- perhaps we'll be more adventurous and ask what they would recommend. All in all, we were delighted we came.
