All glory to Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs! We went here with some friends from out of town on my birthday. WOW...it was amazing! My friend mentioned that it was my birthday and while we were looking over the menu the server brought me a birthday pancake! I've never seen that and thought it was very thoughtful and awesome. The menu is quite extensive and has so many classic, favorite and Mexican options to choose from...it makes it very difficult to choose because it all looks and sounds so amazing. My daughter ate some of my pancake, and then ordered a side of Hashbrowns which is one of her favorite breakfast items. The portion was quite large and she devoured them saying they are at the top of her Hashbrown favorites. I finally decided on the Chili Relleno with Eggs...when they brought it out I could not believe my eyes! My breakfast was served on a huge pan! It was plenty to share and everyone loved it....it was absolutely delicious! Our server was super friendly as was all the staff we encountered.Peg's will definitely be added to our regular breakfast list of favorites, and with so many delicious options we will definitely be back soon!I highly recommend you give Peg's a try, you will not be disappointed!

Good service by the staff. We ordered biscuits and gravy 10/10. Loco Moco 10/10. And lastly the salmon scramble aka the LEO, 2/10 (it was made with love but weird combo). Try this place out!! Good food minus the LEO.

Came on a Saturday morning before it got busy. The staff is friendly. The interior has that old-school diner feel. If you have a large group, the tables can be rearranged to accommodate.I liked my Tradional Eggs Benedict and my wife liked her Denver Omelette.

We got into Las Vegas fairly early and arrived hungry for breakfast. Our hotel recommended Peg's as a great spot so we headed over to give it a try. We were seated right away and drink orders taken. Cute cafe ambience inside. Service was quick and thorough. Not a long wait before our meals came out. We ordered the stuffed French toast, 2 eggs and bacon, and traditional French toast. Everything was amazing and we all cleaned our plates! Coffee was refilled during our meals, excellent service overall.

Had a pick up order. Was very busy when I came in, smelt great as well. The food did everything it needed to do for me. Simplistic, but still satisfying. Interior was very "breakfasty" and spacious.

1/19/25 Peg's is a cute little diner which has an interesting retro vibe yet with a Hawaiian influenced menu. The place was pretty packed and yet somehow, the din seems to disappear once you're seated. Our server Traci came over and was a bundle of energy. I ordered the Hawaiian Breakfast and she told me I had to stand and do the hula (which I did). I think I surprised her when I also ordered the Belgian Waffle with strawberries and whipped cream before letting my husband order. He ordered the sausage and eggs with tots and sourdough toast. It was an interesting thing to see "unlimited toast". We were a little nervous as she didn't write down the order but repeated it back, although she seemed a little distracted. It took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive but each plate was well piled and there were no mistakes on our order. The Hawaiian Breakfast had tons of portuguese sausage along the outside, and my scrambled eggs topped a scoop of rice with macaroni salad on the side, along with a piece of fried spam, a pineapple circle, and a strawberry. The belgian waffle was clover shaved (4 mini hearts) and was nicely covered with fresh strawberry slices, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. It was served with a side of syrup. I started with the waffle first since I know whip doesn't always hold that well as leftovers. It was just the right balance of sweet. The eggs were nice and fluffy. The macaroni salad was creamy and not too tart or sweet. The Portuguese sausage was so delicious. I had to stop myself from overfilling and because I wanted to save enough for leftovers. The fried spam was an interesting balance, slightly salty, but I liked the crispness of the fried outer "shell". My husband's sausage and eggs meal was hearty as well. He enjoyed the eggs (scrambled) and said the tots were nicely cooked, not too crispy but not mushy. He sausage was nicely seasoned and the sourdough toast came nicely buttered and ready to add jelly. He ended up getting one more round of toast throughout our meal.

Great place to eat. Only thing is everything does cost extra like pico de gallo etc. Great atmosphere and a favorite local place to eat at. I got the Peg's Glorified Huevos Ranchero. They do get busy!

This place is pretty good. I like the diners vibe of this place. The waitress here are good and very helpful. The atmosphere here is relaxing. I'm from Hawaii so of course I get the Portuguese Sausage, eggs, spam and rice. Can't go wrong with that!

Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs is a solid spot for breakfast. I've been here twice and had good dining experiences on both occasions. Their loco moco plate was delicious and the portion size was generous. The patty was perfectly cooked and the gravy was flavorful. The mac salad that came with it was good too. Their chili had good flavor but I personally found it a bit tangy. I have also tried the hawaiian breakfast which inlcuded portuguese sausage, egg, and spam. Simple but delicious. Place was clean, prices were reasonable, and service was excellent. This place is worth a visit.
