The Pearl Theater is a smaller venue which makes it intriguing for concerts where it feels more intimate than your large arena or large concert hall shows. I went to see Stephen Sanchez who has a great voice and I thought this venue should be great for his acoustics. With no bad seat (from what I can see) - I was on a balcony and had a great view. The sound filled the theater and the balance of the instruments was really good.I like the Palms location because parking is easy and as a smaller establishment, no parking is that far from the venue entrance itself.

First time at Pearl Concert Theater! Was excited to enjoy a performance by Babyface after seeing an interview on the news for this venue. Would rate 4.5 stars because there is always room for improvement. The show started on time. There were elevators available and large bathrooms that easily accommodated large wheelchairs. The staff were helpful providing directions to seats. Beverages snacks and merchandise were available to purchase. The venue was a great size. The acoustics were amazing. Temperature was comfortable. Great view from our seats. Chairs comfortable. I definitely look forward to attending future performances at this comfortably intimate concert setting.

My friend & I went here on Oct. 11, 2024 for a concert thanks to 1stTIX & Palms. We went to see Carly Pearce. I didn't know who she was but my friend was familiar with her & we wanted a night out. Checking in was quick & easy. Staff was nice. The theater is small & intimate. Seats were comfy & we weren't far from the stage. They do have TV screens up above for those who may not have good seating. Sound was good. We hit up the bar & Keith H. was our bartender. He was fun & friendly. We got vodka drinks that were tasty. I had to use the ladies bathroom which was clean & no lines. It was easy to get out of the theater once the concert was over. I'd definitely come here again for any future concerts. We had a great night, thank you!

Came here a few weeks ago for the 1st time to see Stephen Sanchez. I've never been to this theater before, but I quite liked it. The sound was great! I think every seat is probably a great one. We were in Box 313 above, Row A, Seats 1 & 2. I felt we had a great view as well as ample legroom (I'm 5'10", my husband 6'1"). All staff members were friendly. Bar & merch service were quick and efficient. Hoping more artists I like come through this venue!

Pearl Concert Theatre is a midsized and intimate concert venue. I sat on the center balcony and loved that the rows were elevated, so if a person stood up, they would have no issue viewing the concert! I went to the Babyface concert, which qualifies as a throwback concert; unfortunately, many people will show up to sit down and be quiet like they're at a library and not a concert. I had an elderly Black man tap me on my back several times, and I ignored him the first time because I already knew what he wanted. When I turned around, the man asked me, " Can you sit down?" I told the man, " I love music too much to sit at a concert. The rows are elevated so you can stand up." I continued to stand and dance to songs I felt and only sat down on songs I didn't feel, and the man behind me didn't say another word. The sound system in the venue sounded good, and I loved the live band and Babyface's show. R&B singer Tank and two members of Boys II Men came on stage to sing End of the Road. The staff did a solid and organized job getting everyone inside the venue, and I look forward to returning to Pearl Concert Theatre soon! I am annoyed that most acts who book at Pearl Concert Theatre will be throwback acts, which means they will bring a boring older crowd. However, I am always ready, willing, and able to communicate with concertgoers who want me to sit down, that I always stand on business at concerts! Message to forty and up concertgoers: If you want to sit down and be quiet, stay home and listen to music on your iPhone!

Went here for the Babyface concert and wow, it's so sexy in here. Very cozy with soft velvetty chairs. We had seats all the way in the back so it was intimate and nice. I know some of us were irritated when some people would stand during the whole concert, but what is the protocol for that??? I mean, I get it, you want to sing and dance and I've done it, but is it rude or is it ok to do that. This was nice to see for the first time, never been here before and it was a nice theater for sure.

Came here to see the Gary Owen stand up comedy show. The location was able to be easily located upon arrival to the hotel. We found the line to enter the theater pretty swiftly and the employees were able to move the line in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and helpful once inside the theater. The theater provided an intimate ambiance, and spacious and clean setting. The bar line was a little lengthy before the show; possibly could use additional bar staff to assist with the wait time. Could also use additional staff to help locate seats. Overall we had a good experience and the comedy show was pretty funny. Would attend a Gary Owen show again.

"The more simpler my life is, the happier I am!" Peter FramptonWhat's not to love about music except when it's "live of course!" The Pearl Theater offers a small and intimate experience for those that wish to see their favorite musical acts. All sorts of shows are offered here from various genres of musical influence and interest. As you listen, the lights go down, and the show begins. It's time to get started with the jams.On my recent trip to the Pearl it's the famous Peter Frampton yet again comes alive. What a magical masterpiece of thought provoking musical art. The talent on stage that night will forever resonate with my inner soul. From Frampton's early begins in 1976, he rocketed to glory and never looked back. His career and musical success were enormous. Can you believe it's been fifty years since he started way back when. Pardon my lack of giddiness, but what an incredible performance! If you get the chance see Peter Frampton live. He does not disappoint. The theater allowed the band to even play an hour over. Great solo after solo. What's not to love about music except when it's live? The sound quality is superb. The service unbelievable. Do you need a drink? The ladies come around and take your drink order as you scream, shout and dance around. Let your voice crawl to a whisper as your favorite act plays for you do not want to miss the genuine genius that's coming from the stage. Now let's plan our next musical show. Here we go! The music is about to start!

Quaint venue with standard floor/front seats. Balcony and casino level seating as well. Went to see The Sarah Silverman it was a great show! Learned that if this venue doesn't sell out, as you head toward your seats staff will offer complicate upgrades-EPIC! They have plenty of concession stands throughout and on each level, same goes for restrooms. During this particular performance phones/recording was not allowed as Sarah was prepping for an upcoming special. So phones were placed into a locked bag which you could take with you during the performance and once it was over they were unlocked by staff. No seat in this venue is a bad seat. They have television promoters alongside the stage as well.
