BEST food in town!! The service is exceptional as well. We love coming here! The chicken piccata is my favorite and the flourless chocolate cake is DELICIOUS!!!!!

You can't go wrong with any pastas here. Although there's not necessarily any one pasta dish here that would make my pasta HOF, all their pastas up and down the menu are really, really good with quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and consistently al dente pasta. My favorites include the Saffron Shrimp Saute and Teatro (both pictured) as well as the Artisan Pasta Anne. Service is always exceptional, including pickup orders. My only reservation is the price. I've found that quality Italian food is hard to come across in Las Vegas, and consequently more expensive than most other major cities. However, Pasta Shop is still comparatively more expensive than others in town.

Here i am againJust when I've begun to get myself togetherI waltz right in the door, just like I've done beforeAnd You wrap my heart 'round your little fingerWe can not be friends if you have no idea what that means. Seriously.... OKSo, speaking of serious, I rolled a 6! ;) This means, The die has chosen for me to venture to one of my favorite restaurants of my choice, now, I have a few friends I could have invited but my roommate Don, offered to cover the cost so I was like, Yes, lets go!Don ordered an Iced Tea and Chicken Parm which he said was good and then he had his favorite salad and a Pineapple upside down cake for dessert.I ordered a Happy Hour Appetizer that was new for me, Sausage and Peppers, it was made Vegan and I guess is only available on Tuesdays and it was so good, In fact I ordered my vegan garlic bread and an Olive Tapenade which I didn't even need due to how good the sauce was! I also got an espresso Martini and for dinner Spinach Linguini, w/vegan meatballs. For dessert, My Dark chocolate Brownie w/ice cream, all Vegan of course.Amazing as always!Gaby was the server. Amazing as always!Kimmie was there and always comes over to see how we are. Sweet. Hope you read this, Get my number from Gaby and text me your favorite candle scent :P ThanksSo, Valentine's Day, They have some really neat specials, I won't be there due to the fact that I am single! But... I do think it would be a wonderful place to take a date so should I start dating.... I want to bring all my friends here but most of them do not have cars (ah Vegas) And Here I go.... oh....actually..... I have never seen anyone who works here be rude or disrespectful in any way, I have never had any of the food not be outrageously delicious and my friends who go with me (so far 3 of them, 2 non vegans and 1 vegan) have loved all of their food. Everyone has a right to their opinions of course but I eat out once a week AT LEAST and have been to hundreds of restaurants (over 200 before I even discovered Yelp) and Pasta Shop is one of my Top 2 Favorites. I had a free night at GVR. I use the nights at various Station properties to try restaurants in the area that I normally wouldn't drive to. I decided to try Pasta Shop Ristoante because I had seen good things about it on Yelp and I have a friend who recommended it.I arrived around 5:15, the time for my reservation, and I found a nearly empty place. The hostess asked me where I wanted to sit. I chose a two-top in the rear of the restaurant with a view of the entire place (the dead man's hand) seat.After looking over the menu, I asked her a question. I needed to know if the starters were all designed for two people or was there something that would be smaller for a solo diner. She said the roasted Brussels sprouts or the lobster ravioli would be OK for one. That made an easy choice for me. This was going to be an all pasta night. I ordered the lobster ravioli for the starter and the Artisan pasta Anne for the main course.In a short time I was brought some focaccia sticks which were very tasty. Then came the ravioli. Very tasty. The sauce was superb! I used one of the bread sticks to soak up some of the heavenly sauce! The ravioli dish was a bit more than for a solo diner, but it was so good, I finished the three.The main course came out. In the center of the bowl there was spinach papardelle. The menu describes the dish this way--Spinach pappardelle pasta, shrimp, feta cheese, fresh tomatoes in a scampi sauce. The scampi sauce gave the dish a pleasant flavor. The four shrimp were broiled perfectly and were an excellent combination to the dish. There were cubes of feta but I didn't think the pieces added to the dish.After finishing the main course, I did something so unlike me. I passed on getting dessert. I was full and feeling very good from the meal.Service was very good! My server was super friendly and right on with her answers for the questions I asked. It was pleasant getting away from GVR and going in the nerighborhod--one that I know little about. Staying at Stations around the Valley gives me a chance to learn more about our Fabulous city!

You know I haven't been to pasta shop in a few years after having dinner that night I asked myself why?I had the most amazing carbonara this evening that was made with beautifully smoked pancetta the right amount of pasta and sauce, herbs, and spices. It was a work of art. It was so delicious it was offensive. My wife had the shrimp salad, which looked delicious, but I wasn't having it tonight. One of my favorite desserts is Ricotta Cheesecake and it's very hard to find a good one.They had a lemon cello Ricotta Cheesecake, which was a solid five I would order a pie like this to take to parties. Of course I don't need to mention that the service is amazing even though we came in at 6:15 we were out by 7 o'clock. Food was piping hot delicious customer service always Very hospitable. Shame on me for not going more often.

My buddies and I wanted Italian food and we saw good reviews of this spot on yelp and decided to give it a shot. This restaurant is located in a small plaza with decent parking. We came around dinner time soit was a little busy. [Service] Upon entering, we were seated immediately and given menu's. Our server was friendly and patient with us while we combed through the menu. When we finished placing our order the food came out in no time at all. Multiple staff checked in on us to see if we were doing alright or needed anything through out our meal. Great service! [Food] I ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and shrimp scampi linguini as an entree. We also decided to order the lobster Mac and cheese and share that. The meatballs were delicious and the marinara sauce was so good. The Mac and cheese was to die for. Bursting with flavor and they were good chunks of lobster in there as well. My entree was definitely my favorite. The shrimps are huge and had a nice charred taste to them. The pasta was perfect as well. Amazing food! Overall, we had a wonderful dinner here. I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good Italian food. I will be back to try out their other menu options for sure.

What a cozy & delicious homemade pasta bistro! We decided to try PSR, since it is so close to my grandmother-in-law's house.We visited my GIL's house in Henderson from Summerlin. All of us love Italian cuisine,'so no brainer to pick a non-chain Italian restaurant. Upon entering, the hodgepodge of artwork was abundantly clear. I heard the female owner created all of the artwork herself, including painting the dining tables. We ordered the steamed clams as our appetizer, which was very tasty. I had the chicken piccata & the highlight was the homemade linguine - AMAZING!! My husband was a bit disappointed w/ his rigatoni with Vodka sauce and sausage. He said the sauce was bland, missing garlic flavor. Our toddler had the kids cheese ravioli w/ butter; and he loved it!The customer service culture was immensely friendly, however, lacking attention to detail. The female brunette server didn't listen to my request. I explicitly (and politely) asked her for two separate to-go bags due to two separate households. And voila, we got ONE to-go bag for three leftovers. Another unpleasant variable was the cheesy bread, which was little bitter.

Came in to eat at Pasta Shop with my family. So many options to choose from on the menu. Everything on the menu was very unique. The waitress Gaby told us that all the pasta was made fresh in house. Everything came out very fast despite the restaurant being packed. Food was delicious. Service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Husband surprised me at this cute restaurant for Valentine's. Smiles from all the servers and was attended to right away. So happy they had a Valentine special to help me choose an amazing combo. From the appetizers to the dessert, such an amazing choice. Definitely coming back!
