Where do i even start?! My significant other surprised me with an early Valentine dinner at Partage. It was both our first time dining in. From when we walked in to be assisted by the wonderful host, to our server Daniel, to the gentleman making sure our water was filled & table to clean, to another gentleman bringing each of our dish and explaining it.. TO EACH AND EVERY COURSE WITH EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN... was absolutely DIVINE. Everything we had put a smile on our face. We didn't even want to eat anything else afterwards that would ruin the beautiful meal we had. Partage is a beautiful French cuisine and everyone that assisted us and spoke to us, was amazing. The restaurant is very beautiful, clean, and i love how spacious it was. Congratulations to their expansion as well! We were able to check out their bar side and a separate food menu. I already cannot wait to come back! My taste buds were dancing with every single bite and believe me, i took my time with chewing too. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and especially the kitchen staff!p.s. they accurately assisted with any allergies we may have and was very accommodating. i unfortunately am allergic to alcohol and it inflames my throat. they helped by excluding any alcohol in dishes or have the sauces with reduction on the side. luckily and very thankful i was able to have a full experience with no allergic reaction! this includes me dipping into sauces with the reduction, normally i would but not at Partage

PARKING (4/5):In a strip mall so it shares parking with a lot of other businesses and can get busy on weekends.FOOD (3/5):$110 = 5 COURSE$140 = 7 COURSE + $140 = 7 WINE PAIRING$180 = 9 COURSE / SIGNATUREI was highly disappointed with the wine pairing. I didn't love any of them & for paying $140 the same cost as my food without any that I liked was sad. I loved the plating of the food, and the food was good, but nothing that stood out or went above and beyond. SERVICE (4/5):Service was great!OVERALL (3.5/4):This place is SO HIGHLY rated on yelp so maybe my expectations were too high. I would not come here again sadly. I would rather pay more for a Michelin restaurant somewhere on the strip. Obviously this place is way cheaper and more reasonably priced, but I just didn't like anything. I wouldn't recommend to my friends. French is my favorite cuisine, so I seek out all the fine dining French spots and this one just didn't hit the mark for me. Still a fun experience if you just want something different and more affordable.

Fix your system!Food was very good, not a single bad or mediocre dish in the bunch. This place is better than many single Michelin star restaurants and even better than some 2/3 star restaurants (Benu in SF comes to mind, I just hate that place). The pacing was a little slow but the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the tip recommendation. It calculates the tip based on the after tax amount. I certainly don't expect this from any decent establishments. I still left $440 because our server was absolutely fantastic. And I wanted her to know we appreciated her service. But, to: Partage, fix you pos system to calculate the tip correctly or don't include it on the ticket!

Celebrated birthday last night with dinner reservation at Partage. This was our first time here and it was amazing! Chic, modern ambiance with dimmed lights makes for an intimate setting. Parking in this strip mall is brutal so definitely get there early and get reservations. We were late from looking for parking, but the hostess made sure we weren't being cancelled. We got seated quickly after checking in.There is no specific menu, only the amount of courses. We aren't big fans of foie gras so we went with the 7 course dinner with 3 appetizers, seafood, meat, cheese courses, and dessert. We also ordered mocktails as well. All 7 courses were mind blowing! The chefs decided on ingredients that were not normally found, and combined with modern French cooking techniques, made for dishes that were not just food, but also art. We were thoroughly impressed with everything.Service was excellent! Matthew, our server and his team took care of us throughout dinner, frequently checking in to make sure we were satisfied with the food, and cleaning up/replacing utensils as needed. Top notch food and services, and we'll definitely be back again!

I cannot say enough about great things about Partage. This was easily one of my favorite pre-fixe menus I have had in Vegas. The service was amazing, friendly and not pretentious as you sometimes encounter at other high end restaurants. Our waitress had a beautiful French accent and made us feel like we were transported to Paris for the evening. The food itself was amazing and this restaurant deserves all of the accolades. If Michelin comes back to Vegas, expect this one to be on the list. From the Amuse Bouche to the dessert, Partage hits it out of the park. With so many restaurants in Vegas, I rarely go to the same one twice, but Partage is worthy of a second and third visit!

Partage!! What an amazing experience and atmosphere my partner and I had here during our trip in Vegas. We went here for the 9course tasting, and it was one of the highlights we had this trip. Our server was informative with everything on the dish, and the dish itself. Other servers were also welcoming and had a sense of humor that kept us laughing all night long. The food itself was delicious and such a good value for the price. My favorite was the New Zealand Lamb Wellington, I'm not a fan of fan nor wellingtons but man, that was exceptional. The concepts and presentations was all there and would definitely go here again when we come back to Vegas.

A delightful experience!!! I thought it would be one of those experiences where you would pay a huge sum of money only to leave hungry, but it was honestly very worth it, and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is really cute, and we saw that one of the rooms was like a private Arte Museum where the projection onto the walls changes the location in France depending on the origin of the food you eat. We did the 7 course dinner with a wine pairing and a South of France. The South of France was a sweet drink that also had a bit of a show where someone would blow a bubble onto the top and give you a slice of fruit to drop into the drink to pop it. Each course seems like a small portion, but I felt it was perfectly sized and satisfied you with every course. I cannot for the life of me recall the names of the dishes, but my favorites of the night were the very first cracker-like appetizer, the frog leg dish, the swordfish dish, the cheese dish, and the dessert. The wine pairing wasn't something I raved about, but I also have not gotten into wine where I can taste the subtleties or see why it pairs nicely with the dishes. Those who do, however, really enjoyed the wine and found it a nice introduction to wines! Our server, Daniel, was also super kind and helpful throughout the night. Whenever a new glass of wine came out, he did an excellent job of explaining the history of the wines, and I learned a thing or two! He also timed the courses nicely and didn't make us feel like we were rushed at all.I haven't experienced very many tasting menus, but this was my favorite. Each dish was flavorful and exposed me to new combinations I wouldn't have thought would be as good as they were. Everyone at the restaurant was also so so kind, and even the chefs came to our table to ask how the food was, to check in on us -- it was overall a really pleasant evening.

WHOOPS! I found this sitting in my drafts from July! Who knew I had so many saved!?!Because I keep going back to Partage, I'll keep updating! But, I will make it short. We visited Partage again and were kindly surprised when we arrived and Daniela, our server, walked us to the Chef's Table. Apparently unsold, we were upgraded to this treat as a celebration for our 20th Anniversary. I WAS ECSTATIC! I upgraded myself to the nine course menu this time and yes, each course was fabulous and most served by Chef yuri himself!I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this restaurant is. Yes, the price has gone up from when I started eating there, but where hasn't it gone up. The food is top notch and for a tasting meal, you leave FULL and HAPPY! The service is stellar and I cannot recommend the chef's table enough. Eat at Partage... and ask for Daniela!

Snagged a reservation for 2 on OpenTable for Friday, December 6, 2024 at 6pm. We arrived at 607pm and were promptly seated. When we arrived most of the tables were taken but there were definitely spaces for walk-ins, if any showed up. The location of this place can be hard to get to from the strip - for one, parking is a pain - and for two - the front door doesn't match anything like the inner decor (which can throw you off). Anyway, after we sat down: You get a choice of bottled or house water - we picked house water. For cocktails we ordered a cadamour (mocktail) and the south of France. There are no "a la carte" options. You get three choices of "set menu" - 5, 7, or "signature" (9 courses) for $180 each. My partner and I picked the signature set menu. You can tell this place is upscale when the quality of ingredients is good. Portion sizes per dish are small - but you're getting very well thought out dishes, with a mix of ingredients. The types of food span meat (duck, pork, oxtail), luxury (foie gras), seafood (razor clam, dory), and vegetables (butternut squash, onions, mushroom, etc) - if you have an open mind for food, this place will be a great choice! The ambience is cover music of popular songs you definitely know, but in a tune and volume level that it's more like background music. The origin story of this place is that it was started by three chefs from France.

She sure is pricey but worth it.I like set menus, it makes the dining experience a lot easier. They do ask about allergies or strong dislikes when you are seated. They have unique festive cocktails and the service is top notch. The food is unique and although some items sounded a bit "huh?" It was all delicious. It's definitely an excellent choice for a celebration, as we were (and it included a few extra goodies for the celebration). Picky eaters may not fare well here though: as some selections are not exactly for everyone.
