Local grindz! Broke da mout!The Pangaea truck pulled up to my living complex. I was skeptical about "new world fusion," but a look at the menu and I stepped up to order. And you ordered on a free standing online kiosk. The pictures of the offerings are remarkable and the touch screen is easy peasy to order. I fell for the Chix sandwich and Jerk fries. The boys in the truck were moving quickly and served me up in a jiffy. It was my plan to eat my carryout in my home, but the aroma overwhelmed me and I devoured my grindz in the lobby of my complex. The sandwich looked exactly like the enticing picture. And was even better tasing! Made with boneless thigh meat and battered fried to perfection. Each bite was an "ahha" moment! And the Jerk fries were impossible to resist. Spicy and nice!There's a brick and mortar restaurant and venue in Henderson. I might just leave the comfort of my Downtown neighborhood and trek to the burbs for a dine in experience!

Great food!!! Excellent customer service too. Tried the Kalbi beef plate and it was excellent, came with rice and two sides. Definitely trying them again when they come back.

Try the jungle jambalaya, this dish is inspired by mixing Asian, Caribbean and Creole flavors together. It has a coconut curry based with a intense flavor of goodness. It's a must try!!!
