I used to love shopping here. But lately the staff has been rude. I thought it might be just the employee having a bad day. But today again, same bad customer service by assistant manager Kayla. She looked so annoyed to see a customer, had no desire to help me show the charms I wanted. She barely showed me 1-2 trays and the whole experience was just bad. I wanted to get a few charms but because of her unprofessional and rude treatment, I just got one.

Went in for a cleaning, the machine was down however Kayla was super super nice. She let me know when it would be fixed and when we could come back. She still examined my bracelet and complemented me on my charm choices and showed me hers. She was just super nice as was her co worker. The kindness they showed to me and my daughter was refreshing. Can't wait till next week when I go in to get my next charm. These ladies make me wanna shop there.

First, I went to Pandora branch in Palazzo Casino yesterday and i really hate my experienced.... Felt that i was forced and rushed to purchased my first bracelet. When me and my husband got home, I was upset with my purchased and didnt bother to look at it. The next day (today), we went to Summerlin branch and told Valerie (she's awesome)!!! She greeted us right away and told her my situation, not only she listened.... she also took ALOT of time and patience with me until Im satisfied with my bracelet. Even through, I paid extra $683.86 atleast I'm a happy camper and inlove.... Definitely recommended this store and ask for Valerie...

You know its a good day when you get a parallel parking spot right on the street at this mall.Came on my lunch break to get my ring cleaned. Rachel was the gal that helped me. She was soo nice, had my ring shiny n bright in under 5 minutes. You can bring in jewelry purchased from any Pandora and have them clean it for free. Their warranty is 1 year from purchase. I will most likely be back, because I have an eye on a couple of items.

Short summary: This store's customer service is awful and made us feel incredibly undervalued. Our sales person was unprofessional and blatantly rude for no reason. I've spent about $500 at Pandora just within this month for myself and others--I am not at all impressed or even satisfied with my experience at this Downtown Summerlin store. I don't recommend this business. My friend and I have Pandora jewelry and wanted to shop for more rings together. We went to this location to get our rings cleaned (a service that Pandora advertises and entices people to use if they need to and ever come by a store). We also wanted to try on more rings to let our partners know what styles we want them to buy for us for Christmas (we went on 12/17). After waiting about 10 mins to have a service rep become available, we were called by Nikole. She began at a low note and only went further and further below customer service standards. First, she barely welcomed us and literally began with "I'm hungry" after my friend asked, "How are you tonight?" Then ignored us for a long while as she cleaned up from her last customers. After getting going with viewing rings, we asked if we could have our Pandora rings cleaned (we had 5 rings total between the two of us). She ignored the request to clean rings. I asked a question about the size of the "stones" and she replied, annoyed, "Pandora cuts their own crystals, we don't have stones." Didn't even answer my question. Sorry I don't know Pandora's history front-to-back? At this point, it was as if we were profiled as just trying rings on and not buying anything. Like she was "wasting her time" (she literally says this at the end of my story, so hold on). Anyway, there are 3 more examples of the unhelpful and uncalled for attitude but I don't want this review excessively long--which included terse one-word answers to questions, not explaining sizes, saying we can look at the online catalog instead. Yes, we can look online but trying stuff on in-store is so important for the decision to purchase a piece of jewelry. But those examples of treatment weren't even the worst part. At the end of trying on a few rings and not liking how we were treated, we just asked again to please get our rings cleaned. She then ignores us, looks to another group and says, "Next in line." How awful. We say excuse me and ask for a third time to simply clean our rings. This is where she goes from bad service to blatantly unprofessional. She glares toward the people (two parties at most) behind us and said "There's a line, you're wasting my time. I guess I'll just throw them in." Then huffs and goes into the back room. At this point, we just leave. My friend managed retail, so she understands the busy season and that times get stressful, but you just can't maliciously degrade customers. Especially since we were paying customers that literally had 5 rings altogether on our fingers as proof that we supported Pandora--not that it should have mattered. This Pandora worker showed terrible service and absolute unprofessionalism. We were appalled at the treatment. Please do better in hiring qualified representatives. And don't make customers feel bad for using the services Pandora promises.

The staff at this store is obnoxious and rude. I was returning some items and they made it an extremely difficult experience. They were rude and not helpful. One worker even placed herself into my business and called me "difficult" and making things hard. Save your time hit the different Pandora shops around Vegas.
