Pan Roast combo with shrimp, lobster and crab! Good size for two person. I recommend.Manhattan clam chowder- will be nice if serve on a bread bowl.Oyster - good sizes, i think should put more horseradish. Bread, should work on that. Reminds me of my homemade pandesal. (Am no good in baking) Service and Ambiance, i say just okay.

Food: 3/5 (Previous experience were 4/5)Service: 3/5Ambiance: 4/5I've been coming to this oyster bar ever since the wait at the Palace Station location became ridiculously long. I've been here about three times, and unfortunately, this visit had the longest wait and the worst tasting food. My previous experiences were much better. This time, the pan roast felt like it was missing something. I'll give them another chance, but if the taste stays the same, I won't be coming back.

We visited for lunch on Thursday with a party of two, and it was an excellent experience. We arrived and were told to sit anywhere, we chose the bar. Unlike Palace Station, this place has the bar and ample additional seating. We started with Oysters on the Half Shell, they were fresh and large. The horseradish was nice and spicy. We then ordered the Combo Pan Roast (heat level 9.5), added sausage. The thing about Pan Roast is that it is inedible for about 10 mins, pure molten lava. Once it cooled down, it was delicious, with a bit of a kick. Very similar to Palace Station, maybe a little lower on the spice scale. The service was great, he cooked a nice meal and kept up with our needs. The margaritas were tasty, but maybe a bit small. Overall, great place for Pan Roast.

Experience today was quite mediocre from the service to the food.We ordered 2 pan roasts and a shrimp gumbo. The pan roasts were not bad, but wasn't the greatest either. We used to come here over the years and it was always a nice meal. Today was just not it. Pan roast didn't taste the same, something was missing. The rice scoops were so mushy and wet...man that was a let down. Gumbo was just not to my liking. It was a very slimy stew with an overload of okra.Served never came to check on us or refill our drinks. All that for $100+, shame.

My first time eating here at Oyster Bar, found inside of Station Casino. Also, this was my first time visiting Station Casino in Henderson... I heard there is usually quite a wait. We got lucky on a Sunday for lunch & got seated within a few minutes. It's a casual, chill restaurant. Restrooms are located nearby around the corner. If you like seafood, this is quite the spot. Ordered Clam Chowder to start with, since the Fam said it was good. I have high expectations & I'm picky with my Clam Chowder. For being in Vegas, I wasn't expecting too much. I was impressed & devoured that cup of thick clam chowder. Man, I should've ordered the bowl. But, it's okay, I knew I had to save room for the main stuff. We had a hard time choosing what to order. Ended up sharing some Peel & Eat Shrimp & splitting a Pan Roast Combo. I love shrimp & I'll eat them in any way. They were some good sized shrimp. I was eyeing someone's Cocktail Shrimp. Will need to try that next time I'm here.My first time trying a Pan Roast, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was creamy, it was tomatoey. It went well with some white rice. It was a Combination Pan Roast & I was surprised to see the amount of shrimp, crab & lobster. We got a level 3 spice level, since my friend doesn't do spicy. It was good. I'm definitely glad they were able to split it between my friend & I. Because, boy were we stuffed. Oh, & The Fam enjoyed their Salmon & Jambalaya, Level 6 too!Desiree was our fabulous server. Thank you for the great service, positive & friendly attitude & attentiveness. And for the heads up on the waterfall water splashing on us lols. Thanks Desiree, 5/5.

The original Oyster Bar always has a ridiculous line so we opted to make the drive to Station Casino to this location. We initially came to the original location to see that the wait would be about 2 hours. Then deciding to drive the 17 minutes to this location and was immediately seated was a no brainer. This location has a whole restaurant, with table seating as well as bar seating. Although, there are some misses compared to the original, the no wait and nearly consistent food is 5 stars for me.Known for their pan roast which is absolutely delicious, but my preference is the Etouffee which was creamier. The combo chowder of clam and manhattan was amazing. I would get a whole tub of that. Service is still very friendly here. You kind of miss the allure of seeing the action of the pan roast as not all the seats are in line with the pots. They do not make the volcano sauce here which is a bummer, cause that is a game changer, but I guess I could cool on the spice from time to time anyway.

Some people say that the best oysters can be found just after the sunset begins. In this case, the sunset is a casino. Located just after where Sunset Road begins. A place where the term "shucking the life into you" is encouraging. As for oysters, life began at the rock bottom of the ocean. Some people say that they appear as shining stars. Amongst the deep dark blue waters. If life can exist inside an oyster shell. Than i imagine oyster can wish upon a landmark above water. Widhing to embrace in the arms and legs of shining people. Perhaps long ago, oysters dreamed of a place.Somewhere the sunshine always sets upon their waters.

Food: linguine with clams in white wine sauce, shrimp cocktail, bowl of clam chowder (New England). Comes with complimentary sourdough bread. The best linguine and clams I've had in the Las Vegas Valley. My favorite is still in San Diego but this was really good. There were fresh whole clams and fresh clam meat. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth and flavoring was amazing. I love how there's lemon in there. So tasty!! I was sopping up the broth with my bread! The shrimps were large, succulent and super fresh - right out of the sea. Hubby said his clam chowder was really good. Service: we sat at the bar and watched Adrian work his magic and cook our food right in front of us. So fun and entertaining. Ambiance: everyone is working like a well oiled machine there. Each person has a specific job to do and they do it well. They have a large bar as well as a few seats and tables but I recommend sitting at the bar! It's really a good time. Location: inside Sunset Station cansino. The restaurant is towards the back and is in its own cave with waterfalls so you don't feel like you are in a casino. We'll be back for sure!!

Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday last night. There was a bit of a wait since we wanted a table which is no big deal. However, the waiter Lionel is extremely rude. While we were waiting he proceeds to walk through our conversation without saying excuse me, acknowledging us, or apologize for the wait (the chef had to come from behind the bar to greet us btw) so that he could seat the smaller party behind us at the bar. I brushed it off until he proceeds to do it again! I finally had enough and approached him about his rudeness. I was glad he wasn't our waiter because he would not have gotten a tip. Terrible customer service on his part. Anywho... our waiter Troy absolutely saved this review and our experience. He was such a sweetie. My Bouillabaisse was amazing, as was my lemon drop martini. I'm not sure I'll be back because customer service here has declined in recent years and I've heard Palace Station is much better.

Came back here because the last time was so good. It's turning into a christmas tradition to stop by. The service was amazing as always and everyone was very friendly. I brought my family and everyone loved that it looks like a cove with water running on the sides of the restaurant. The food was so delicious ! Tried charboiled oysters for the first time and wish I got the larger order, they were good! Everyone loved their food ! I love coming here.
