Service, ambiance, and food all deserve 5 stars! It's been a long time since I've fallen in love with a dining experience in Las Vegas, but my first visit was love at first bite. This is an absolute hidden gem in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk in, the intimate ambiance and warm hospitality set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.I decided to go after seeing a friend's experience on IG, and she wasn't wrong--I can't wait to come back! And I have to because I forgot to purchase a few bottles of their Housemade soy sauce. If you're looking for an intimate, high-quality omakase in Vegas, come here.

Place had the perfect vibe. Packed but not in an anxiety-inducing way, lively but not full of obnoxious people who think they invented dining out. Service was freakishly good considering how slammed they were. Our server either had telepathic powers or at the very least was slightly force-sensitive. Pork belly skewer was perfection. Crispy, juicy, fatty--basically a life-changing experience on a stick. Gizzard was that perfect balance of chewy and smoky, like the best kind of bar snack but fancier. The skin was dangerously addictive. Could've eaten a bucket of it and still wanted more. Then came the A5 Wagyu short cap, which straight-up melted in my mouth. Pork jowl was right there with it, crispy in all the right places, fatty in all the better places. This place gets it. No snobby nonsense, just killer food, great energy, and servers who might actually be Jedis.

First time here, and WOW everything was so good! Our party of 4 came around 9:40pm on a Thursday night and were seated immediately. Everything tasted like authentic Japanese food.Favorites were the motsunabe- very light but flavorful broth and the skewers!Service was great, and parking was easy. It'll definitely be a new late night spot to hit up.

I've been back a couple of times since and I have had great experiences. I do love the late night menu of Izakaya items especially from the grill. The prices are also very fair.My last visit I took my family late night and they loved everything. Very fresh and authentic Japanese flavors.

Kyara is one of my favorite Japanese places to go to with a wide variety of quality food. You have the option of sushi, skewers, izakaya and even Omakase all in one location. This is right off the freeway and you don't have to go all the way to Spring Mountain for quality Japanese food. All of the food is quality and anything you choose will be amazing. They have variety of meat and veggie skewers. They even have A5 wagyu skewers which I'd highly recommend if you haven't tried it. Sushi wise you can't go wrong with tuna (akame, toro, otoro) as everything they have is fresh. The only thing is that I believe they have different menus depending on what time of the day you arrive. We arrived late night which offered the late night menu (9pm-1am) but all the options were still great food items. They provide three different types of sitting arrangements. One is at the bar which provides you an open view of the chefs at work, a booth that gives more of a Japanese setting and another open area that may feels more of like a drinking/izakaya feel. The service is really good in the beginning, but once you have your food it may be harder to track someone down. You'd have to kind of flag them down since they may be busy helping other customers (just like any other restaurant). So make sure you order enough food so you won't have to wait so long if you realize you're not full yet.

I've driven by this place countless times, and finally, a friend invited me to check it out. It's right next to Tropical Smoothie--you can't miss it. I went late at night, and the atmosphere was perfect for an evening out.The skewers were fantastic! I had the bacon-wrapped asparagus, pork belly, and the unagi don, and everything was cooked to perfection. Great flavors and the price was very reasonable for the quality of food. The craziest thing happened when I walked in--I ran into some old friends I haven't seen since 2011! It was a pleasant surprise to catch up with them there.Definitely say hi to Yoshi the chef, and Winston, the owner and I'm guessing the host who was the wife :) not sure correct me PLEASE SORRY. Winston is such a great character and made the experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again for a great night!

There were 6 of us and we had reservations for a Friday at 7pm. We were seated promptly. We intentionally came here at this time in order to try their omakase. We all ordered the Matsu Omakase ($138). We were told that the difference between the Matsu and Take options is the wagyu that comes with the Matsu option. Everything served had great presentation and all had very good quality. This was such an amazing experience - kudos to Chef Winston!Price is reasonable. Our server Jean was nice, friendly and accommodating. Ambience - well-lit, clean and not too loud. A few regular tables and also bar seating. Highly suggest making reservations. Located in a complex - lots of parking. Definitely coming back here.

Best meal of 2024!This not so hidden gem is new my favorite local sushi spot! My first visit was 5 weeks ago, and I've been back 4 times already! The restaurant is beautiful and clean, service is superb, and the food...wow! Had the Ume every time with the occasional Robata add on. They do a tuna cutting that I can't wait to try. Wait list is crazy, but it looks worth the wait. YouTube it!They also change the menu for night hours. Turns into more of a bar with delicious Japanese bar bites. Chef Winston was really thoughtful about the dinner menu and the later hours Best bites:OtoroUniAma ebi ChawanmushiRib cap skewerPork jowl skewerPretty much every bite Just go check out Omakase Kyara. My favorite late night restaurant when McDonald's and Roberto's is cutting it!!Sometimes you just want A5 Wagyu nigiri at 11pm!I've only been for their izakaya menu, which is outstanding in itself. I'm sure the omakase offerings are just as great.Fish has always been fresh and of high quality. I enjoy all their skewers that you can watch being freshly grilled! The chicken meatball skewer comes with an onsen egg to dip- highly recommend. The negi toro hand roll is generously stuffed with toro and scallion, another top rec.
