I have been frequenting OhJah for years. This is the second time I have had a disappointing experience ordering takeout hibachi. You will see in the photos attached that a New York Steak Hibachi plate was ordered, as well as the Filet Hibachi Combo. The New York steak hibachi was terribly overcooked to the point where the meat was powdery, and you will see in the photo that the amount of steak was shorted quite obviously. Very disappointed with this experience and not sure I will be coming back.

We live in the neighborhood and have come to frequent OH JAH on a regular basis. We've sat at the sushi bar, in the dining room, and also done hibachi and have never once had a bad experience. I might also add for the quality and portions of the food, it's an incredible value! The staff here are all EXCEPTIONAL and so friendly. JJ who is always at the front host stand when we come in is always warm and welcoming, she remembers us and particular things we like each time that we dine in. She embodies the spirit of GREAT HOSPITALITY and her leadership trickles down to her staff who are equally as attentive and kind. Honestly this place is a gem, and the food is always delicious. We haven't ordered anything that we didn't enjoy, from appetizers, fresh sushi, yakisoba, fried rice, filet mignon, and everything in between it's ALWAYS FRESH & DELICIOUS! The place is always clean and well maintained, it's lively due to the energetic hibachi chefs on the teppans. That is what a hibachi restaurant is supposed to sound like for anyone complaining about the noise. That's part of the energy and ambiance and it shows that a restaurant is doing well. Always a good sign when a place is busy, it means the doors will remain open for many years to come and many more memorable meals for us. Thank you, OHJAH. Our family have dinner this place. Begin everything is good. After one habachi chef come to other table make very loud noise. We can't enjoy our food. Of course you need take care ur table customer but is not only one table customer there . Here is restaurant is not dance room. We need environment for dinner.
