Don't let the pretty pictures in their profile fool you. This place is horrible. The saimin come separate however, the noodles come in a plate lunch and broth in a tall narrow container which makes adding your noodles a disaster. Half my noodles ended up on the floor and the hot broth spilled all over the table and my legs. Not to mention the noodles were soggy. The hamburger steak gravy was thick like pudding.They do not have complementary water, you're expected to buy bottle water or soda. Ordered a Teri beef sandwich and received a regular hamburger . Not to mention the cashier seemed pissed that we dare to question and send my wrong order back. We tried and will never eat here again.

I came here several times and the food is great. I tried their bbq beef, bbq chicken and loco moco. They have lots of flavor and very tasty. The portion size is really good as well. I will come again!

Nice and big place with delicious food and resonable price.It is fast. I ordered Katsu chicken and honey mayo shrimp, it takes not even 10mins. The little lady in the front is nice with good manners, she is really helpful. Over all, I would definitely come back with my family.

My girlfriend and I went in and I ordered an eggs and rice with portugese sausage plate. I told the cashier scrambled and she looked at me all confused. I specified thats how I wanted my eggs and she just nodded her head. I felt like her customer service needed some work along with everyone else in the restaurant. However, she was a manager (according to the receipt) so I expected better.As we were waiting for our food I noticed the cooks in the back didn't have any gloves on and I brushed it off at first until I saw a cook grab his phone and wipe his face then touch the food again without washing his hands. Then what REALLY grossed us out is that the same cook coughed without covering his mouth or even turning away. We were debating on asking for a refund before we got our food but then she brought our food out. I opened my SCRAMBLED eggs and rice plate, one of the most simple items on the menu, and it was an over-hard egg. My gf brought it to the manager and kindly asked for the correct eggs. The manager brought it back to the cooks and when she brought my food back out, it was the same kind of eggs. Knowing how to cook an egg in different ways is in the basics as a cook.I work in the kitchen as well so these aren't things a 'picky Karen' would complain about. These are things that are simple and shouldn't NOT be a problem at any restaurant. We unfortunately had a bad experience here especially for paying over $30 for 2 items.
