Oasis Boutique Motel

Mold in the bathroom, heater didn't work properly, hot water takes forever to get to the shower head, confusing check in , there is no office , the lady who took my reservation actually booked it for the wrong year. Window shades provide zero light blocking, someone in the upstairs room made noise until at least midnight and constantly dropped something heavy on the floor multiple times. If you want a quiet nights sleep go somewhere else. Zero stars if I could.

I really lucked out on this place. I called ahead because it was a Friday night. I was happy to discover it was the small motel I had remembered from the last time I drove through the historic part of Boulder City. The rooms are all updated: fresh paint, nice flooring and a bonus walk-in closet with a microwave and fridge. Free wifi works well, as does the a/c, the bed is comfortable and there are decent plug ins that are not hidden behind the bed. The wood furnishings including a desk look brand spankin new as do the blinds and lamps. All this for under 70 bucks total. There is a bar and restaurant by the lobby with outdoor tables, or you can cross the street and eat at the cute Southwest diner.

Marcus and the ownership at Oasis are fantastic. The people are accommodating and the rooms are great. Couldn't recommend this place enough especially at the price point!

We love the onsite bar that offers good food and they serve past the time other places are closed. The menu is diverse enough everyone can find something they like. The rooms are the best around as well. EVERYONE IS SO NICE.

This is probably one of the most underrated and jams in Boulder city. The place is immaculate inside, and is just so clean. The bartender is a great guy and provided great service.

From the day we got there was pretty kool, the owner is just like me all about business and a nice guy. We did a staycation. The bar is awesome I don't do bars but I like this one, Everyone is so polite the bartenders are awesome. I like Marcus the owner.When my band is touring I'm used to the big hotels, however this place is small and quite nice. The people that work here have all been fantastic.Willie PSYCHO APPROVED

Maxx's is one of my favorite places to go-the staff and regular customers are great and I get to bring my dog to hang with me on the patio. It's also a plus that the kitchen is open late for most other establishments in Boulder City shut down earlier-it's nice to know there is a late night option for good food. I tried Jenny's Shredded Beef Tacos recently on Taco Tuesday. They come with onion, cilantro and lime wedges-no sauce required because the beef has the most amazing flavor-mildly spicy, smoky and juicy! And bonus-they are just $1 a piece on Taco Tuesday! So worth it!!! There is also pork tacos for $1 on Tuesday which I will be trying soon as well as the many other items on the newly expanded menu. I saw a pizza come out of the oven that looked to die for!!! Check out Maxx's Oasis Boutique and Bar-you won't be disappointed!

Small hotel with a bar and reasonable pricing. Very caring & personal staff. My wife and I stayed there with our 2 kids after driving in from LA on our way to the Grand Canyon. Business hours say midnight but we pulled up after 1am and no reservation. We had stopped at a few hotels already that were not staffed that late. They got us set up in a split room where the kids had their own joining room. Even filled our cooler with ice in the morning for our road trip.Tnx!

Amazing service. We stopped with a dead battery hoping to get a room. No vacancy but Marcus came out to look at our car anyway. He was able to get us going and we made it to our destination. We offered to pay him and he said no because more people should help each other. Can't wait to stay at this amazing hotel.

I can't give no stars but the service here is awful. There are two girls here and they gave us such awful attitude (they even got super catty for calling them out) and obviously not going to tip awful service. Don't waste your money here..
