This was our first time dining at Novella and we have loved it !!! Absolutely phenomenal experience. It is such a beautiful restaurant with incredible authentic Italian food. A hidden gem ,located right in the heart of Spring Valley. The restaurant is so bright and inviting, beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork on the walls. It is very clean, nice and overall great atmosphere. It is not too big, but not too small either, perfect size for a dining room and they have a bar too. The food is DELICIOUS !!! This place is run by a real chef!He literally is making amazing food for the fairest prices and the portions are great too. This man cooks with his heart. You can tell the food is amazing by the fresh taste and they use the quality ingredients .It is nice to go to a restaurant where the food is prepped in house-made fresh from the scratch. The menu is very diverse and there were so many options , anyone would be able to find something they will love!!!We have tried their : crispy fried calamari- MUST TRY ( the best in Vegas that we have had) , chicken piccata, portobello mushroom ravioli and calzone pizza. Some of the best portobello mushroom ravioli we have ever had. They explained that the pasta is made from scratch, which explains the soft texture. They serve every dish with two garlic breadsticks and they are to die for- THE BEST BREADSTICKS, FRESHLY BAKED TO THE PERFECTION, definitely a MUST TRY ! We have also had a tiramisu and a cannoli for dessert and again very delicious . The staff were very nice and helpful .The Service from the owner Victor is very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. He does everything from front of house duties to food preparation, cooking, takeout orders, answering the phone, and attending to customers. It was very nice to have an honest conversation with the owner which is not common in most restaurants these days.He is very passionate about his restaurant and he truly cares and takes pride in his food.No need to go to the Strip or a more expensive Italian restaurant. This is The Spot!!! We encourage anyone looking for an amazing Italian food to come check it out! You won't be disappointed! We highly, highly recommend it!!!The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, so l recommend you dine in if possible. It's also open late for anybody looking somewhere to eat at night.

Avoid this place at all cost, they may double charge you like they double charged me.I ordered from here and was charged twice, called the very rude owner and he refused to make it right. Here's what happened:Placed an order via Uber Eats and made a mistake, within a few seconds I cancelled the order and reordered. I received the second order. The next day I received an email charging me for the cancelled order.I contacted Uber who said it's the vendors responsibility not there's.I called the restaurant and he said "you should have ordered from me direct not Uber". So apparently it's my fault for using the service he signed up for.As far as the food it was just average, pasta was under cooked, I like mine aldente but this was tough. Super super rude Good was just okay not great

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. They had some pretty good value lunch specials. We ordered rhe Spaghetti with Meatballs and the Chicken Parmigiana which had a side of Spaghetti as well. They were generous with their portions. And each dish came with a breadstick twist and a soda was included.Guadalupe was our server and she was great. Took our order quickly and was attentive and friendly. Our order came out in a fair amount of time. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Bright and had some nice decor and they had a nice bar area which also had an espresso machine.I would come back again if I'm craving some Italian food. I over heard one of the customers enjoying their sandwich and saying that it was a god size sandwich. I might have to try that next time.Thank you Guadalupe for your great service!

We came here to celebrate my sister's birthday, on a quiet Sunday evening. Our group of six was ready to enjoy a nice meal together. Our waitress was absolutely lovely--so friendly and attentive! She got all our orders spot on, and to top it off, they sang Happy Birthday to my sister with a slice of cheesecake. We ended up spending over $200 because the food and service were just that good.We hoped we helped the restaurant on a slow night because they truly deserve more customers!

Had an amazing dining experience here last weekend with friends as they closed at 1am on a Saturday night. The chicken Parmesan was perfectly al dente, and the rich, flavorful marinara sauce had just the right balance of tang and sweetness. The cheese bread pizza was crispy with a perfectly charred crust, topped with fresh cheese that tasted like they were straight from Italy. Service was warm and attentive, making it feel like a true Italian family meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine without paying strip prices!

This place is great! Tried it for lunch last week and everything tastes so authentic. When we walked in everything seemed so clean and airy. It was smaller than I expected. I ordered the Alfredo and added chicken, but also ordered mushrooms, and broccoli a la carte. The Alfredo sauce was divine! Not too thick or thin, but just perfect! My sister ordered the salmon which was blackened and seasoned well. The tortellini was also very flavorful. I have to admit I was a bit bothered at first as I had come during my lunch break, so I had limited time and it seemed to be taking a long time. However, after receiving and tasting the food, I see why, everything is made fresh. It was worth the wait. I will be back.

How is this place not full?!We decided on an impromptu date night and I put my partner in charge of finding a spot. They picked this one. A Quick Look at the menu found the usual fare, and with items like pizza and wings I figured it'd be "good enough". Dear reader - I vastly underestimated this spot!We walk in and all the tables are completely empty. To be fair, it was barely 6pm. We sat and the friendly server gave us menus. We ordered a variety of dishes. (Shrimp Scampi, Pesto Pasta, Side Salad - since I wasn't feeling garlic breadsticks and figured my partner would eat those as a side (FORESHADOWING)).We got our food in a reasonable time. Everything was delicious and well prepared.Shrimp Scampi: the sauce was light, bright, lemony, and not broken! Clearly the work of a kitchen that knows what they're doing. The shrimp was well cooked.Pesto Pasta: Fresh and bright. The pesto was a tad oxidized, but it didn't affect the flavor so not taking off stars for that. Wonderfully garlicy.Side Salad: well composed. Veggies (cucumber, tomato, red onion) may have been a bit large, but I also have a mouth the size of a pinhole so it could just be me. Again, didn't affect the enjoyment do its fine.Garlic Bread Twists: This is where I have the food version of cute aggression. These were so good I swear I wanted to flip over the table. Flaky, light, not gummy, well seasoned. I definitely did not allow my partner to eat all of them and considered ordering more as "dessert."The servings are appropriate. Enjoy to leave you satisfied and happy but not so large that you have to be rolled out. A sign of quality and thoughtful food.Chocolate Mousse Pie: firm enough that it probably came in frozen. I'm not upset about it. The entire dessert selection is thoughtful and on-brand. The mousse itself was thick, rich, and smooth. A tasty dessert all the same. Will return again SOON. As should you.

I had seen this place several times before and I decided to stop by since I had time and was hungry. The locations looks cute, like you could have good meal with friend, family or a date. Ample parking and other business spaces where you can get a lot done on one trip. I walked in to the establishment and there a short wait for the Host to arrive. Luckily there were several available tables and I got lucky and sat by a window with a view of the LV Strip. I enjoyed the wide variety of menu options, there is definitely something good to pick even for that one picky eater, not naming names, you know who you are. I ordered Portobello Mushroom Ravioli with chicken. Man of man, this was the Bomb Diggity, yup I just asked my self. Moving on, . The Portobello Mushroom sauce was creamy and flavorful, the Ravioli was delicious and cooked to perfection, the chicken was cooked nice and tender with light seasoning, Yummers. Now the bread sticks hardly get any reviews, this Bread Sticks are crunchy and on the outside and fluffy on the inside, it was magical. Would I come back, you bet I will. They open late some days during the weeks which works for me.I guess many locals come here, since there were several Pick Up Orders. The service was decent. I got to chat with the Chef a couple of minutes and gave him Kudos for the delicious meal I was eating. Side note, very handsome Chef, not sure if he may or may not need a Green Card, but I Volunteer as Tribute. (FYI, last comment was ment to be a compliment, not done out of disrespect)

We were in the search of a new Italian spot. We wanted to step out of our norm and also stay away from chain restaurants. After searching through Google and Yelp, this place stood out. So we decided to give them a try.Upon entering, this place was a ghost town. I have to admit, I was a little nervous. It's normally not a good sign if a place is empty - especially on a Saturday night. We obviously got seated right away. Customer service was great! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful! I asked for recommendations and decided to order one from the list. I got the Pasta Diablo and added sausage. My kids ordered a shrimp scampi and creamy beef rigatoni. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! My dish could've easily been shared between 2 people and still get full. It was flavorful, pasta was al dente, sauce had a little heat to it (keep in mind, I like spicy so if this is not your cup of tea, skip this dish) and the twisted breadsticks on top was perfect! The creamy beef rigatoni is also another must try! Pasta was al dented but I think it could've been cooked just a little more. And the shrimp scampi was delicious. Not too sour (lemony) or too buttery or garlicky. It was lighter and my son completely devoured that plate. The place is clean and neatly decorated. We spoke to the owner and he was so nice! He asked for our feedback on the food. There really wasn't anything bad I could give him. Artwork inside is completely customized and beautifully done. I'm a little shocked this place isn't getting much business. If you haven't tried them out, this is your sign to go!
