Food: yellowtail jalapeño - love ponzucucumber sunomono with crab - best dishshrimp and vegetable tempura - okEel and cucumber maki rolls - mehSashimi salad - skipEggplant miso - Japanese eggplant yumWaygu A5 flambé 6oz. - DD gobbled this up at $55 per oz!!!Black cod miso - always a winnerMiso cake - surprisingly delicious Price: dinner was ok, but exorbitantly expensive. I'd rather spend that money on quality sushi. Service: responsive, attentive with water refillsAmbiance: the music is a little loud, but luckily we were seated close to the teppanyaki rooms so it was not as loud as the main dining area. Honestly my Japanese mom LOVES this restaurant and wanted to treat me for my bday so I can't complain, but this place is crazy $$$$ and can't justify for the output. So I wouldn't come here otherwise.

Disappointing Experience - Food Poisoning & Terrible ServiceI had high expectations for Nobu at Caesars Palace, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. My entire group got food poisoning after dining here, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this supposed caliber. The quality of the food was shockingly poor--nothing tasted fresh, and for the outrageous prices they charge, you'd expect much better. To make things worse, the service was just as bad. The staff was rude, inattentive, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. For the amount we spent, we expected at least decent hospitality, but instead, we got attitude and neglect. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Las Vegas. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers and serves food that won't make you sick.

Second time dining at Nobu's, first time was last year at Nobu's at Harrah's, this time Nobu's in Ceasars both dining experiences were top notch. Our waiter was very very informative and explained the menu very well. He was taking time to train a young girl, who will crush it when she's ready to go solo, she was catching on well.As for the dishes, the spicy tuna crispy rice is a MUST! The spicy edamame was wonderful. Tekamaki is a good choice and the miso butter fish also taste buds awakening. Vegetable Tempura was light and fluffy and not greasy at all.I would recommend dining at Nobu's at least once if you can. It's a unique dining experience.

I was back in Vegas, and I was fortunate enough to get to come back to Nobu's. My first visit was great, and they didn't disappoint when I came back. It's a beautiful setting where we were seated at secluded table with attentive and professional service. We did the Omakase which included Yellowtail with yuzu and serranos, Crispy rice with ahi Tuna, Wagyu tacos (no pic), Spinach salad with dry miso, black cod with miso, fried rock shrimp, grilled beef tenderloin, a delicious sushi combo and a beautiful coconutty and creamy dessert. I can't wait to come back again.

Nobu is one of those restaurants that's at the top of everyone's list just to say that you have dined here. I can tell you, it was a nice experience but over rated and expensive for the average working person. If it weren't for my BIL's comp due to his status, there would be no way we would have dined here. Especially when we had excellent AYCE sushi off strip for a price of one dish the night before.5 of us adults decided to order family style and shared 8 dishes. The 5th individual didn't really eat so it was really just enough for 4. -Salmon belly karashi sumiso ($60): 6 pieces-Squid 'pasta' w garlic sauce ($34): squid sliced really thin to resemble pasta with stir fry veggies-Beef tenderloin tobanyaki ($68): sad to say that the onions were better than the main dish.*Black cod w miso ($49): a fan favorite. So much umami flavor.*yellowtail jalapeño ($38): 6 pieces-Shrimp and vegetable tempura ($45): this should have been a hard pass. It was good but not $45 good. Should have went with the special not classic. -crispy rice w spicy tuna ($78): pop it in your mouth or else you'll get the mushy tuna all over your hands. I thought this was bland.-Toro and scallions maki ($27): 6 piecesThe cod and yellowtail were my favorite two dishes. Service was exceptional with her recommendations and how much we should have ordered.Four of us ordered cocktails for $25 each. Anything in Vegas that's above $20 should be premium quality and get me tipsy. Not here. The one time, you do not get what you pay for.

Went to Nobu @ Caesars Palace in Las Vegas with my hubby and friends for my birthday. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious and the service was great. All of our servers were very friendly and attentive. I had their signature dish Black Cod Miso which did not disappoint. We were so full by the end of our meal that we didn't order dessert but they gave me a complimentary birthday dessert which looked absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. Overall a fantastic experience.

OMG!!!! For the longest time I avoided places like Nobu simply because I felt the quality of food and experience was not worth the high asking price. I'm definitely glad to be proven wrong. We checked out Nobu in Las Vegas while out there to celebrate my brother's birthday. My partner in crime has been there before and I guess I trust her opinion lol, jk. We had a short wait upon arrival (was a busy Sunday) but once we were seated, the experience began. Since it was our first time there, we opted for the Chef's Special/Experience where they pick the Chef's favorite dishes and serve them as they intended them to be put together. They took into account allergies and ensure we had an amazing experience. Each and every dish brought out was better than the last. I don't know what kind of wizardry they used on these dishes but I was speechless throughout the entire experience and it had me rethinking my thought process of price vs value. For those who never been to Nobu, I recommend going that route for to try the various dishes and they are intended; who knows you may find something new you enjoy. At $250 per person, I will definitely say it's he most expensive meal I've had, but I can honestly say it was well worth evet penny. The crowd is a bit mixed; some coming in regular clothes and others come dressed to the nines. Dim lighting help set the mood for your evening regardless of what you are celebrating. Definitely will be back.

All of the dishes we had were amazing. Dining at Nobu requires reservations in advance, or lots of flexibility and luck. We used all of the above for a last minute weekend trip. I would suggest checking the app to see if new time slots opened up. The place is located deep inside Caesar's Palace, so I would suggest leaving additional 10-15 mins to travel compared to what Google suggested. We had a light meal with toro tartare with caviar, snapper dry miso, 1 sea urchin (from santa barbara), 1 bafun uni (from japan), black cod miso and scallop toban. It's rare that all of the dishes were not just not-misses, they are all hits. Toro tartare was melting in mouth with delicious caviar, the snapper was so good with yuzu and olive oil, sea urchin and bafun uni both gave us different yet sweet delicious tastes. Black cod miso was so tender, flaky, slightly sweet and full of umami. Scallop toban was jelly-like. I came with my family and we had a very young infant. He was okay at the beginning of the meal and was getting very fussy towards the end, probably because of the noise level. I really wished the music had lower volume. We left the meal knowing the food was good but overall was a bad decision given how bad baby felt.

We went Nobu at Caesar's for dinner back during the summer when we were in Vegas. I remember being ok with the Nobu in Los Angeles I went there many, many years back, so I was excited to finally try Nobu again in Vegas. I'm a sucker for omakase, especially at Japanese restaurants, so we of course opted for their omakase tasting menu without a second thought. It was $225 per person and we also opted for the Wagyu supplement which I believe added an additional $55 per person for a total of $280 a person before drinks, taxes, and tip. Overall it was a decent amount of food, and the cuisine itself was pretty good I guess, but it just lacked that wow factor, and it was a little more pedestrian than I was expecting for the price. Also, the tempura course was just borderline offensive as you can probably tell from my pictures. I can name countless Japanese omakases I would prefer to Nobu at that price. The closest comparison would be Mizumi at the Wynn back when they used to do omakase, but even that was an obvious step above our experience at Nobu, and the ingredients were far superior at Mizumi. The best way to describe our experience at Nobu is that it's a slightly fancier version of your nice neighborhood sushi restaurant, but priced borderline fine dining Japanese. The service, however, was top tier excellent throughout the dinner and we never felt rushed even though they were pretty busy that night. The amount of time the whole experience was a little over 2 hours, and I feel like they paced the dishes perfectly. Drinks orders were also served fairly quickly throughout the dinner. Had the omakase been half the price, I would've probably given it 5 stars, especially considering the stellar level of service. Again, everything was fairly good except the tempura, but we were just unimpressed, especially at these prices...there simply was nothing really spectacular about any of the courses. I personally recommend skipping the omakase, especially if you're expecting fine dining level, unless you're too lazy to choose your own dinner here.
