Great Ice Cream / Custard I was amazed to see it being made right infront of us. All the different flavors make this a family favorite

The custard is good. The servers don't know the difference between a cake cone and a sugar vs waffleCone. Seems simple enough. I ordered a cone and they gave me the wrong one. Do not buy the pre packaged frozen custard in the pints. I bought two toTake home and both were expired on the bottom by 1.5 month's.

I've been to the other location in Henderson and this ice cream shop is located in the Santa Fe Casino. Been here a few times and some days it can get busy. We waited about 10-15 minutes which was fine as we saw how busy they were. Great spot for dessert.

Yay!!! A custard shop in Northwest Las Vegas! Nielsen's Frozen Custard is located in the Santa Fe Station Casino, at the food court, next to Wingstop. My husband and I stopped by here on a Friday evening around 8:00 P.M. There was only one other party ahead of us. Nielsen's Frozen Custard is made fresh! There were 3 different flavors available, vanilla, chocolate, and the special of the day was a peanut butter brownie flavor. You can also order a specialized "Concrete," which allows you to mix in add-ons like M&Ms, Oreos, Butter Pecan, Caramel Cashew, and so much more into your custard! If you're looking to take home an assortment of Frozen Custards, Neilsen's has options available in a Pint or Quart. Custard is slightly different than ice cream. Custard has some egg in it, which provides a different texture, specifically a smooth and creamy texture! It's also served a little bit warmer than Ice Cream! If you wanted something different than their custard or concrete custard options, you can also mix in custards into floats, soda, or make a sundae! We ended up selecting the following2 Scoops of Chocolate in a Cup2 Scoops of Vanilla in a Waffle ConeLuckily, one of the team members had stopped another team member from incorrectly assembling the vanilla in a standard cone to the waffle cone instead! I also liked how there was a no-spill protector with the Waffle Cone, too! The chocolate custard was scrumptious! I couldn't finish it all, unfortunately! It was so filling! It was smooth and creamy! My husband enjoyed the vanilla in a Waffle Cone! The team is great here, and the custard is so yummy! I would stop by here more often if it was closer to our residence!

Frozen custard is so good already and then to make it more amazing, this place lets you add in whatever you want!! I chose caramel and cheesecake. I do wish the caramel was not blended in but would rather have it ribboned throughout but I didn't know to ask that- so next time I will. Pretty chill place and room to sit and enjoy.

I was at the Santa Fe and decided to have a treat before going home. I saw the new Nielsen's Frozen Custard outlet in the food court. I've had frozen custard at four Nielsen's from St. George, Utah to Henderson. This food court location is perfect. Not many step from the elevators for the garage I use when I'm at the Santa Fe.I looked at the flavors and decided to get a favorite--coconut as a concrete. Their sign says that a concrete is a milk shake you eat with a spoon. That's a great description. Being made from frozen custard, you have a heavy, thick mixture but it's not a concrete that is solid. It is a very enjoyable ice cream product.I got a coconut concrete. I had the coconut flavored cuastard and there were small pieces odf toasted coconut throughout. It was very enjoyable and very refreshing. Their custard reminds me of the Carvel frozen custard I had as a kid.The staff was very pleasant. There is seating there. This is a stop I'll make again when I'm at the Santa Fe for a session of VP.

Very good custard counter located in the Santa Fe Station. They only offer three flavors vanilla, chocolate, and flavored the day. You can have them made in concretes with a lot of toppings to pick from but you can't see them because the toppings are kept in the back. We got our order quickly and the custards were served at the perfect temperature. The counter is also cute to look at and has some old memorabilia to look at.Reasonably very good!

We finally made it here! This location is inside the food court at the Santa Fe casino. The have the ordering counter but on each side there are seats so you can eat at the counter.Very nice workers! They took their time explaining everything and showing us the menu they had and how it all works. I had a regular sundae and my Hubby had a special size Sunday, both were good! I'll definitely go there again to try some more!

I stumbled across this gem while browsing the limited food court inside the Santa Fe Station Casino. I have honestly been here three times in the past two weeks. The servings are generous and I'm totally obsessed with the Oreo mix in custard. If you enjoy a yummy cold treat definitely stop by!
