Nico's Eats

Had the pleasure of grabbing some food from this establishment a few weeks ago with my son, husband and daughter and the food was great! I was lucky enough to snag the last order of fries and we got probably hands down the tastiest lumpia in town! Tacos are top notch as well as the musubi. Food looked and tasted amazing and service was excellent as well. Looking forward to seeing them again soon!

Nico's was at my apartment complex the other night, when I came back from running errands they were still there. So i decided to check it out. When I first went I waited like 5 minutes or so and no one notice or heard me, so I left. When I went to get my package I decided to make an order I asked for some recommendations and ended up with the crispy guava chicken and the veggies noodles, the chicken wasn't as crispy as i expected the flavors was there a little sweet for my liking but good, I wasn't a fan of the noodles it was super greasy and didn't have alot of flavor, there was alot of the green onions ends in it . There wasn't much ambiance since it's a food truck and it was toward the end

A party I went too today had them catering and everything was soooo good! The tacos, quesadillas, fried rice and lumpia were great, but my favorite was definitely the spam musubis!!!

Went to the grand opening on 5/11 the food was AMAZING!! The staff was hospitable and the owner Nick is a funny dude on the mega phone!! Everything on the menu is hit!!

Second time going with Nico's Eats and they never miss! If you're thinking of getting them, just do it.. you won't regret it. I highly recommend tacos, quesadillas, and lumpia. Service exceeded my expectations as always. Nico and his team were so helpful and made the event stress free for us! Punctual, reasonable pricing, and great communication. and FOOD is FIIIIREEEEE!

Amazing food with even more incredible customer service. I've never had tastier tacos. The musubis are something i will keep dreaming about until i have them again. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious new spot to try and/or revisit!

I had a variety box...needed to taste everything and yes everything was FIRE!! All the sauces perfectly complimented everything with a squeeze of lime...I felt like I ate my money's worth...besides I like supporting the food truck movement ...great Asian Mexican fusion

I was at a catered event by Nico's Eats and the food was excellent! Nico and his team have a state of the art food truck, and the food that was prepared was not only tasty, but the presentation was superior. If you love good street tacos and bowls, Nico's is where you want to eat!!

Just opened their food truck! The food is amazing!!! Highly recommend! The Tacos, Esquites & Mushbi was the best!
