New York Pretzel

The pretzel we got was really good! Soft, not too bland & crunch crust. Perfect for my kids. They ate the whole thing. Service was quick & the environment was not too busy!

These pretzels are so overpriced at 9.99 and so bland. I was hoping it would be similar to Auntie Anne... but no. Even in a pinch I'd recommend to save your money!

Shoot I'm sorry they just really are not good in my opinion. We arnt even going to finish it. The cheese sauce is watered down and has no flavor and the pretzal just tastes like bread? I don't know but I'm really not picky and I wouldn't come back here. 2 stars is being generous. Got to get a new recipe for everything. Go to wetzal pretzal instead. Sorry.

Last April was our first time trying the new york style pretzel. We came here 2 times to get pepperoni and parmesan cheese. Pretzel is soft and doughy but they get a little harder the next day. Hot dog has a pretzel bunwith a asmall piece of jalapeno which gave it a kick.We wanted to bring some pretzels back home to Hawaii but didn't.

Never been to NY, but if their pretzels are this good, then I might visit sooner than later. The dough is light and soft, especially if eaten fresh. A variety of toppings adds variety: jalapeno, pepperoni, cheeses, garlic, sesame seeds, etc.....Prices were a bit steep, especially compared to pretzels from my home country. But, one pretzel was large enough to be a meal for my 11 year old daughter, so that's a bonus. I guess it's a value since flight and hotel to NY is way more than Las Vegas.

GTFO! Ain't no NY pretzel. A NYC pretzel is big, soft, and salty. These pretzels are big (got that part right), greasy, and greasy. It's like the pizza places that just throw 'NY' in the name to get people to buy it. Only for suckers. I guess that means...

Food was just meh. Very overpriced. The one I got was dried out from being under the heat lamp for way too long.

Friendly staff. Delicious soft with a crisp crust. Love the assortment of flavors. We opted for the Parmesan pepperoni twice in one trip and a Parmesan pretzel wrapped hot dog! Easy to find location - as you enter New York New York from the over pass bridge/at the top of the escalator.

Staff was nice. No wait time at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. But I don't remember pretzels having butter when I lived in NYC. I ordered a salted pretzel that tasted like butter and sugar. Staff said they all had butter. Freshness and texture were fine. Tasted like a mall pretzel like Auntie Anne's or Wetzels. Took a few bites and threw away.

Had to come here because Nathan's wouldn't sell the pretzel bites advertised on their own menu and the pretzel bites offered here were so disgusting, we threw them away after the first taste. They were supposed to be regular salted but they were repulsively sweet and didn't even seem to be cooked right. Complete waste of money.
