Nara's is my spot! Currently- Thursday night is R&B night. I LOVE the crowd, music, drinks and hookah! I'm not one to go to the same place over and over but it has been giving me so much life lately! I LOVE it here! Jason is a great bartender. The hookah is always good. The current promotors/ DJ are bringing the vibes and the people are always having a good time. The women are friendly and the men are respectful. Book a reservation ahead of time bc the tables/bar are always filled up and it is a packed house! Such a vibe!

I'm always in this area because I go to the nail salon next door. A friend of mine recently recommended this new lounge a few weeks ago so me and hubby came thru. I love it! Good vibes friendly staff and not to mention the food is amazing. The carne asada fries are mouthwatering. The hookah is always on point as well, and the bartenders isn't shy with the liquor. I'm glad there's a new hookah lounge in town because all of the ones are burnt out. I'll definitely be back!

Because of my initial experience, I will never suggest this establishment to any, current or potential, associates of mine.I came with my friend at 1:07am (I understand that the business closes at 2am) with the intention to grab a nightcap cocktail and visit the owner and bartender as my friend is close with the two. My friend (a woman) was let in and I was not (a male). The two bouncers, mainly the one with dreads, proceeded to bullshit me and tell me they did not let her in. Like what? I just watched you let her in. He then says "I let her in because I thought she was a beautiful woman" My reaction to that is obviously nigga. The man with dreads then tried to bullshit me more and attempt to turn me away by saying "they're at capacity" when that failed, the other bouncer proceeded to say that I'm out of dress code when clearly I was not.If there was dress code there should be mention of that on the company website as well as any other form of advertisement. I've been in food and beverage industry across the United States and Asia for more than 12+ years opening various fine dining and high profile establishments and currently manage over 200+ employees. This venue needs to get their shit together. I'm appalled at this initial experience. They clearly cater to a degenerative crowd and I can see truth to the low reviews they currently have on Yelp, Google, etc.

This place is awesome! The food is great also. Wings were some of the best I've had and the hookah is a great deal! Must try this place!

I have no idea what happened honestly we were the ONLY table there it's not like they were busy. it's more of a hang out for employees then a place of service.I have been going there for a while on a consistent basis to have business meetings I took my team out to dinner to thank them for Easter and I am not kidding the hookah guy came to bring the bowls and then sat with the owners and smoked hookah NEVER CAME BACK.I really really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I will never come back again because it was embarrassing bringing my party and having such horrible service. It's also obvious it isn't a one time occurrence several other reviews state the same thing . I wish the business great success.Tips for improvement:1. Make it clear to the employees this is a business not a clubhouse. I had to chase the employees for everything even a check and even then she thought laughing and joking with coworkers was more important then taking my money and getting her tip.2. The coals produce a lot of ash which requires a lot of attention make sure hookah guy keeps on top of it.3. Put everyone in uniform I have no idea who works there or doesn't.I am so sorry for this review I probably will delete it in a week because it is a small business, but I wanted the owners to see this and see the issues and address it to be a better lounge.

This place has great food, best hookah in town and the vibe is chill and comfy. Im here 3 days a week .

We only had drinks while we were waiting for a table at the place next door - but bartender Jason was great and the rest of the staff seemed friendly and attentive!

These People are a JOKE! Not only are their EGOS too BiG but instead of letting people know that they are ShUt Down and had their business license revoked , they keep their OPEN for business and ignore the calls. What Jerks.
