If I could give this place a 0, and it's not because of the food. We actually did enjoyed most of the food.One of the pizzas we ordered was a 16 inch pepperoni and jalapeño. When my husband got home, we opened the pizza and noticed that it was missing the jalapeños. We ended up calling this place to let them know and the lady on the phone made it a priority to "call us" liars. She stated that she "checked the pizza before you left and it had jalapeño" well I'm afraid she needs to go and get an eye exam because there were no jalapeños. Their solution was to have us drive all way back from Centennial (Skye Pointe area) , to make us another one. We would've taken this offer if we didn't live 20 min away. When we ask if we could have a refund instead she stated that we still had to come in and bring the pizza in. At this point we were upset, because this was a mistake THEY made, and the best they could do is make us drive 20 min back. We ended up hanging up without a resolution after she offered to refund us for just the jalapeños...Make sure you check your order before you leave or else they'll call you liars and make you drive all the way back for a "resolution."

Love this place. We frequented every other Friday. One of our favorite pizza places unfortunately that will stop. It all started with getting are usual. The Napoli pizza special, chicken wings and a blackened chicken salad. Something was off with the salad. We know how it's should taste and look since it's a regular item we get. Salad looked like it had been sitting out for a bit. Lettuce was brownish, the chicken didn't look like usual. Hey, things happen understand. We kindly let the cashier know that we did not want the item and wanted it removed from our bill. She went onto say that she didn't know and was not authorized to do refunds. She told she would tell upper management that night. Well long story short we went in one more time after that and explained what happed, once again. This was in October. Here we are in February and a refund was never issued. Never once reached out to us. I don't see how hard it could be to refund us for something that that wasn't edible and never even touched with a fork. If this is how you treat loyal customers I can imagine what it's like for people going there for the first time. Not a good business practice. It's beyond the money. It's good practice to make right of your mistakes. I don't care how good a place is, if the service is like so, we aren't coming back.

I called for lunch today. Along with my usual order of the #9 Anytime Special, I asked for a Garlic Pizza. The Special order was correct and delicious. The pepperoni pizza was hot and cheesy, and the mild wings were cooked to perfection--with just enough sauce. However, the Garlic Pizza was made like a Cheese Pizza (WITH SAUCE) and some garlic on it. Consider this--I've ordered a Garlic Pizza before and it was great! Today was a real downer. Then, when I called to say I received the wrong item, I was told by the rude manager girl "You ordered a cheese pizza with garlic." I explained that I ordered a Garlic Pizza and that it was not made correctly, and she was just rude and snotty and offered me nothing. So I will not be ordering from this Napoli Pizzeria location any longer.

Ordered days in advance, over the phone customer service was great. I originally called to ask questions but ended up placing an order for their 36 inch pizzas. The option for the extra, extra, extra large pizzas is all pepperoni or all cheese and/or split half and half. Second option is you get to choose 4 different toppings divided by quarters. Their huge request for this specific location is their sausage. So of course we went with a quarter side sausage. They do deliver for a fee, if you are military they provide a discount. We picked up the two huge pizzas and it was just the right amount for a 4 year old, Barbie birthday party. There was about 30-35 people possibly more but there was a pan left of pizza.The pizza was delicious each cube slice was pretty big, the toppings were fresh, the dough quality was excellent. The crust wasn't too big nor too small. Each cubed slice was a hearty slice of pizza. I am impressed with the crust being fluffy for how huge this pizza was. I highly recommend trying the 36inch pizza when you have a party or even a large get together.

My family's order of Parmesan chicken wings, buffalo chicken wings, and large pizza made a delicious late night snack! The Napoli's pizza was delivered hot and fresh. There was a perfect ratio of ratio to pizza sauce and dough. I'm really glad that it wasn't too too greasy either. Between the chicken wings, I enjoyed the Parmesan wings the most. It was my first time trying them and my family and I really enjoyed them!

For 5 years I had dinner at this restaurant always great until today 2/23/2025 not the best I have to say is the worst visit About the food we always get 2 number 9 daily specials about $50 each always for $2 dlls extra you get fries not this time I asked server she said no more I said ok but then I didn't get veggies carrots and celery I asked she said no more you have to buy separate super weird I always get that even at other pizza places Oh well one less customer right here!! I hope they bring back those amenities with those specials Server name Alejandra ....

Would not recommend left hair in my food had to argue to get a refund & tried to gaslight me and said i did it 0/10 they don't even wear hair caps while cooking . it don't matter how tiny the hair is completely unsanitary
