Napoli Pizza

Not the same as other Napoli pizza. The service here was poor. The ambiance was very dated.

Horrible experience. My family and I decided we wanted pizza and chose this location. After waiting 35-45 minutes for our food, we get all the way home to realize we got 2 16" pepperoni pizzas when I asked for one and one ground beef. I have the receipt to show. My fiance' calls them for the lady on the line to be rude and say we drove off while they came running out with the right pizza and it's nothing they can do other than us drive 25 mins to get the pizza we originally asked for in the beginning. Her customer service is trash and I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she said you can call in the morning. This is bad customer service! I'm highly irritated and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The service was terrible and they have no respect. I order a pepperoni and a ground beef pizza. They gave me 2 pepperoni and won't even accommodate me to replace it. Then when I try to fix it. The lady on the phone gets mad and aggressive and tells me to take my business elsewhere. Which next time I willl. Good thing it won't be a next time. Just remember Elvia M. You are making it worst on you.

I gotta give stars because the food is actually good when they can get an order right. Unfortunately they just can't seem to do that. I order from here usually once a week sometimes pizza but usually just wings, good wings with good flavor but 1 in every 5 times I order it comes correctly. Yesterday I even called to ensure they would double check the order and make sure to give me the sites that I asked and paid for, no problem at all, I wouldn't even call, but it was just one of those days i really wanted my order to be the food I paid for.... Nope. Even after calling they still could not seem to get the order correct. Lost a customer for life all because you don't care enough to just double check an order and make sure you're giving people what they've paid for time and time and time again.

Holy crap, first time ordering and what I received is embarrassing. The pizza and meatball sub were whatever, over priced but edible.The Italian sandwich can be explained by the photos attached and the cheesecake was incorrect and rock hard straight from the freezer. I hate living on the east side the food is terrible.

What a disappointment!! I've ordered from Napolis for years and I always get the Philly Cheesesteak but NEVER AGAIN! The pictures speak for themselves! I Definitely do not recommend!!! I called them to let them know of my complaint but they said that is the amount of meat that is usually added, mind you they never cared to see the pictures she then had me speak to the cook and he didn't care to listen to me and said the manager would call me back and no one has called me (I ordered this yesterday)DO NOT RECOMMEND

At first I thought theycwerexa little pricey but actually in line with other pizza stores. Food was awesome and salad was HUGE

Horrible pizza !!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! The girl who takes orders over the phone is awful!!! I ordered a pizza for pick up, got home when i opened the pizza it was burnt and it was hard like cardboard...I just called to tell them that the pizza was unacceptable that they should do something about it in the future.. the manager or the owner hung up on me .... When I called back and told him he was rude and now since he was rude I wanted my money back ... he started to yell at me .... Never received my refund!!!! Avoid this place at all costs horrible pizza !!!! Horrible customer service

Don't do it! What a waste of time and money. Thought this was the actual Napoli pizza people. This was so sub par and embarrassing. Flavorless dough, the toppings were wrong - so who cares about food sensitivities or allergies. We ordered 2 pizzas with one topping each, and they put both toppings on both pizzas. Also ordered the garlic knots and it's just cut up pieces of bland pizza dough with a little bit of butter. I made 2 fresh pizza doughs last night to make my homemade pepperoni bread for my family that is visiting. We wanted pizza tonight....I said I'll just use some dough and make one, easy! I already had a bunch of options and ingredients. He says no babe, you relax, I'll just order one so you don't have to cook. We WANTED our favorite pizza place Magura's on Desert Inn, but guess what.....they are suddenly closed! Omg tragic, that pizza and ranch was out of this world. So he turned to this place. We are actually stunned. It is that bad. He felt terrible because it took so long and now we both feel terrible for having to eat it. What a mood killer all around. Just make something you already have, or just go to Smiths.
