Napa Valley Pottery & Floral

Pottery for plants lovers paradise.They offer a vast variety of ceramic planters in a vast variety of sizes. Inventory is both out in a courtyard as well as in the store. The business also offers other items as well such as fountains and shelving (that could hold planters, etc). We did not find specifically what we were looking for, but a staff member did provide some ideas.

Just picked up our orchid arrangement and OHHH SOOOO HAPPY with the final product It took awhile as I couldn't fine the vase/pot that I liked, Betty was extremely patient with me while I searched. Brought in the pot on Friday and Betty had the final design done by Saturday ~ a few back & forth pictures and TAAA DAHHH, PERFECT FINAL DESIGN she's a genie with flowers ‍

Came in to look at the fountains outside, but also the silk flowers for an upcoming project. Great selection of artificial plants, flowers, and other deocr. Bought a couple of water lilies , very happy with purchase. I did observe two elderly ladies at counter and they had bought some items. One of them decided to return her potted plant for a vase since it was a better price and she liked the vase better. He told them to make up their mind. I understand him not wanting to be bothered with returns but he was rude about it. Even my children still talk about it. I assume by the other reviews that this guy is just rude overall.

I used to go here for my Christmas decorations religiously every year. Don't bother going. They don't have anything there anymore. So sad

Big selection of really nice indoor and outdoor items. Guys were helpful and friendly, and while it's not inexpensive, the items seem really good quality.

Actually I just visited Napa after several years and found it to be as fabulous as I remembered. A little more pricey maybe than what I remembered and the gentleman at the front desk who I have to believe was owner was very nice and pleasant.

Way overpriced! Owner is rude and nasty! Don't waste your time there. Zero stars Never going back

I bought a sculpture, later to find out I wass charged double than what the same exact Sculpture cost on the internet. They charge double what its worth, they ripped me off!! I will never step in that store again.

I wandered too far in to their outdoor space where they were still unpacking some new pots. A worker appeared and asked if I needed something, and I said just looking. He then said, "this area is off-limits". I apologized and turned around...it didn't strike me until reading these reviews that it wasn't a one off...place is creepy rude. How about, "welcome in, what can I help you find?" Then, "okay, this is our unloading area and unfortunately everything from here on can't be viewed quite yet. Let me know if you see anything I can help you with." Another worker was nice though. Icky, old mouldy smell in parts, water damaged popcorn ceiling and torn up floors all duct taped everywhere inside, couldn't wait to get home and shower.

I walked in and the owner Mark was very friendly and helped me figure out exactly want I was looking for. He was nice and attentive. A little expensive but you pay for what you get.
