Monti's Smokehouse BBQ

We chose Ryan and the Monti Smokehouse team to cater our small desert wedding in the Valley of Fire. We are not local to Las Vegas and his team was recommended by our wedding planner. When I first spoke to Ryan about our vision for the food, I wanted basically a tapas menu with 10 different things because my husband and I love just ordering appetizers. When I tell you that Ryan and his team absolutely delivered, I mean it. He took my vision and ran with it and it was the best decision we made hiring them! Not only was the team amazing and so kind and professional, the service and presentation was perfect and exactly what we envisioned! The menu was SPOT ON and so perfect! Serving the meal family style on platters at the table was Ryan's idea and it just tied in so well with our reception vision!Now on to the food...that was hands down the best food I've ever had at a wedding and I'm not exaggerating. I've had multiple guests text me raving about how amazing their food was! The brisket mac n cheese egg rolls with the homemade ranch was FIRE. the steak crostini with the pickled onions - FIRE. The pan seared dumplings, chicken skewers, garlic shrimp, hot honey feta, like literally EVERY single thing they put out was FIRE. and we still can't get over how 2 people were able to whip up all that goodness in a food truck in the middle of the desert AND serve our guests passed appetizers, like my mind is seriously blown. The flavors of everything were bomb - everything was cooked to perfection! Deep in the heart of Monti's Smokehouse BBQ, there lies a dish that will make you shout, "Sweet Christmas!" The Smoked Beef Brisket, tender and flavorful, is a culinary masterpiece that'll have you coming back for seconds.

Delicious! Always love getting food here. The brisket was very delicious and flavorful. Garlic fries were the BOMB! I'd definitely recommend.

Monti's is our favorite go to on the east side.We can always count on something delicious to eat. The staff is friendly and the service is great. I recommend the meatloaf on Friday nights, its the best in town! Make sure you get there before 8 because it goes fast ;) The pork chop is Thursdays special and as you can see the portion is generous and my wife really loved it. We also enjoy the Jeff sandwich and the cheesesteak. See for yourself :)

During COVID they were amazing and offered great food. Since then it's gone downhill. Ordered the fish and chips which were about half the size of the COVID and not really cooked long enough. In addition the smallest coleslaw in the world (2 oz. Cup) and the smallest slice of lemon, too small to squeeze on my fish. My dons meal--the Jeff was good but very greasy. Ordered a salad but it came with no salad dressing.

Had this truck cater at several parties over the years and also bought from the at several events. Love the Jeff sandwich the most and truly appreciate how hard they work to get the food out both super fresh and super fast. Very professional and highly recommend

We have been looking for this place for over 3 years now! We were so happy when re-found this spot. Everything you get from this small business is made with LOVE! Truly amazing food as always! Ryan & Chelsea have perfected pickled onions. I will have them no other way!! You two are amazing thanks you! Moe & Ryan

This food truck catered an event at my work. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. It's good if you've been drinking.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I see their food truck at all events. I've even had a couple friends have their party's catered by Monti's. Hands down THE SWEETEST AND AMAZING STAFF. They make great food. Always have a very live presence when serving up the best BBQ. I've never had a bad experience at Monti's. Food is on point Service is always fireStaff is amazing I also bring my kids to eat here as well. The owners are also pretty dope too. Highly recommend

Breakfast even before it comes out I know will be 5stars! Start with the service which is 1st class.
