This time was just as delicious than the last. We had the cucumber salad, ramen, coconut ice cream, ribs, croquette, and last but certainly not least - the pork buns.Christina was an awesome server, making sure we were filled up on water and greeted us always with a smile. Great service!Lastly, the ambience is classy, suitable for the Cosmopolitan hotel that the restaurant is located at. Great times, and delicious food!

I give Christina, our server, 10/10!! She was super attentive! She was really nice, friendly, perky, professional, and personable. She's always checked up on us, refilling our waters, making sure we were doing ok. The best dish is still the Pork Belly Bun! 2 for $18. However, there wasn't a lot of pork belly I felt like last few times I went here. There wasn't more portion of meat than belly fat and the meat isn't as rectangle as before. I felt that the Crispy Lamb Ribs was smaller than I had years before and not a lot of meat this time. I remember the ribs were big and there wasn't a lot of meat on the bone. I felt the meat were so small and overcooked. Not for me even though it's crispy. Soyu Pork Ramen was good/decent. The pork was very soft and blends well with the ramen. The Pork Croquettes were ok. I think it's a bit too salty. Very limited restrooms, only 2 restrooms for both genders in the restaurant. Located inside Cosmopolitan. Parked in Miracle Mile Shops $25.

I went alone so they put me at the chef's counter. Honestly really vibed with the service. I asked for something spicy for the ramen and they came with 3 different chili oil and sauces in a cute platter. They also let me taste test cocktails before ordering. I think overall a bit overhyped. I thought the dishes were pretty standard and if anything on the more expensive side. (Maybe it's not as bad considering Vegas premiums). The yuzu slushie was a good starter. It was tart from the yuzu and not too sweet. The small sprinkle of shichimi added a bit of spicy vibes to the drink. I got the spicy cucumbers and it was very uniquely done. The sauce was a bit creamy (unlike the usual soy + sesame oil combo at other places) and had a generous dusting of shichimi. I thought the shichimi didn't go as well -- like it was a bit too dry and powdery to the base dressing. But I was intrigued by the dish overall. I got the shoyu ramen. It was a pretty standard ramen. I liked how light the soup was. (I'm generally not a fan of super rich, overly pork fatty ramen broths). The chili oil that I asked for added a nice extra layer of flavour as well

Made reservations here for Valentine's Day. Was quickly seated to my table upon arrival. Panoramic views of the strip throughout the entire restaurant so it doesn't matter where you sit in my opinion. Very exceptional service. Our drinks were constantly being refilled and or replaced. We started with shrimp buns for starters and they were so good I wanted to grab another order. I had the mushroom based ramen and added spicy shrimp to it, It was 10/10 delicious. Though I will add those spicy shrimp definitely have a kick to em so be warned. Great music being played throughout the establishment, not sure if there was a DJ Or not but it was enjoyable. All in all we enjoyed the meal and ambiance and would definitely return.

Noodles have great texture and bite paired with the amazing spicy broth that literally coats the noodles and puts it onto another level of deliciousness. The broth is well seasoned and not greasy. The combination of the both and noodles topped off with the poached egg is almost decadent. Well thought and balanced! Loved the 90s rock music and the staff here. Water always refilled and a nice fun clean environment. Will be back for more!

The food at Momofuku is good. From my experience, a 4/5. Service was decent as well. I liked how flexible they seemed when I was placing my order. Orders of their Pork Belly and Shrimp buns come in sets of two. They had no problem with me ordering just a single Pork Belly bun and a single Shrimp bun. I'd give both the pork and shrimp buns a 4/5. They were good but certainly not memorable. I'm not a fan of the sneakiness though. When the bill came, I saw that they charged $1 for water. Not any special water of course. This is tap water. While it is only $1, it is not restaurant standard to charge this and this is also not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Another thing I realized is that the Chicken Sando is listed for $21 on menus in the restaurant and online. I was charged $24. I was excited to try this Chicken Sando after eating the fuku version at Coachella. Unfortunately, this Momofuku sando wasn't nearly as good. The restaurant itself is very nice. You can't see much from the entrance but once you walk in, it really opens up. The poor value is what will probably keep me from returning in the near future. For example, the buns are $18 for a pair. If you walk a minute over to Bang Bar, you can get a wrap for $14 and it's better too in my opinion. The chicken sandwich and pair of baos cost me $43 before tax and tip. For reference, the power lunch at Peter Luger is $46 and it comes with more food and better food.

Was super excited to eat here. Unfortunately was disappointed. I ordered a NSFW spritz which was great. My husband got the wrong cocktail. So minus a point there.Pork buns were mostly fat, and the hoisin sauce was a big glob at the bottom. Sprouted cauliflower was really good. I love me a ramen egg but mine was way under cooked where the egg white wasn't even set and the yolk was liquid. My daughter's coconut pineapple ice cream and pears that came with her kids meal were insane and redeemed the meal. Was disappointed by $1 water surcharge for unlimited water. Service wasn't super great and we did not get quick refills.

Every time I'm in Vegas I go to Momofuku. I have never been disappointed in a meal. The service is top notch where they never let your water cup stay empty for very long or at all. All the staff look super cool and the vibe in the restaurant matches. Brazil was our hip waiter and overheard it was my birthday so brought a tasty desert from MILK which was appreciated. The ramen is something I dream about because it is so good. The egg is VERY runny. The pork is perfection. The shoyu broth is delicious. I have ordered lots of of different things on the menu, but always come back to the shoyu ramen which you can only get during lunch or the late night menu I believe. Also, the bathroom has a bidet which is a fun little touch.

This place is a very much 10/10. Me and my whole family had went to Momofuku last night for the first time and we all absolutely LOVED it, we had a waiter named matt who gave us an AMAZING night, he made my whole entire family laugh as he connected with our culture, amazing amazing waiter and amazing service. Additionally, the manager who I didn't catch the name of was also absolutely fantastic, he had a lot on his plate and would even still come up to our table and make sure everything was nice and telling us the favorites. We had gotten the pork belly buns and the caviar chicken bun which were overall very good but the caviar chicken was definitely way out of my price range for just one bun, I get why it's so expensive but I ate it in 3 bites, yet the pork belly bun was delicious! As we also got the mushroom ramen with pork belly, and half of the chicken, now these were IMPECCABLE, the ramen was really good even a three year old in my family loved it, now the chicken was LIFE CHANGING it was one of the best chickens i had ever, the waiter told us that the lady who made the recipe had actually gotten backlash from the way she made it, yet that was the best thing ever. We went at night and checked the view, it was amazing! Lastly we got dessert and we had the cinnamon cake thing with peaches and gelato, it was delicious, sweet but luckily my family has a sweet tooth! it's a mix of salty and sour and i definitely recommend. Overall this place was a 11/10, if you're looking for a place to eat in Vegas, go here!!
