The food is outstanding!!! The service is always friendly too. The Lomo Saltado is the best I've ever had! That sauce (juices) have a flavor that makes you want to lick the bowl when you're done! This is our go to place to take out of town guests to. And where my adult sons want all their birthday dinners!

The most amazing Peruvian food in vegas. It's a small diner but it comes with excellent food and service. With only a one week notice, I was able to do a party for my dad. The owner even made different dishes for me to make sure everyone was satisfied. Some of my kids even dived into trying new things. My Peruvian side of the family were very happy with how authentic it was. The rest of the my family were satisfied with all the flavors. The cleanliness of the restaurant and is beyond satisfaction.Luchito and Javier, we will be back to visit. And thank you for being a part of my dads special day.

My parents just returned from Peru and were craving Peruvian cuisine. As soon as we stepped into Mi Carboncito, they felt like they were transported back to Lima. From the newspapers to the videos playing on the TVs, the ambiance felt as authentic as it gets. The service was exceptional! We ordered the Ceviche Mixto, Pollo Entero (whole chicken), Loma Saltado, Inca kola, and Chicha Morada (purple corn drink). The chicken, of course, was the star of the show but everything was delicious!! Even though I personally haven't visited Peru, I could tell that this was the real deal. I wished I could've tried the desserts, but I was stuffed from all the delicious food and drinks we had already ordered. I do hope to return and try the desserts and more of the menu!

Lets star off with the fact that the food was amazing and the service was also friendly. As for the dining room experience, they need better ventilation in this place because you will leave there smelling like a deep fryer. But let me emphasize again....the food was incredible.

The food was delicious! Service was nice. We went for an early Saturday lunch. Lots of parking and easy access. The table could've been cleaned better, there was some green sauce residue. Ordered:1. Lomo Saltado ($22) - Sirloin Strip sauteed with Onions, Tomatoes. Served French fries and rice. I would've preferred more rice over fries - which weren't even crispy. More like fry shaped boiled potatoes. But the flavor of the main dish was good, "fries" aside. 2. Tallarin Saltado de Carne o Pollo ($23) - Spaghetti with Sauce. Beef, Onions and Tomatoes. Interesting menu item but was good. 3. Purple corn drink - very sweet4. Yucca fries - these are pretty good, inside could've been a little bit softer. Outside was the right amount of crisp and the sauces on the side were good too. The two main dishes seemed to have Asian stir fry undertones like soy sauce and ginger flavor (respectively) which I personally liked - reminded me of home cooking. I would come back. It's a small hole in the wall type of place. You get a lot of food. I would say enough for 2-3 people depending on appetite.

I originally started doing reviews specifically for places like this ! So a little back story our family used to visit a Peruvian restaurant but about 2 years ago they closed it and since then we've been looking for a new place. Today we visited this hidden gem! From the moment we came in our waitress was very helpful and nice! We took our seat, it isn't a big place but it feels homey. We ordered our go to Lomo Saltados but the menu had a lot of delicious looking options. We also got the Yuca Fry appetizers. Everything came out hot literally with steam coming off it and the Portions were generous. At first we looked at the menu and thought the prices were a bit high for the dishes but honestly well worth it. We can't wait to go back and try their other dishes. 5/5 because the food, service, and quality of the whole experience were great! Definitely give them a try!

Food was amazing and so was the hospitality! A small family owned business and they make you feel like you're part of the family. The chicken (rotisserie) and dish with seasoned meat over a bed of fries, Que sabor!

Came all the way from NY to try this spot! The chicken is buzzing!! It was a little crazy cause they sold out of the food on Saturday but it was worth it to wait for the food. Amazing taste and flavors. Javi was an amazing server. Im glad we were able to help open the bathroom door. Lol

The food is good, big portions so be prepared. The green salsa is a must. It's spicy but so delicious. The place is a small family owned. The staff were very friendly. I went in yesterday and my food took over 40mins to arrive so be prepared to wait a long wait.

Great food! The portion was so big! But it was so good! The green sauce was spicy, but so good! The service was also really friendly. I got the lomo Saltado with beef and the meat was so soft! Definitely will be back when I'm in the mood for Peruvian! I finished my plate surprisingly!
