Saw Melter Skelter one night outside AREA15 and was thrilled. GRILLED CHEESE TRUCK!Badass women with an awesome food truck at 10PM on a Friday night at AREA15? Sign me up. Got their regular grilled cheese (with truffle oil + raclette) + side of tomato soup. Simple and freaking rich and delicious. Definitely stop by if you see them!

Aight... This is another food truck that the hubby has been IG stalking for awhile now. They actually won me over with this post: "You may fascinate a woman by giving her a piece of cheese." This hella rings true for me. We FINALLY got to try them out yesterday when Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits played host for their spot. LOL. I was so mad that we missed out the last time they were at one of my fave bars that hubby made up by getting me one each of their sandwich. I ain't gonna lie about me sweet talking to my grilled cheese sandwiches before and during our meal XD I'm literally salivating for their signature Melter Skelter and Suck My Swiss right now. The Melter Skelter's raclette mozzarella looked social media-worthy, but it's just a really bomb mix of cheeses, and the tomato soup ain't that bad either. The blackberry jalapeno jam in Suck My Swiss made my night though! Like who hates bacon with awesome sauce in their gourmet grilled cheese? I certainly don't! Oooh... I'll be back for that one. My last fave, but certainly not least: W.A.P. for Wasabi aioli, Avocado and Prosciutto! Get your mind outta the gutter folks 'cause I'm talking about food here. Yum. In terms of speed, these ladies are efficiently cranking their food out. One: They picked a spot where customers can peruse a shop while they wait for food. Two: Only took them 15 minutes to crank out 6 gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, plus sweet potato fries and a tomato soup. Their prices are also reasonable. Aside from the Melter Skelter being $15, the remaining sandwiches were $10/each. It's literally better than anything my cousins could get off a restaurant's kids meal menu. LOL. Cute truck too! Glad the ladies have substance to back up their truck's epic artwork =D

Soooo good! We saw this food truck for the first time at the Summerlin Craft Show on Sunday and I was immediately drawn to it. First off, how can you go wrong with cheese?! Second, I love the matte black look of the truck. Third, they have skills when it comes to names! The humor is on point which makes me love this truck even more!! Really good food, great truck, and fabulous service. I definitely recommend trying them whenever you see them!!

Top tier gourmet grilled cheese, no bones about it. Personal recommendations would be B*tch Chedda Have My $, the always killer tomato soup and the seasonal bread pudding. Make sure you jump on Feel It in the Gruyère Tonight (when available)! The gals are always professional and friendly with plenty of pointers for those unsure of what to order.

Top notch! I found them outside of Meow Wolf and it was my nose that lead me to them. I smelled something cheesy and my toddler son was saying he was hungry. I looked around and spotted their truck. They were accommodating and made a small grilled cheese for him. I had the i Brie-lieve in love. Their fries are incredible can't have one without the other: sandwich and fries! The staff was friendly to a little toddler that just wanted to talk to them. I highly recommend this place!

Looking to get your cheese on and keep on melting in the free world, look no further. These #2girls1truck are stopping the world to melt with you. The Melter Skelter was my favorite. Service was excellent, unique menu offerings make this Truck a Grand Slam. If you love cheese, you need to get to the Skelter.

I had the In Gruyere Tonight and it was savory sweet delicious. I will definitely be back.

I love these guys. Food is hella good. The owners are two of the raddest women I know. Will def go out of my way anytime I see they are set up!

OMG, yum yum yum. I've been looking forward to trying their food for a bit. I've heard some really good things and when I found out where they were going to be I had to stop and grab some food. It was AWESOME, I had the Melter Skelter and gotta have Gouda. They were both delicious. I am really looking forward to trying more items, I had a really hard time picking what my second choice would be, too many to choice from. They all sounded so tasty. The Melter Skelter was an easy choice for the first one. I would easily drive to get this food, it was hot, tasty and has me looking forward to trying more of their tasty treats. Seek them out it's for sure worth it. Gotta have more. Yum yum yum. Next time I will try 2 different things. Lol I wish I had taken a pic so all of you could see how tasty it was, but I couldn't wait. It smelled that yummy

Cool truck, awesome food and great service! Can't get any better than that. I have the grilled cheese from MS a few times now and it gets better each time. They keep their locations updated on social media (why don't more food trucks) so they are easy to find. A+
