Garlic rice and lechon sisig. Was good very lemony and garlicky. The service was quick did a pick up order. The place was quiet and big for parties. If I could pair these two I would get a sinigang soup. Just saying

Max's in Vegas has comfort Filipino food ready for the taking! Huge parking lot so finding a spot will def not be a problem. We were also seated right away on a busy Sunday afternoon.Service was so kind but also so slow. I don't mind food taking awhile to come out, kitchen backups happen. However, being finished and waiting~waiting~waiting to try to flag someone down a bunch in order to get the check - that I do not love. The restaurant was not busy but it's as if our server had the whole place to serve. I saw him literally running around the restaurant. If more servers are needed to chill out the atmosphere and also properly serve the customers, may be something to consider. Now, that being said, we ate like monster kings while there -Max's half fried chicken ($14) was plump and juicy inside, though I wished the skin had a bit more flavor.Lechon Kawali ($18) was a huge portion of crisp but tender pork belly pieces.Garlic Rice ($8) was solid, and actually my favorite thing of the meal! You can never go wrong with garlic rice. We also added Calamansi Juice for $6 and a Sierra Mist for $3.Overall, good meal with a TON of leftovers for us to feast on. I'm not racing to come back but am glad I came to try the eats at Max's.

It's home away from home! Food tasted delicious and authentic. Servings are big and totally worth the price. It was a very hectic Friday for the restaurant but the staff were all polite and attentive to check on the waiting guests and tried their best to serve as efficiently as they could. Well done and thank you! It's my third time coming here and each time, there's a bit of a wait so take that into consideration. I guess their food is popular. There's plenty of parking space in front/at the side of Max's. It's nice inside and clean enough. However, I'd suggest for a more thorough inspection of the female washroom as it did look like it needed some cleaning and re-stocking of paper towels and toilet rolls.

Had a yummy fulfilling dinner at Max's. It was my first time eating here but the food was delicious. Max's chicken was super crunchy and cooked perfectly. The French fries that accompanied the chicken were nicely seasoned. The Chop Suey included shrimp which was a nice surprise to it. The garlic rice was my favorite along with Sinigang Na Baboy (Pork Tamarind Soup) not pictured. Sinigang soup is my favorite and I love it more sour and they really hit the spot with the sinigang. The rice was nicely cooked and I didn't eat much of the pancit since I got full after everything else, but it was nice trying it with egg noodles instead of the usual vermicelli noodles. I would definitely go back again and recommend it anyone who enjoys Filipino cuisine or has never tried it before.

Max's is always a classic spot for Filipino food. This restaurant is a chain from the Philippines, and my family and I always enjoy coming here. The service here is always so polite and friendly- the food also comes out very quickly. I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes to get all of food. Joseph served us and I appreciated how happy and friendly he was to us. My favorite thing we got was the Pancit Bihon. It's probably some of the best Pancit I've had in a while and the lemon tasted amazing with it. The sisig was also great. It was crispy and full of flavor.Max's was also a lot cheaper than most places in Los Vegas. Definitely should check this place out if you need some Filipino food!

We waited sooo long but it was all worth it. Our Vegas trip was partly because we wanted to come back to this Max's location. We've been before but most recently at the San Diego location which wasn't all that great for some reason. My pork belly sisig was perfect and had leftovers enough for 2 more meals! Talk about bang for your buck. My husband ordered everything his heart desired and had the rest for leftovers.YUMMY!!! I just wish they would staff more so that everyone can be served well. S/O to Justin our server who was still on top of things (just slow) ha.

This place is known for their popular Philippine Fried Chicken. Came for a large family gathering in the large private room. Ordered Sisig, Pancit, Caldereta, and Fried Chicken. All were delicious! Then for dessert we had Macapuno dessert.Amazing food, and friendly staff. The interior can be crowded if you're seated in the booth. The only large tables were in the private rooms. Good food and staff. We'll come back!
