MaximuM Comics - Las Vegas

After perusing all the comic book shops in town, I can confidently say I have found my home store. The selection is great, the pricing is on point, and the customer service is some of the best I've experienced in town. Everyone here is so friendly and it just feels so natural to be in this new environment with these welcoming people. I am so excited that I found a store that checks all the boxes for me. See you Wednesday!

This was a good store. All of the new and slightly older comic books are organized & alphabetized. There are several dollar bins filled with hundreds of comics and they aren't alphabetical or organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Encapsulated. To become entranced by a a bundle of ideas, secrets, and data from our daily lives. An unspoken language which we were told Mums the word. Words read between the lines of history and science fiction. A alternate reality which was never to be revealed. Hints and suggestions were always welcomed. Yet Mums was the word Long gone are the days of black and white pictures. Comics have given us a colorful version of the reality we live in today,as well as the not so forgotten yesterdays. A time when Batmen and Silver Surfers were once called pharaohs and emperors. Places of unknown origins are known as Metropolis Gotham Cities. Time periods when extinct species have reappeared as Hulks and Wolverines. For answers. For clarity. For connections. Great imaginations are no longer sentenced to silence. Remember. MaxiMUM is the Word.

I'll have to come in when I'm in town more often. I lost my local LCS back in San Diego. This place was a real pleasure. The owner was super friendly and eager to help whatever it is you like he has an assortment of. He stocks up on all the major comics and the Indies.

I've been going to MaximuM Comics since day one. Absolutely love the place. The strive to always be the best. The have a wide selection of Marvel, DC, Image, and more. Plenty of statue's to pick from. They even have Manga. Great place well lit always clean and smelling amazing. If you're a comic book shop goer you know how important that last prt is.

Pros: friendly and helpful staff, large selection of comics and collectibles, several locations, great themed events throughout the year and sometimes midnight releases Cons: None Tips** if you're a collector and looking for a new store to get a pull box, look no further!

While even though I didn't have the best experiences with some of the new faces here. I do always have the best experience with the original faces here. Warren has been the best help here. I've been getting my comics from Marks St since 2015/2016 and when that store closed down and heard Warren will be going to Ft Apache, I decided to go there to continue to get my comics from the same company with the same name employee and friend. Now I'm hearing he's leaving the store. Other than Warren, the owner Jay. Jay is an amazing owner and friend. Always a pleasure to see these two guys at this store location. If it wasn't for them providing a great experience shopping here, I'd probably stop driving the 45 minutes to get my comics from this store. I have other stores around me that I could go but I decided to be a loyal customer to Maximum Comics because of Warren and Jay. If they ever leave that might be the day I might stop going too. Until then I recommend going here and seeing Warren and Jay for all your comic book shopping.

It was new comic book day today. I went to Maximum after I went to the regular place I've been going to. OMG I'm glad I went. The staff is awesome, very helpful and courteous. The prices are awesome, especially for the incentive variants. I have to give a special shout out to Jett. I asked Jett a million questions and Jett answered them without hesitation. Thank you!!!!

Jay is one of the coolest cats to ever own a comic book shop. He has a knowledge of comic book history that will surprise you. I stopped by recently for their back issue sale and found some awesome books! They also have $1 bins, graphic novels and the latest comic book issues.
