I had seen all perfect reviews for this Central American themed restaurant and it did not disappoint! It's tricky to find while tucked in the back of El Mercado in a commercial mall, but worth the search in my opinion. I tried both the ceviche and camaron tostadas (pictured) and they were light and refreshing, not heavy, and tasty with every bite. I'm a pretty picky eater and this exceeded all of my expectations.

Hours of operation for this food counter inside the Mercado Boulevard most definitely vary. If you have the opportunity to order their shrimp cocktail you will not regret it. $15+ dollars served in a big margarita like glass with large shrimp, fresh avocado and a side of crackers. The taste is savory with a nice little kick.I cant wait to go back for a quick lunch!

Mariscos Los Cabos makes authentic Mexican food. They're located on Maryland and Twain, inside the Boulevard Mall. You'll find them at El Mercado food court, next to 911 Taco Bar Shop. They offer a small selection of seafood, tacos, burritos, carne asada fries, and ceviche. I opted for Camarones a la Diablo ($19.50) which is super flavorful and delicious! Succulent juicy shrimps are covered in yummy mild sauce, served with vegetable fried rice, creamy refried beans, fresh cabbage and cucumber salad with lime wedge and flour tortillas, it's a full meal! Drinks include canned sodas and Agua Frescas. Cucumber Lime is so good! It has a lovely sweetness and very refreshing! The food court has ample seating with lively music and colorful ambience. Service from Priscilla was welcoming and friendly, and Chef Armando was very nice to deliver the food, everything was awesome!

Small place inside mall in the very back. The food was made to order and very fresh. I got the shrimp ceviche and the tacos gobernador and it was all so good. Don't live in Vegas but will definitely come back again. The owner is so sweet and attentive as well as all the staff u can't find service like that anymore.
