Very nice resort. Very accommodating and clean. It's a bit off the strip. But well worth it. Not so crowded. Has 3 restaurants a steak house, Italian restaurant and the Raiders tavern and grill. Food was good. Rooms were amazing and the view of the strip was beautiful. The room is very well equipped and they will tend to your every need. Highly recommend staying here.

This review is about their parking structure and not about the hotel. I've come here a couple of times to gamble and every time there is a problem with the valet parking. I don't know anything about the rooms because I've never stayed there. The signs in the parking structure are misleading. You ask where you can self-park, and they instruct you to turn around the corner, but where they tell you to self-park there is a big sign saying, "Do not enter. Valet parking only." So you then drive around and you find yourself in the same spot, and at that point you just decide to valet. And they tell you you can just park yourself there, in the valet area. So what kind of valet is that? Is it a valet or self-park? How can the signs be so terrible? I've been to several casinos, and the parking structure here is by far the worst. There is a guy who works at the valet parking who is nice and professional, and wants to help, but there is a Filipino gentleman whose name starts with E who is rude and inefficient and makes you feel unwelcome. He just tells you, "whatever" and doesn't tell you if you need a ticket, if you have to leave your keys, if you need to move your car. He just tells you to follow the signs except that the signs are terrible and misleading. It's a joke.

The dining options are a highlight, from the highly-rated Studio B Buffet to Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood. For sports fans, the Raiders Tavern & Grill is perfect for catching a game, thanks to their partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders.I mostly come here for business conferences and I find their conference space to be clean and spacious. I also appreciate the free and convenient attached parking structure. So whether you're a visitor or a local, this is a spot worth checking out.

I have friends who are Raiders fans. For some time, they've wanted to see the team play in Allegiant Stadium; and they wanted to stay at the "M Resort Spa Casino" (the official team hotel). We finally made the pilgrimage. But, given how the Raiders are performing this season, our stay at the M might have been the highlight of my weekend. (joke)Booking ::I booked rooms via a travel aggregation website. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient. Every team member was able to answer questions and facilitate our requests.Note: The hotel has a free shuttle available to pick you up from the airport, and to deliver you to your departing flight. However, you have to make reservations with the front desk in advance.Location ::This hotel is located away from the main tourist zones (The Strip and Fremont Street). But these areas are easy to access via ride share.Parking ::If you have your own vehicle, parking is free.Game Day Bus Service from The M to Allegiant ::On game days, the city bus service provides a direct line from the hotel to the stadium, and back again. The round-trip fare was $4.00 !Hotel Room ::I have been a guest at many Las Vegas hotels. The rooms at The M are amongst the best I have experienced. I had a hard time identifying anything substandard about the room I received. The room layout and design were really good; tasteful; relaxing. The carpet was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were clean and bright white. The towels were fresh and in good condition. The furniture was exceptionally clean, with no noticeable nicks or chips on the surfaces. The bathroom is where you might see the most wear and tear--but I couldn't find anything.Dining Options ::I'll review specific restaurants individually, and there are various dining options in the resort. But as a general observation, you won't have to pay a premium for the convenience of dining on site. For the most part, the pricing of restaurants in the resort are comparable to similar restaurants off site.Gaming ::All of the gaming options you expect to find in Las Vegas is available on site. I do wish there were more Blackjack tables. "21" is one of the more popular table games, and all of the tables were regularly "full".

I stayed here with my sister when we visited. Not going to lie, I was kinda disappointed that we weren't going to be on the strip but kinda far. And I was setting my expectations really low. However, this place isn't bad at all. I love the convenience of the parking. You can park right in front, and it was not far from the door. The hotel smelled really nice and the rooms was really spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the big screen tv that they have there. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was kinda small. It would be perfect if they upgrade to something bigger. There's a tub that you can open the window to see the room, which was really nice. I was able to utilized the gym and there was ample of machines there to use, they have a really nice iced lemon and cucumber water that's really refreshing after a nice workout as well as bottled water, towels and fruits. The gym is located in the spa and it faces the pool. Everyone at the hotel was really pleasant, nice and kind. Never had any issues. The casino was so nice that if you play a certain amount, they gave you free gifts. I got 2 bottles of alcohol. I have never seen a casino give these outs as gifts. This was the first time. Totally recommend, I would stay here again. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Updating my review based on recent observations. The property has lost its Forbes Four Star rating, and it honestly shows. The carpet in the casino area is trashed. It has never been replaced, especially in the area around the sports book and towards the back parking area. In places, it is so bad that it is frayed, torn, coming apart, etc. The carpet is DIRTY and OLD. This is shocking for a luxury property that once was so pristine. They are pouring a ton of money into an expansion and new tower but they can't even replace the carpet in the casino areas. This leaves the whole property looking shabby. REPLACE THE CARPET, M!

They need to ban Cigar smoking. The cigarettes are bad enough but when you get a cigar smoker they ruin a large area to be able to enjoy yourself in. Smokers invade the air space of people who don't smoke. The M would be our #1 place to go given everything else but they ruined it for us with the rise in cigar smokers

This casino has probably the best new player rewards program in all of Vegas. Not only did we receive quite a bit of free play, but we were able to obtain $60 in free food credit which we used in one of the restaurants. It also covered our drinks, which was a nice surprise. The casino is clean, not smoky, and the staff was very helpful.

I had the mega Sunday only buffet. It was spendy, but was worth every penny! Everything was excellent, food, service and atmosphere! Best prime rib I have EVER had, great crab legs, giant prawns, lobster tails, lobster bisque, fresh fruit, huge amount of deserts. Service was over the top! I will be back!

I'm thinking M stands for MEDIOCRE I tried another restaurant and another sub par meal. Marinelli's is a very nice place, although under staffed on a Friday night. SLOW SERVICE, and warm watery martinis the short rib was a large portion but fatty low quality cut . I guess I should stick to the deli. I would tell the Management but customer is lacking to put kindly! Anthony's filet oscar was even more disappointing. To bad it's close to the house.Thr BOT response to the review is just another example of they're terrible customer service! why don't they just say NEXT!
