M&M'S World

I haven't been to the M&M store since I was a kid & I had the opportunity to bring my kids here. Full circle moment I think. My eldest wanted to put his face on M&Ms, and so the youngest got to do it too! It's a cool experience to do. I don't think they had this in the 90's. We even got to see the blue M&M and take pictures with him. The 4 levels can get packed & if you're using a stroller just be aware that the elevators are busy & you may be waiting 10-15 minutes. You're better off carrying the babe

I saw a video on tiktok that we could personalize our own m&m's- super cool! I couldn't wait to try it out. You can create 4 designs... the machine let me upload three photos and the 4th I put a two worded quote. I got to the counter to pay and she said the machine was glitching and we could only have one photo, I said ok no worries take these two photos off then. She offered to replace one photo with a heart, ok cool. I paid at 11:45 and she said it would be ready in 40 min. I returned.... 7 hours later and they couldn't find my order. Seems like they keep all the receipts so they're flipping through them all like the sloth at the dmv on zootopia. Finally, they find my receipt... on the other side of the counter. With a note that they can't make my order bc "we can't chose three pics" um, yeah. That was shared with me, hence the huge x's on the two photos we decided to cut with an additional note that says "replace w a heart" They tell me omg we're sorry, we'll make them right now. I said, ok I'll come by tomorrow. I go tomorrow, literally 18 hours later... and they can't find my order. At this point I'm feeling punked. The guy, who also turned out to be a manager, finds my receipt, again on the opposite side of the counter where all the orders are... with ANOTHER note that they didn't process it. This time Jordan (the manager) is hearing it from me... he scans the receipt and is mumbling under his breath, apparently the QR code isn't even pulling up MY ORDER. It's pulling something completely random. I'm super irritated. And Jordan tells me, you're gonna have to redo the order! Psh. Only if you let me break in that huge line! Which he did, and then he had the girl immediately make my order. He then comped my order, which I appreciated. The service from Jordan, a 5. The service from everyone else and the whole ordeal itself was super annoying.

Such a cool store/experience! M&Ms are a childhood favorite and one of my go-to candies. This store offers the option for customized M&Ms which is awesome! Head to the 3rd floor where you will find 3 Kiosk to self-order. Options to Upload a Photo, Add Text and Add an Icon are the first steps. Head over to the counter to pay and choose your favorite colors, up to 6! The smallest bag was $21, but IMO worth it for custom candies. Only took about 10 min for the order to be done. Enjoy!

Great store in Vegas with everything M&M. 4 floors of fun and merchandise. You can mix & match your favorite. We loved the peanut butter & Jelly M& Ms.

A must see for M&M fans! Located in front of the MGM, right off the Las Vegas Strip (you will see the large M&M's in the front) a couple doors over from the Coca-Cola Store (can't miss the giant Coke bottle). There are 4 floors of everything M&M. There are tons of me handles and of course M&M's! There is an M&M movie that they show on the 3rd floor. They have an area where they have some Holiday merchandise on sale for 50% off on the 3rd floor. There are some great views of the strip on the 4th floor. There is green M&M Kate Spade Collection on the 2nd floor. On the 4th floor is the NASCAR section with a replica of Kyle Busch's #18 M&M's car and Ethel M's Chocolates for sale. This is a great place for kids and kids at heart. Get off the craziness of the strip and enter the craziness of the M&M World!

M & M's world is another must stop when in Vegas on the Strip.So many fun photos opportunities with all the different M & M's candies.They literally have so many different colors of chocolate candies.The kid in everyone will love something here!Such a fun store!I definitely recommend coming to check it out.The employees are friendly and helpful.The store is very well maintained.Overall an awesome spot while on vacation.

Such an incredible experience! I got custom M&Ms while I was there and the experience like I said was amazing! It was very easy to do and the ladies at the counter were very helpful and patient! I learned so much about M&M and the history and I just enjoyed it more than I thought I would! Definitely a stop when I'm in Vegas.

It was the very first M&M's store ever opened, and it continues to draw crowds from all over. One of the coolest features is the ability to create your own unique, personalized M&Ms. In just a couple of minutes, you can use the personal printer to design one-of-a-kind candies with customized messages, images, and 16 different colors of M&M's. There are even 14 famous Las Vegas images to choose from, such as the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, a deck of cards, wedding bells, and champagne glasses, making it a fun souvenir to take home.What stands out to me the most is the fantastic service. Despite the constant rush of customers, the employees here are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seem to enjoy working in such a sweet, playful environment. It's hard to imagine how anyone could be unhappy in a place filled with so much fun and joy. Whether you're visiting for the vibrant atmosphere, the candy-filled wonderland, or to create your own custom M&Ms, this store never fails to impress and deliver a memorable experience.

So many large M&M characters to take photos with, as well as tons of merchandise to buy. Four floors of march and M&M characters!!We personalized M&M's for our daughter's birthday and that was a fun process upstairs - we were able to put text or photos and pick a few colors to make our own customized bag of candy!
