LOL Kids Club

Such an enjoyable night with our daughters. Employee at the front was extremely friendly, and I really appreciated her. We are currently visiting from out of state so we had to update our waivers. For our family of 5 it was at $39 ish. Not bad at all. All of our daughters had a great time we can't wait to come back the next time we're in town!

This place used to great. Not anymore. Tonight's experience was very disappointing. There is no presence of staff in the play area, resulting in kids running around with shoes on and trying to go up the slides while kids are coming down. Ordering food was very unpleasant. I ordered a drink because I was told it wasn't included with a meal. When I didn't receive a drink I said "oh we ordered a drink as well". The girl then got a tone stating "it's not included with your food". I explained multiple times that I knew that, which is why I ordered one. She handled this situation really poorly. I clearly thought I ordered a drink (I was not given a receipt to prove or disprove this), and if she didn't put a drink order in I clearly wanted to order one. I don't like confrontation, so when it became clear she was unwilling to put another order in for a drink I just walked away. I understand employees in places like these may not get paid a whole lot, so I'm more than understanding when it comes to mistakes. What I will not tolerate is someone becoming borderline combative with me. I will be looking for other options for my children as I believe this place won't be getting any better.

Beware. EVERYONE must remove shoes to enter. Yes even adults. Make sure you're wearing socks with grip on them for safety. Was invited to a birthday party and the floor in the room was very slippery. This is in the first party room as soon as you walk in. Many slips happened, including me. Yes you sign a waiver to enter. Now I see why. Fun place for kids, but this is just one big injury/lawsuit waiting to happen. Now imagine having to go into the public bathroom, in your socks. I did not want to try that.

Not just for kids...LOL!We were invited to go to LOL Kids Club to celebrate our daughter's friend's birthday. They couldn't get a party room reserved and were told they were all booked so just they just invited a couple kids. We got there and checked in once everyone was there. This included filling out a waiver and turning in your shoes before entering, and yes even the adults...everyone. I honestly wasn't too fond of walking around in my socks everywhere, especially around the tables and eating area where it was a bit dirty and messy on the floor. There were people cleaning up a bit but it's obviously hard to keep up on places like this! The play area is actually a lot larger than it looks and had a lot of different areas to run, climb and play. Most of the cannons that shoot balls didn't work, so that was disappointing. The ball pit was busy but could probably use some more balls in it...there were also a lot spread out throughout the play area. Parents are allowed in the play area too, which is probably why everyone has to take shoes off. I must admit it was pretty fun to chase the kids around and act like a kid myself! They have all the typical kids party food items like pizza and stuff, but the food is nothing special. We had pizza and donuts, which the kids ate up quick so they could get back to playing. I tried a piece of pizza and it was not good at all and I didn't eat anymore after one bite. It's good for kiddos but a bit high priced, especially for the quality in my opinion. They do have party rooms to rent, but again the prices listed were extremely high with not much included except the room, a host and entry for whichever number of kids you decide on. We were there for about 3 1/2 hours and the party rooms were all empty except for one which finished up shortly after we got there. My friend wasn't sure why he was told they were all booked when they stayed empty but everyone had a good time either way and he saved some money. The kids were only interested in playing anyways...well and some adults too!All in all it's a fun place to take kids to run around and get tired out...I'd get them a snack there and go eat elsewhere after play time is over. Check it out for an hour or two and see for yourself!

The floor is so dirty ，and I throw away two pairs of socks every time I come. The service in the restaurant is very poor.They don't clean the garbage on the floor.

It's good , not the best but still keep my kids entertained for an hour. Too crowded on weekend and the playground is small.

LOL was a great place for our kids to get their energy out away from the Las Vegas heat! We went on a weekday and it was pretty empty. The price of admission was reasonable and the play area is huge! There's slides, ball pits, bouncy houses, arcades, claw machines and even a food court. I can see how kids can spend hours in here.Cons- it could be cleaner and some of the area had exposed wood or gaps (like the reviews below mentioned). If you have a toddler you might wanna follow them around, it would be no issues for the bigger kids though. Overall, this was a very fun place for kids.Socks are needed and they have some for purchase at the front too

This is a review for the party room. The event space is fun for kids but I don't think it is worth having a party here. You are better off reserving a pavilion at one of the parks and picking up pizza and desserts from Costco. The pizza that I had was burnt on the bottom. My kiddo kept spitting it out because it was so bad. It was like a burnt cracker on the bottom. The other pizza had hairs baked in and the family hosting the party asked that they replace it. He also asked for another platter of fruit and he was told he had to wait in the food line. You would think that after paying for an event you would get better service. They also didn't bring out any drinks until 2 hours into the 3 hour rental. I would think that they would bring that out first with all the running around.

Definitely not what I expected! Upon entering I felt extremely cold like any other place, when checked out I was impressed but wor a little.It was a rainy day so it was expected to be busy. Some stuff are broken and can't even used it, but probably if my kids left review it would have 10 stars. Lol. They have huge slides and that I was afraid to go to,little swings and toddler area which was always crowded. We stayed there by the closing time since kids had blast. We got hungry so went there to eat. Menu is OK there are decent choices but a little pricey, tiny hamburger for the price of regular (or even more expensive), I order chips and salsa and waited for long time and they told me no salsa, I was disappointed, I understand young kids work there but they need to know more about the menu, young guy didn't know how to answer any of my questions

This place was amazing! Lots of fun for the kids.. and big kids. The play area is huge. Multiple levels for running around.. things for kids to do in every corner of the room. The food was mediocre slash good. But kids love pizza fries and snacks so it was a hit. They have lots of places for parents to sit and chill... The best part is the security guy at the door. He watches carefully to ensure your kids are and stay safe. Totally worth it! I do have to say... the outside is a little trashy due to the goodwill location next door but... this place was a huge hit for my children!
