Lobster 3 Ways

Saw them at Bruce Trent Park today at the farmers market. Got the Lobster Roll and the Surf an Turf platter. 22 and 32 dollars respectively. Lobster Roll was half full really skimpy on the Lobster the bottom half of the Roll wasn't even opened so half full and no tail meat. Fries were overdone and soggy.Surf and Turf for 32 dollars take the sticker off the lemon. It was face up in the plate and easily seen as in the photo. Fried Lobster was mushy and greasy served with shrimp and steak which were ok this was all over noodles. All in all this was a one and done. For 60 bucks of a food truck take some pride in your product. Do better.

Diane and I really liked the several items we ordered from this food truck when it came into our community for a day. The choices looked so good in picture form that I over-ordered, so besides a sumptuous and very filling dinner, I also enjoyed an excellent mildly spicy Shrimp Po Boy with Tomato Cajun Tartar Sauce on a soft toasted New England Roll with Hand-Cut Skin-on French Fries for lunch the next day. I placed our order 45 minutes in advance, and it was all hot and ready for pickup when I returned at the exact appointed minute. The workers were friendly, and the order was totally accurate. I headed back home with my wallet slightly less than $100 lighter, but it was worth it.And, right after I returned, while Diane delighted in a delicious Overstuffed Hot Lobster Roll (Connecticut Style) with Drawn Tarragon & Lime Butter, along with a generous serving of tasty Hand Cut Skin-on Fries, I wolfed down a cool Lobster Avocado Roll, a warm Shrimp Roll filled with large shrimps bathed in Garlic Sauce, and two orders of fresh Fries.I look forward to a quick return trip or will hunt this food truck down wherever else it might be on a given day when nothing but succulent lobster and shrimp will do.

My lobster roll hardly any lobster meat in it, and was very greasy. The fries were soggy and greasy as well.

My building has food trucks come out weekly and this happened to be one of the trucks for the month. I was skeptical to try it as being from the East coast I have very high seafood standards. But decided to give it a go. I placed my order and within 10 minutes I had my food in hand. This roll was amazing. There was the right amount of butter to coat the lobster and the bread. The bread was toasted but still soft enough not to cut my mouth. The fries were slightly soggy, but nothing a few minutes in the air-fryer could not fix. Even for the price ($18.00) I would definitely stand in the cold to get another.

My husband surprised me with lunch from here today. Huge chunks of lobster, very full sandwiches and the fries are so delicious! These are on par to the ones we had while in Cape Cod. We will definitely be following to find where they will be next!

Went on a recommendation from another food truck and asked them to come to our community for a private event. They were kind enough to take preorders and were slammed as the word got out. They served everyone with kindness and the food was incredible. Supporting a family business makes us super happy and cannot wait to have them back!

Their food was good and I would definitely go back! Their sweet potato fries are really sweet.

Go get a lobster roll here!! It's Incredible! A buttery, loaded delicious meal! Highly recommend!
