Lobby Bar

My friend and I came here around midnight for a drink during our visit to Vegas. Our bartender was nice and checked on us often. There's plenty of seating but it does fill up quick. I got the drink Sex on the Beach and it was made to perfection. It fruity drink on the stronger side.

Decided to try my luck at this bar (inside Excalibur) due to a previous bar not being inviting . I am so glad I ran into Emmanuel because his drinks were DELICIOUS! I ordered two margaritas on the rocks & they did not disappoint. He greeted me as soon as I sat down & had the best customer service. I got two margaritas for $26!

While many waited on long lines at coffee shops you undoubtedly know, I was having a second or third cup in the morning by simply showing up to the Lobby Bar inside the MGM and relaxed the whole time. If sitting at the bar, there are video poker and slot machines you can play that will literally make this coffee free but please remember to tip the staff well for your comped drink. The also serve well-drinks or bottled beer free of charge for those that are actively playing the machines. Not too bad of a spicy Bloody Mary if I do say so myself. All of the staff is friendly and comes by frequently to check on you or chat you up a bit.

We have a love/plotting-our-divorce-behind-their-back relationship with Excalibur's Lobby Bar. Love: 2-for-1 drinks via myVegas Rewards. It's almost always available and great for us to each have a casino resort drink together for under $15 total.Not so love: The bartenders for the most part have either seemed really unhappy to be there ("Yeah?") or right out of bartending school ("What?").Last year we had, hands down, the worst mai tai ever. Mai tais are really hard to mess up, but when they're not great, they're either too sweet or too strong. This was somehow too strong, too sweet, and the wrong taste of both. It was as if they made a mai tai and poured it down the drain, where it traveled to Lake Mead, was exhumed from the lake with one of the mafia victims they've been finding lately, and then squeezed back into the cup and served to us. We powered through about 1/3 of the drink before bidding it aloha.Aside from that, most of the drinks have been 6.5/10, but that's also because we basically order alcohol + 1 mixer now. My advice is to definitely use a MyVegas discount, don't challenge them too much, and enjoy your walk through 1990's Westeros.

The look in the bartender's eyes... It was obvious he was judging me. I had a MyVegas BOGO cocktail reward. I asked for a drink menu. Was told there was none. Asked for a frozen Piña colada, was told there were no frozen drinks.Asked for a Piña colada on the rocks. Was told there was no mix for that.Asked for a minute to think about what to drink. Was given a look of disrespect. When I finally found something, he repeated there was no frozen drinks. I had to show him a picture of the NOT frozen drink I wanted. It's possible to make a zombie and a hurricane without freezing them, mr. bartender. The drinks were good though and I did leave a 15% tip on what they would have cost full price. I just won't be going back. Way too many options in Vegas to give them any more of my money.

Nice ! Great bartenders who make killer drinks! We love to play video poker and get free cocktails. This bar wasn't smokey at all ( perfect for me ) and the drinks were strong and service was super fast and attentive ! I was hating on Excalibur due to the fact I thought it would be filled with screaming kids a plenty. I was wrong. And happy to be : )

located right by the check in. How convenient. After a long drive sit at the bar play a couple of Video poker games and the drinks are on the house. Great spot to people watch and believe me there's a lot.Nothing more or less but just a cool little Bar with a few TV's and plenty of Video poker games available. The Bar tender was very friendly at the time of my visit. Must be 21 to be in this area. Full service bar. All drinks available any and all day and night,24 7. I remember coming down in the morning and people were drinking their Corona's at 8;30 am They will continue to serve you drinks free,as long as you play the games.Hmmm.Good Service.16/100 Yelp Challenge.(2017)

Had the best service here last night. We had a coupon (turns out it was for a different place) and the bartender was so so nice to us and gave us a great deal on our five drinks as he was also unsure what bar it was for.The staff at Lobby are so friendly and fun. Can't wait to come back for another visit.Thank you again!!

sat there for 5 minutes and we're ignored while other people were helped. We could not get the bartender's attention so we just plain walked away very rude

The Lobby Bar definitely exceeded my expectations. I traveled to Las Vegas for my 21st birthday and The Lobby was my favorite place to buy drinks during my stay. The bartender named Wesley was awesome and not only made great drinks, but also had a great personality that made this bar so much more enjoyable. I hope he gets recognized by the Excalibur management for his outstanding customer service. Overall, I recommend others to give this bar a visit if they are in Las Vegas.
