Love Little A. I will stop by for a coffee on my way to work! The coffee is so good! The staff is super sweet and friendly! It's a beachy calm vibe! Love it!

Had brunch here, and the food was solid--especially the carne asada fries! The ambiance was excellent, but the service was a letdown. The cashier/food server (Caucasian woman?) seemed stressed, unfriendly, and was frowning the whole time. We honestly felt uncomfortable asking for anything. Would come back for the food, but hopefully, the service improves!Date of visit: 11:30 AM2/22/25

This is one of my favorite brunch spots in Las Vegas! I will keep coming back. The decor makes me feel like I'm in Tulum or Costa Rica. It's a great spot to study or get some work done on your laptop. My favorite thing to order is most definitely the UBE PANCAKES. My guilty pleasure. They make it so good here! Please bring all your friends and family here! Customer service is excellent. You order the food at the front and they bring it out to you in a pretty quick fashion!*UPDATE*I came back again and ordered the same ube pancakes, but it just tasted like blueberry pancakes. Disappointed so I'm removing a star. Also, my matcha latte was warm and not really warm-hot like I like it. It got cold really fast.

We went here about a month ago. We went for breakfast. Honestly, it was just OK. We were excited because it's only five minutes from our house, but we would not come back for breakfast here again.I ordered the boathouse breakfast and it was good, but I would not order it again because it really wasn't anything that I found I would go for again. When I look at the plate, I would've charged $12-$14, but it's $16.My spouse ordered their burrito, and it was also OK but expensive.The good is that the restaurant is small and very cute, so it is comfortable to sit in, but there is a bad that we both found very obvious. The bathrooms were not clean. as per my spouse, they were just surface clean. All of the people working there were all hanging out and just laughing and gossiping away. Who d a counter, in front of customers, not even paying attention to any needs that the customers had.Overall, it was just a 'meh' experience and we would never consider coming back here again. Restaurants like this have to understand that in the Southwest, which is one of the fastest growing areas right now in Las Vegas, we are getting so many great places all around us, that the competition is fierce, and this restaurant simply, in my opinion, is not one that I would recommend in the area.

It was a cute cafe with good selection of food. The steak bowl was so filling the meat was fatty and flavorful. I was so full after this meal. The matcha was okay, i was expecting it to be more pistachio-y but it was more like matcha with normal chocolate milk foam on top. The ambiance was good. They have inside and outside seating area and plenty of parking in front of the cafe. A cute cozy spot to catch up or study.

I've been to their original location and it was just okay, I saw they had another one so I wanted to give it another try The service from the workers is abysmal. I tried to say hi when starting my order and she looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't say what would you like to order or say one word, literally. It was so strange. The food was average, the only positive is the mom's breakfast sandwich was good. I would not return with so many better options in Vegas

Decided to give this new place a try and it was okay. It's an order at the counter and deliver to table cafe with quite a lot of straw on the booths from decoration. I won't be going back. The shake was $10 and the burger with fries was nearly $20. The burger and fries were tasty but the shake wasn't worth it while spilling over the jar with nuts at the bottom. Ordered a poke tuna bowl but got the wrong item - a rainbow bowl when expecting only bluefin tuna. I am leaning towards not tipping at the counter in advance because you never know how the service will be. Delivered fries but no ketchup and walked away before I could ask. Silverware, water, and napkins you have to get yourself at the counter. It wasn't worth the 20% tip on an overpriced poor experience.

Super cute spot on the SW side of town! Total tulum vibes! Ordered breakfast burritos for a flight to reheat them them the next morning and they held up very well. The girl that helped me place my order was super nice and accomadating as we needed the order for later in the day and she relayed the message perfectly to the cooks. Definitely want to go and try this spot for a sit down breakfast or dine in!

Went with a couple of friends earlier today and ordered the Chicken and Waffles. The waffle was great, but wish it came with a side of syrup. The chicken was overcooked and the batter was just wayyyy to salty. I'm a savory guy and I like my food seasoned well, but this was not it. Lots of batter, thin pieces of breaded oversalted chicken breasts. I also found discovered a piece of hair at the bottom of the plate after eating the waffle. Not a big deal, but just wanted to mention it.

this place is definitely a hidden gem, great study spot and really good wifi. We also ordered the Carne Asada fries and they were fire, they use waffle fries which is bomb. On the left is the Ube Chai latte, definitely didn't take any Ube but still 3/5, friend for the Tres Leches drink and said it was 3/5 bc of how extremely sweet it is. Definitely would come back
