We found a great juice/healthy shake bar plus a Center for D-tox, Vegetarian, healthy choice food options.You can elect anything on the menu and be confident that you're making a healthy choice. Their meals to go cooler has something for all three meals and snacks, all pre-packaged and ready for home. The Southeast bowl includes grass-fed beef, brown rice and black beans. One of my favourites. The other is the naan bread cheese pizza. The manager was really enlightened with a staff to match. The mood - super laid back. A decidedly mellow aura that's rare to find in the shadows of Sin City.Surprisingly affordable prices and easily accessed, we made a positive decision with today's visit. 07/24

Good is tasty and healthy. Perfect pre or post workout fuel options. Service is always friendly and the cafe is always clean. Love this place.

We absolutely love this place. The food is healthy and it's good proportions. So if you're trying to get in shape this is a great place to eat. If your in a rush you can order your food using the app so all you have to do is pick it up when your ready. Today we got the kids shake with blueberry and protein for my son. He loves it. By the time I finished this review his shake was just about gone. They also have shelves full of health products like protein powders and bars, vegetarian protein powders, vitamins, etc. The products here are good quality and come from sustainable sources.

Variety and to-go healthy eats all at your fingertips...pre and post exercise you can find a good meal to satisfy. There are smoothies, shakes, meal prepared items and kid friendly choices. Any busy lines move quickly so don't get discouraged. Don't forget to use your punch loyalty card!

Life cafe is meant to be fast and healthy, I guess they have that covered. The food is boring and bland I actually like being able to get a quick refreshment on the way out over eating here. Too many other close options in the area for eats.

We are new members, my on board with Jack was amazing and he took the time to take me and do a tour of all the machines because I had never worked out in a gym before. Today Fourth of July Hannah our server was so friendly, sweet and had great customer service with all of our drinks and food. We love our membership at lifetime.

I ate here once it was good. It's all healthy items which is great and they have a real extensive shelve full of items you can buy (kinda like a health food store would) with lots of great protein powders, energy bars and that kind of stuff. I will have to eat here one more time to see if it's something I can do regularly. It gets a lot of business and the place has free wifi so you see a lot of people with their kids post/pre workout grabbing a sandwich or smoothies.

Ordered the breakfast bowl after a morning swim, over $10 with tax and literally about 4 big bites.Really a poor deal. Tasted ok, but a rip on price. This should be priced at about $6.50

I've always like this place but I heard they did a revamp of the menu a couple months ago so I decided to give it try. I had the chipotle chicken quesadilla. OMG. The best quesadilla I've ever had! The flavors were crazy good! Fresh herbs in the ranch and the marinated chicken was delicious. Plus the portion size was more than enough for about 9 bucks. I gotta eat here more regularly.

Be careful you lose your wife here to some other guy. Make sure you go to the gym too.
