Located off the beaten path this place has everything you want in a fusion Mexican restaurant. They do the chips, salsa and guac well. Their rice is fluffy and tasty. The birria is beefy and full of great deep flavors. The menu goes from chilaquiles and enchiladas to birria ramen and quesabirria pizza. The outside of the building certainly catches your eyes and the inside is no different. There's plenty of artwork and colorful imagery. We started off with chips and salsa and guac. This was done really well. The chips were crunchy and fresh. Definitely done in house. The guac was creamy with the consistency I love. We also got the nopales fries. They looked like deep fried zucchini. The nopales was tender and tasted great. The batter was bomb too! Loved the Chipotle sauce it came with. My birria ramen was phenomenal. Really diverse bowl of food. The noodles were so good and the broth was hearty. They gave me a lot of beef here and it was so good. Loved the egg and the corn. A must try for anyone visiting. The baked potato was huge and my lady ate half before finally tapping out. The mole sauce was delicious and I wish I would've ordered a plate with that sauce. Some of the best restaurants on my Vegas trip were no where near the strip. This one was not only tasty, trendy and delicious but it was very affordable!

I took my family who were visiting from LA to Letty's after shopping at the outlet mall on Tue 12/31/24. I had eaten there Thanksgiving weekend this year and had a good experience. This time unfortunately was very different. We were seated with menus (small party of 3) with maybe 3 other tables full. More people kept coming in and the 2 servers not only served all the other new tables before us, but never offered us drinks or anything. There was even a table of 6 drunk ppl who cane inside, switched tables to outside then came back in who were served before us. We waited almost 20 minutes then finally realized that we were being subjected to discrimination based on how we were dressed (my sister is a practicing Muslim and wears a hijab). I was so embarrassed that I recommended this place after how we were treated. Neither server saud a word to us when we left, which confirmed thst they didn't want our business. We ended up driving nearer our home to Summerlin and ate at Nacho Daddy. The staff there were warm & welcoming. The food and service there were outstanding. And they didn't discriminate against us.Don't support xenophobic businesses in Las Vegas! Eat somewhere else.PS I only gave 1 Star as 0 Stars wasn't an option.

Quick last minute decision for dinner and I hadn't been here since Letty's took over. (I dined at the previous restaurant a few times) The spot is the spot, small and you know that or should know from the outside. Nice decor, cool bar. I sat at the bar since it was just me.I believe a party had just left so the area needed to be bussed, no biggie. Got cleaned up and I got menus. The service I gave to say was not solid. Pleasant people, but definitely slow as others stated and I wanted that not to be true but it was. This was why I took off stars. The food was good but a bit spicy. I got spinach and mushroom enchiladas with tomatillo sauce. Food flavor but as I kept eating, my mouth was heating up fast! My margaRita was fantastic. For that, I would at least return to increase my ratings.

I've wanted to try Letty's for awhile but just hadn't made it downtown for breakfast. We finally did and - OMG - we have been missing out! I had the chorizo and eggs and it was delicious! Tons of flavor and just greasy enough to be perfect. My DH had a huge bowl of chicken posole and it was amazing... like a hug from your Tia! We can't want to go back - it may be a bit far from us but we will make the drive over and over to eat here.

The tacos are good at Letty's. Only problem with this place is limited seating in doors if the weather is crappy outside. You'll likely need to wait a bit like we did if you come during dinner hours. I like how there's a special everyday and 2 for 1 margarita Mondays is a great deal. Staff was super friendly and chill. Definitely recommend coming here if you're craving some Mexican.

This was the second time I was at Letty's. I returned for the menudo. I ordered two plates to dine in and then before leaving I ordered a plate to go. I asked if it would be possible to have more hominy than tripe. The waiter started asking questions but also stated that the menudo plate was pre portioned. The request seemed too difficult for them to do. I asked if they could add extra hominy in a container and they said it would be a fee, which I did not mind paying for. When I got home and gave it to the person I ordered it for, I discovered that I did not have the extra hominy I had paid for? Why screw a customer over like that ? Was it because it was a to go order and I wouldn't find out? Who knows! The waiters lack customer service and management will obviously not do anything about it. It was one simple request - THEY FAILED.
