Everyone is very welcoming in and quick service. The restaurant is a little small with about 8-10 tables but there is 1 big table that we saw that seats 13 people including kids. We ordered the collagen soup and the house special vermicelli bowl. I chose it with grilled pork. Both dishes had big portions with lots of meat and noodles. I really liked my vermicelli bowl because it didn't have a TON of lettuce on the bottom compared to other places we've tried. The soup was very flavorful and had big chunks of meat. I gave it 4 stars instead because I thought the prices looked a little higher than usual. Each dish is about $17-25 depending what you get and their specials were about $30. I think the price should be a little lower. The quality is very good though and delicious.

I was so excited to try this place after seeing all the online hype and boy was I disappointed when we walked in the first thing I noticed was that it looked like a fast food joint with no ambiance. A bowl of Big bone pho, which is what I went there to try was $30 so I went with the brisket pho instead and it was not that great to be honest but what really upset me about this place was that we were a party of 4 and we met accidentally ran into a friend on the way inside and she joined us but what we didn't know was that they add a gratuity automatically on parties of 5 or more which is usually the standard for 8 or more at most restaurants but 5! Really and even though they split our bill my poor friend got charged for our group I'm sorry but there are far better pho places to visit in Vegas never again

The best pho in all of Las Vegas! We discovered this spot on Instagram ads and I love fresh noodles. I am a fresh, thick, noodle loving girl in my pho and it is really rare to find in Las Vegas. Time to time they get relatively packed for lunch and dinner but the wait times are short and the service is great. We've been here a lot lately so the servers know us pretty well and remember us which is nice. You have to come early to not miss the fresh noodles! They do run out by the later evening. They're open late and the broth is PERFECT. It doesn't need any add ons and it is soooooooo tasty. They give a great portion of meat and I leave feeling satisfied.

My husband discovered this restaurant on Instagram, and based on the videos, it looked very promising. We decided to visit for dinner last night. In hindsight, I should have taken it as a sign when I noticed there weren't any Vietnamese patrons dining there. Typically, if a restaurant appeals to people from the culture, it's a strong indicator of authenticity and quality. We were seated quickly and given menus. I already knew what I wanted: bún đặc biệt--vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, shrimp, an egg roll, and fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc.), served with nước mắm (diluted fish sauce) to pour over it. My husband ordered the big Angus beef short rib pho. While the food took a bit of time to arrive, I could see into the kitchen where the thịt nướng (grilled pork) was being prepared over open flames, which gave me high expectations for a good char. When the dishes arrived, they looked appealing, but we quickly noticed issues. My husband's short rib pho had a significant downside--the short rib had a very thick layer of fat on the underside. While some fat can enhance flavor, this was excessive and unappetizing. Additionally, the meat was chewy, and the pho broth lacked depth of flavor, even after adding sauces. For the size of the bowl, the portion of noodles was disappointingly small. The photo we posted shows the layer of fat in the broth after finishing the meat.As for my bún đặc biệt, I thought it was decent but not without flaws. The thịt nướng pieces were too thick, which affected the texture, and they could have been cut thinner and charred more to enhance the flavor. Additionally, the vermicelli noodles were served cold, which created an awkward temperature contrast with the rest of the dish. Slightly warming the noodles would have made for a much better experience.Overall, the meal didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. The pho, in particular, felt overpriced for what was served. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of what we had hoped for, and we won't be returning in the future.

This spot serves pretty clean-tasting pho, especially considering it's in Nevada--comparable to the quality I'm used to in California. The pho was tasty, and the service was impressively fast. The only downside was that sitting in a corner made it tough to get the staff's attention for extras like water or to-go orders. The taro coffee was a unique and delightful surprise--imagine a slushy meets espresso shots, and it works! The restaurant itself is cozy, with only a few tables, so it seems like the wait can get long during busy times. Overall, a great place for flavorful food and a quick pho fix.

I've finally got to try this pho spot! This pho gem is located right of St Rose Pkway and across from the EOS, Costco plaza. It was pretty busy when we arrived. Once you enter you do get hit with the pho aroma and I knew it's going to be pretty tasty. I opted for the pho it up, which has all the meats that I usually like. The portion size is very generous. Only thing is it did have too much noodles and the broth is little sweeter side for my preference. Overall the pho was delicious and the service was great.

Came here on a whim because I wanted noodles and haven't had pho in years. This place is located across from Costco on St. Rose Parkway, easy to spot from the street, and lots of available parking. The interior was really cool, I appreciated the wall decor that was a nod to the food's roots and history.Service was great - we were greeted immediately, seated quickly, and our server (whose name I unfortunately forgot... Brad maybe?) was terrific - he explained the menu and options for me since I haven't had pho in so long, and made great recommendations.I opted for the oxtail pho, along with chicken and rice for my daughter. The chicken was grilled, had a sweet sauce to it, with a slight char - no complaints, decent flavor. The oxtail pho had good flavor and lots of meat, though I didn't anticipate how big that piece of oxtail was going to be and had trouble trying to rip the meat off the bones with just a spoon and chopsticks. Used error, so no fault to the restaurant, lol. I'd be excited to come back and try a beef pho and maybe I'll have an easier time.

First time here and love it. I had the PHỜ CHÍN which is Brisket and Flank, (good amount of) and it has such a delicious beef broth. I like their container with 4 different sauces/condiments you can add to your Pho. The employees are great, I was with my cousin and niece who is 4. They were so sweet to my niece when she ordered and when she dropped her napkin. The place is very clean and they are organized in getting people seated. Our Pho came out quick. We went around 7pm on a Saturday. It was busy but we didn't harvest to wait for a table. Located in a strip mall with easy parking. I'm adding this to my regular Pho rotation!
