My husband and I love coming here for their buffet, though the service is always good each time we go. Each time we come, the buffet spread sometimes changes, but they always have naan, samosas, rice, spinach paneer, chicken tandoori, beef biryani, and kheer (dessert). We have come here for their Sunday afternoon buffet and there are usually quite a few customers. We always get freshly toasted naan bread (options are plain, butter, or plain) and the naan is always so crispy on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. Their yellow rice is always consistently good, and their aloos are also spicy and warm. They also have samosas that are sometimes fresh, depending on when you arrive and how often they bring out a fresh batch. Their aloos tend to change with each visit, but I am a huge fan of their chickpeas aloo. Their chicken tandoori is okay; not the best I've had and the chicken is literally cut in cubes, but it's not terrible. Their beef biryani is tasty and full of flavor, though sometimes you have to look for that one piece that is more lean. Their desserts are usually some sort of rice pudding, which have always been good--not too sweet and full of spices, nuts, and cream. They also label each of their dishes if they are vegan, so that's a plus. Also, they offer fresh Chai tea as well as other hot teas in kettles. The restaurant is also homey and they seem to divide the restaurant for the buffet and non-buffet. We have come here to order off their non-buffet menu, and honestly, the food tasted a bit better than the buffet. I recommend still coming here even during non- buffet hours because their non-buffet menu is still delicious.

Woke up dreaming about butter chicken. We've ordered takeout twice. Once for chicken tikka masala and on the most recent trip their butter chicken. Each of these comes with delicious basmati rice and we always add a few garlic naan's. Wish a larger portion of rice came with these as it's on the very small side for takeout. Ordering is always seamless. Flavors are divine. So creamy and all the Indian spices are wonderful. The textures are almost velvety. Some pieces of chicken easily cut by no effort whatsoever. This is from the incredible yogurt marinade. Unfortunately for us with our first order there was a large piece of chicken that was inedible. Couldn't cut through it if you tried and a lot of tendons seemed to still be attached. With our second order we received two large pieces of chicken that were inedible. Obviously this makes me sad because most of the chicken is incredibly tender. But having to throw away large pieces is never a good thing. So my journey continues for solid Indian food when I crave it.

I will start my review off by from this experience I have surmised that "Lazeez" is just a fancy way for saying LAZY.My partner and I were in the mood for some casual Indian. Some naan, some nice curry, some good rice, etc. After stopping into various businesses in the plaza, we finally gave it a go. Reviews looked decent so in we went. When I say this is hands down the WORST SERVICE I've had in years, I'm not kidding. We arrived and stood awkwardly in the doorway waiting for someone seated us. A young man called out to us "Hey, sit anywhere!" So down we sat.Keep in mind this place is dead silent and there is no music. It's odd - there's a lot of the restaurant that's not used and it's sitting there with boxes and chairs and it's really just unpolished and not very organized. But maybe the food and service was decent?Well, considering I didn't see a single Indian person there, rather a lot of Spanish being thrown around, the food was impressive. The Naan was good and the Samosas we received were very good! The lamb vindaloo and chicken tikka masala however were off - the spices weren't right and it didn't have that decadent rich flavour. But the SERVER. Holy hell, the server was right out of a comedy sketch. He comes by and takes our order and then goes into this area that's not being used by the restaurant - boxes and a register sitting there with the lights off - and starts talking to his coworker in Spanish about some pretty crude and vulgar sexual jokes. My partner asks him in Spanish for some waters (since we weren't offered any), as a polite way to ask but also to let him know that we understand what he's saying. He then asks in English, "I'm sorry, what did you say?" He tried acting like he didn't know Spanish after we overheard a full conversation in Spanish. Are you kidding? He then goes further away and as he's preparing to mop the floor, loudly comments in Spanish to himself how annoying it is to have customers AN HOUR AND FROM CLOSING COME IN. Are you kidding??? Then proceeds to whistle loudly while mopping. We finish eating, we have to flag him down to get his attention as he never checks up on us, not even once. We ask him for the check and the to-go containers. He literally TOSSES them onto the table as he "sashays" away from us, waving his arms in turn with his body. Is this someone's family member who works here? This guy does not care at ALL about customer service or the fact we were there. It was jaw-dropping.His co-worker finally caught my expression and took over at this point. He takes care of the check and thanks us for coming in.We left in absolute shock of the farce of an experience we had. Indian Restaurants are known for having a high level of service and respect. This was the complete opposite and *IF* you must come here, take your so-so Indian food to go and avoid the downright non-existent service. Please, young man - for the sake of the restaurant - sashay away to another job.

We really liked the restaurant, absolutely worth the 15 minute drive from the strip. Away from the noise, this place is located close to residential areas. Very nice place to sit, service was efficient and I liked that they kept the music to a decent level which allowed normal conversation. Kids ordered the regular chicken strips and fries. We ordered their lunch buffet and all the items I tried were excellent: palak and aloo, chicken tikka masala and tandoori were delicious and had a perfect level of spice. The samosa and pakora were crispy and fresh. We were stuffed but had to try the kheer, and glad we did. Should have taken a better picture but nothing like- fresh oven-baked naan. Will come again whenever we are in Vegas.

Walked in on an extremely sunny day, the restaurant was cosy and well decorated with cultural art. The buffet dishes were limited but were extremely delicious!!! Their chicken tikka masala, gyro kebab, grilled chicken and aloo saag along with garlic naan was to die for ! Although I dint enjoy the chicken biryani, it dint hit the right notes for me. They also had a chaat and chutney counter. The chutneys were fine- too watered down and I really dint enjoy the chaat as the papdi (fried chips) weren't crispy. Overall it was just fine. Coming onto the desserts, very limited options. 2 desserts- GULAB JAMUN & RICE KHEER ! Gulab jamuns were dry and dint taste anything like a jamun but their rice kheer was amazing!!! I went ahead for a second serving :p It had the right amount of sweetness and was cold! I also got a free soda when I checked in on Yelp :)The prices were reasonable for a buffet!

Food is very delicious, they have a buffet- type of setting during lunch. Everything is just perfect, the right amount of spices, savory, sweetness. The naan is freshly made every single time they bring it over to your table. The naan is buttery soft and thin, which I love. They have it plain or garlic which is buttery, garlicky and with cilantro on top. Not super doughy! Delicious!! I come for everything, specially their chicken tikka masala and Khir. A must stop every single time we come to Vegas!!

The Ramadan buffet at Lazeez Indian-Mediterranean Grill in Las Vegas was solid. The food had a good mix of Indian, Pakistani, and Mediterranean flavors, and everything tasted fresh. Service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant had a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a good iftar spot.
