Latin Fusion Grill

I got a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was probably reheated from days prior. Dry and very salty. I won't get a plate from here anymore.

It's not every day that I take a moment out to talk about a food truck. However, sometimes the news rears its head when you bite into something delicious. This is the case with this food truck. They were (are) parked outside the LVCC (Las Vegas Convention Center) today and I decided to give it a try. The result was a fantastic meal. One chicken burrito later and I was bragging to everyone else. Just the right balance of flavor. The meat was cooked perfectly, the rice was awesome, and the temperature flawless. It didn't fall apart while eating it and all-in-all, if I didn't have any self control, I would have gone back for another. This, is why this mention was necessary. So if you see this truck parked somewhere in Vegas, do make sure to give it a try!

Really great food! Just pricey but worth it. We got chicken tacos and a carne asada burrito, as well as fresh lemonade. The people are very nice and gave us a soda on the house! Definitely will be coming back.

This place serves some good tacos and burritos. Everything is pretty much 9 dollars per dish except the Cuban sandwich which is 11 dollars. Its fast, convenient and delicious. They accept credit cards which is nice. Seems clean and has a bunch of certificates so probably legit. I'll definitely come back again.

Found them perfectly positioned at an intersection on our way home from our weekend social distancing Mt Charleston "hike". They provide the perfect post-hike food for after you burn 20 calories walking around Mt Charleston for 5 minutes. Love their elote & quesadilla.

Went to an event that they were catering and had the burrito which has a little kick, is really good. The bowl works out great for splitting with friends or children.
