The young lady's who own the store are helpful and friendly. Cool dog came up and said hello. We had fun banter on pricing of handmade products.

The owner was super nice and hooked it up. The dog in there is super sweet and nice. Awesome customer service. We will be back to buy from him he was so sweet

This is my go-to for everything smoke related. Tobacco, filters, pipes...EVERYTHING! Family owned and operated. They are so nice and helpful. They have earned my repeat business.

A price for a product was $5.99. when we arrived we had $18.43. The attendant charged $19.51. My card declined. We walked a short distance to get my cash card.on the card was a balance of $22.00. The attendant charged my card $21.66 for the same product. I was talking ,looking around and preoccupied with all of new products in the store. They've got children working in the store and real fraudulent activities. They've have another store on Spring mountain and Fort Apache. Again, I'm not trying to involve your children that's not my issue. I live in this area for over 12 years. I pretty much know what's going in my community the place I value the most. I don't do business with you , actually my adult daughter does. She sometimes uses my cards depending on her pay schedule.Shes bought vapes from you that didn't work and it was a hassle when she would come in and immediately ask for replacements.You dealt with my daughter sweetie never me. My daughter is a very quiet and polite person . She's far too tolerant and accepting of a lot of disrespectful behaviors from the people that don't mind snatching money out of the very hands that pay your bills every month.The very families that go into businesses and know nothing about customer services.I believe it's difficult to shop in environments that display a particular amount of hostility towards patrons that ask too questions that causes the owners a bit of discomfort because again you're making up prices according to the competition in the community that sale the same item for much cheaper seem to be a deceitful tactic that you like play.. As I mentioned before, my daughter who is from a different generation and doesn't understand the concept of boundaries either. I asked her time and time again not to shop with uncivilized persons who continue to be "pressed, rude and unhappy. yet, she comes back to you and all of your flaws. You stated you ran my card 8 times Why would you just tell a lie like that ? when you stated she told you how much was on the other card. It would've notified me. I want to exclude your beautiful children from this complaint. I refuse to hurt those babies who are innocent like you've hurt mine. But next time you check your Security cameras. look deeply into your own face and realize that it's not a camera that offers you security, It's God and self assurance . God Bless!

I have been going to this smoke shop for years the owners are always very nice and fair and over those year they just get better and better there are a lot of smoke shops in Vegas but non where as great as this one I will go to them for as long as I can

I would give this place less than one star if I could. The female owner behind the counter this afternoon was more than happy to help change the tip of my ALREADY BROKEN high temp tip. I had asked her if she had plies or something so that I could gently screw it off and it didn't shatter. She grabbed the unit from my hands and with a pair of scissors, cut off my entire huni badger tip piece. All the pieces of the tip had shattered into the device and I could not get it all out. At the point, the male owner was screaming over the intercom on the cameras and the wife then refused to touch my device and tell me this was all my fault, that it was all already broken. She refused to help me repair my hunni badger and I was left with a whole $175 broken huni badger. I now have to purchase a whole new one and seek legal help for the damages. They refused to help me put the new tip in or even try to help me clean up the glass mess. They all stood there as a family as more and more members came from the back. Nobody helping. Nobody caring that my new device was now completely broken. This family is not educated on smoking apparatus, especially the most expensive ones. Go absolutely anywhere else but here. They are so rude and after my experience today, will be seeking a lawsuit for a new huni badger.

Truly amazing smoke shop. Prices have always been fair, but the customer service is even better. They know what I get every time, and soon as I walk in the owner is ready with the same 2 packs of Newport 100s that I always get. Even after a recent two week vacation I went on, the owner remembered what I get. Always super polite, always asks how I'm doing, and just genuinely cares about her her business and customers. Even if I'm on the other side of town, I will always hold out on buying until I can come back to this shop. I continue recommending this shop to everyone I know as well.

The wife is wonderful person the daughter is very nice. The husband has horrible customer service, doesn't listen, takes stuff out of your hands and then is rude when he doesn't understand. He doesn't belong inside the store at all, idk if it's a language barrier or if he's just rude. Do not waste your time or money here, that's the worst service I've ever had. I have literally 3 Yelp reviews in my life, 2 5 stars. And this 1 star, would give 0 if I could. Will never give them my business again

The owner is incredibly rude and was not helpful about is products. He couldn't answer basic questions and his merchandise is priced very high. He says he'll make a better price for you but he demands a cash payment. I found it a bit shady.
