Always a delicious meal..the lasagna was incredible especially the whole made noodles. Arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette and fresh Parmesan is so light and added a little to the Margherita pizza. Pizza has the right amount of sauce and the dough is delectable. The Molecola Italian soda has a really good flavor. Our server and the staff were so nice and friendly. After ordering food came out very quickly. Go and enjoy!

We had such a great dinner here! Reservation system was easy, we came in a Saturday night before a show and got the time we were hoping for booked about a week in advance. We are both gluten free so we had split a caprese, gf pizza, and gf pasta. The caprese was probably the best I've ever had, the tomatoes were so good. The pasta was sausage and broccolini, flavor was excellent and the texture of the pasta was nice. The pizza was the best gf pizza I've ever had, the dough was so soft. Service was also great especially given how busy it was. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Ordered the prosciutto and the Bucatini cacio e pepe. We enjoyed the prosciutto, but the Bucatini cacio e pepe was too salty for us. We asked for extra bread to help with the saltiness. Overall, the restaurant was clean, have a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was very small. There were only 2 urinals in the men's restroom. I didn't use the restroom while I was there; there are more restrooms in the casino.

In the far corner of Eataly there is a small restaurant called La Pizza, La Pasta. You can view the food court from inside the restaurant which is a juxtaposition of atmosphere. The impressive pizza ovens are also visible to patrons of the restaurant. After many youtubers recommend Eataly I was looking forward to dinner here.To start off the review my server: Felene was THE ABSOLUTE BEST AT HER JOB. She anticipated my needs and exceeded expectations with recommendations.I ordered the Focaccia Bianca ($7 USD) and a Margherita Verace TSG ($25 USD) and added mushrooms on top). The focaccia was easily the worst I have ever had. It was like a grocery store ciabatta. Epic disappointment. I barely ate and i was beyond famished.I tried to salvage it by dipping it in balsamic, but it was just not a good focaccia. Zero stars. The pizza arrived and it was ok. Better than average but lack lustre. Perhaps serving it luke warm is partially at fault here? Our server noticed I was trying to make most of my allocated basil from the pizza and offered more. This helped with flavour profile. I also used the balsamic to add further acidity to the pizza. The cheese really needs to be fresher or saltier. There was simply no umph to this pizza. For dessert I had a pistachio mousse ($14 USD) I scraped off the bizarre pile of brown sugar and flour (an attempt at a crumble I assume). Luckily there was apricot gelee that complimented the mousse beautifully. I was/am grateful for the mousse recommendation because it was most interesting thing I'de eaten that day.All in all 5 star server. Can I recommend the server but not the restaurant? Eeep.

Couldn't decided on a particular meal at the Eataly Food Court so I decided on the restaurant there to have more options at once. We were seated in 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Our server was nice and patient while we asked what recommendations she had. We got the butternut squash ravioli and meat pizza that came out in about 10 minutes. The ravioli was my favorite dish since it was so buttery and flavorful, I wish the serving size was bigger. The pizza was not cut well and everything on top of the bread kept falling off. I recommend their pasta over the pizza just for that reason. Either way, this place has quick derive and great food!

Located on The Strip inside Eataly, by Park MGM hotel. One of my absolute favourite kinds of pizza is pizza Napoletana/ Neapolitan style pizza, and at La Pizza e La Pasta/Rossopomodoro they execute this style of pizza perfectly! You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the service here is fantastic. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have tried various pizzas and pasta dishes, and the food here never disappoints. On this occasion, I tried the Margherita pizza with Mozarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozzarella) which was superb, and our server was Italian, which rendered the experience even more authentic! Despite the price point being fairly high in relation to local Italian restaurants (it IS on the Strip!), it is worth it to me as an occasional treat for the quality of the food and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Our server was delightful and attentive and the head chef a real gem! The ambiance was fun and vibrant. And the food was delicious! The pricing is reasonable as you're getting authenticity and impressive flavor. And it's all delivered in a timely manner even though each dish is made to order. The dessert was a perfect ending! Highly recommend La Pizza & La Pasta.

La Pizza & La Pasta is one of the few sit down restaurants in Eataly. You can order to go or dine in. I had ordered a prosciutto and arugula pizza to go before deciding to dine in.They had a Taste of Eataly pre fixe menu starting at $30, so I picked the calamari (an extra $12 upcharge), ravioli di zucca, and tiramisu. BF got the polpette aka beef and pork meatballs (an extra $10 upcharge) and the lo spaghetto al pomodoro, and panna cotta. Our group also ordered the bruschetta and pizza del salumiere (an extra $12 upcharge) for one of the Taste of Eataly orders as well as the tagliatelle alla bolognese ($34) and the linguine allo scoglio ($40). We shared everything, family-style.It was sad to say that the best part of the meal were the desserts. We were let down by the appetizers and entrees. Everything was salty, from the calamari to the pizza to the pasta. We weren't expecting the bruschetta to taste like a sweet potato pie (no tomato,) with the squash and whipped cream-like ricotta topping. We also noticed that the other tables were offered cheese for their pasta, while we were not. We usually order hot water for some of our older members of the group, but La Pizza & La Pasta told us that no hot water was available and that we can try one of the other spots in Eataly downstairs should we really need it. Our server checked in with us every once in a while, but otherwise, we were really left by ourselves, compared to the other tables. All in all, we didn't feel the food was worth the value and taste and would've been much happier had we ate at The Chef Truck (which we did later that night) or Crack Shack instead. Oh yea, the pizza we ordered to go was undercooked. I had it later that night in my room and found the cheese was not melted. Ugh.
