The raspado was amazing !!! So delicious ! And they put ice cream on top. They did take a while tho , but was worth it ! Next time I go to Vegas I'm going back

Customer service was not it, the man who took our order looked upset and like he didn't wanna be there. He didn't greet us at all or asked if we needed any help, as we looked confused . when other customers walked in he was very different he was helpful and greeting people coming in and out the restaurant . idk I will not be coming back. Oh and my Ice cream was supposed to be Strawberry cheesecake , it tasted like strawberry swirl. It was not a good experience.

First time eating here. WOW!!! The Cuban was the best I've had in ages!! Lots of tender pork and just the right additional toppings! The street corn blew us away! Sweet and spicy!! Perfectly cooked with generous cheese I will make this one of my weekly stops! You've got to try it! You won't be disappointed. Oh and did I tell you about all the ice cream flavors they have. Yummmmmm

Place isn't consistent with customer service. We were cut in line and they didn't say anything. (We will be with you shortly, this customer was waiting. That would have been ideal). The ice cream is okay. I don't recommend pistachio here or Rocky road. Rompope and nuez is good. Prices are a bit over based on their portions. The music is a bit to loud and I love loud music but if you have to repeat your order... maybe you should lower the music. Place is clean. We might give it a second chance...

I have been here several times I have ordered their banana split (it was delicious!) ice cream is great! There tosti locos we're a good 8/10 there shamasandia is a drink with watermelon, chamoy, tamarindo and other goodies 10/10!!! There service is great and despite the area there very clean the ambiance is great!

So I'm really disappointed in this item. I saw them on Instagram and it looked so good! So I decided to go. Well as I began to eat it I didn't realize that it's just strawberry ice cream with strawberries. Super disappointed because fresas con crema is different from what I know it as. Definitely won't order this again.

I love their corn and their customer service pretty good. I mean they do their job and they do a good job at it. I just don't think that they're interested in additional conversation, but that's fine byme The restrooms we're very clean. It was much more comfortable using theirs as opposed to a typical business. It was very clean. There is no one loitering and the inside is comfortable to stay in and eat, but you also can sit outside and I appreciate that option. I also like how it wasn't very loud and you can have a conversation and still have that privacy because again the workers are not in your business or I really like it.

This place used to be so good. Chamangos and chamafresas were EVERYTHING. but recently the chamango I got, the icecream was very bland, very watery, not enough mango taste. And the Chamafresa literally had the smallest amount of ice-cream. The chamango held up perfectly fine when we got home, but the chamafresa was literally all liquid and just a million strawberries. You gotta balance it. It used to have more chamoy I think, (gotta season the tacos, you know?) 75% ice-cream and then 25% fresas. (We put them in our own containers, they come in cups lol)

Ive been coming here for my cuban sandwhich for years, i remember it was 7 dollars for the sub, last year they were 11 and today they are 13. I never did mind the price because they were very good, if not the best in town. However as of late the quality has dropped. They give you less meat, and it smells really bad, like they dont wash the frying pans/grill.The bread is not soft but harder with a firmer texture which is not traditional either. I know im being picky but this place was my fav in town. Out of respect for the original kind owners im giving it a 3. But it should be a 1
